Very unresponsive! My boyfriend and I recently bought a house but kitchen needed some remodeling. We were new in the city so got no idea who can help us at all so I checked some remodeling companies that can give us some great ideas and make this old kitchen look new. I came across century and called their phone number. I do not have patience at all but this company made me call multiple times to no avail. I attempted but calls won’t get through. My boyfriend tried but no help. Could someone check your phone numbers if any of these are updated? Very annoying!

I was referred to Century Bathrooms & Kitchens by two different people that were extremely pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the company. I contracted them to do a total demo of our main floor and put in a new kitchen, powder room, and flooring and paint throughout. We also did a total demo and install of the master bathroom. Kevin is very meticulous and does amazing work and he even found space above the bathroom and vaulted the bathroom ceiling, added a sub-floor in the “attic” we did not know we had and added stairs for access. He also discovered an empty shaft in the hallway and built a nice size hall closet for me. The entire team is very professional, and they do not cut any corners. They have a showroom in Fairfax which is very helpful when making design decisions. They use quality products and the work is excellent. Honestly, I did find that they were a little higher priced, but now I see why. You are paying for quality. I have had houses built before and have had homes that needed quite a bit of work, and I have never seen a company that performs and delivers like Century Bathrooms & Kitchens. I have had several people in my house since they have finished, and they were all overwhelmed by the quality and stunning job that was done. Several of my neighbors have already asked for their contact information. I still cannot believe how smooth the process was and how beautiful my new house looks! I highly recommend Century Bathrooms & Kitchens!

Extremely professional, ccourteous, and quick to address any concerns we had with our project. Employees were hard working, professional, and cleaned up each day after finishing (which is not always done by other companies). Century Bathrooms and Kitchens recently finished a complete master bathroom remodel for us. We couldnt be more pleased with the results. At the onset we had only a very general idea of what we wanted, and we were delighted to find just what we envisioned at Century. Within a day of meeting at their showroom Dan sent us a fully itemized proposal that included specific products and prices. Our remodel included a new large, barrier-free, doorless tile and glass-walled shower with built in bench and custom niches. Our new free standing soaking tub is stunning. The look is both modern and classic and we love it! Erika and Dana were very flexible and receptive to small alterations we made during construction, such as changes in niche sizes and placement. Their goal was to make us completely satisfied, including a completely clean house when finished. It was a pleasure to work with such a thoroughly professional company and we highly recommend them.

Daniel and Erika were very helpful in showing me my choices. They gave me a realistic time for the start of the project and held to it. Their installation director, Kevin, was very professional and kept me apprised of progress and decision I needed to make. One of the reasons I chose Century was that they did the work themselves without relying on subcontractors.Aside from a delay caused by the tile supplier, everything went smoothly. Although they were not at fault for the delay that left me without a shower for longer than expected, Daniel and Erika offered to pay for a hotel room so I could get a shower! That is what I call customer service.

A complete townhouse master bathroom remodel! Thanks to Century Bathrooms & Kitchens, we have a sparkling new, on budget and on time bathroom that will be enjoyed for years to come. I highly recommend them and their wonderful staff.

Like another i just got a quote from... Bid 11k i got the same work done for 8k do your homework..

We hired Century Bathrooms to replace our shower in the master and our tub in the second bath. Century Bathrooms was the low bidder of 4 bidders and when they explained their process to me, they were the only ones that used the latest technology in their design, such as Denshield and Schluter drains. The installation looks good. On looks alone, I would give it a B+. The problem is that when they installed the products, they didn’t waterproof all of the shower walls and after they waterproofed, they then cut a hole in the waterproof shield to install the niche (where you put the soap and shampoo). When I called to question why they didn’t install the niche first and then waterproof after, so it was a tight seal everywhere, I got an argument from Daniel and was told that I wouldn’t have any issues with the bathroom. He never really explained why breaking the waterproofing made sense. Because of this I would drop their installation to a B-. When they finished the tub installation I was told to give the final check to the installers. Neither the owner or the supervisor came by to look at the work and they didn’t call to see if I was happy with the installation either or listen to my issues. Century Bathrooms cashed my check but never refunded me the $50 that I spent to pick up the listello like they promised. Based upon everything I would give them a C.
