The service here was ridiculously slow. I am going to do everything in my power to never return.

These guys make every service visit easy and smooth. Moses, Ben, Roozbeh and Master Tech Ayubi are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all my questions about the car and finished in reasonable time. I love how easy and fun Kias are to drive. Affordable, quick acceleration, fuel efficient, comfortable, new safety features, and stylish design. I give my service advisors 10 stars on every survey!

Unprofessional. Inept. Liars. Fairfax mechanics do not take pride in their work AND do not care about your safety. Service Manager, Moses could care less about your time (2-4 hrs for an oil change!?), or your safety. The stench at KIA Fairfax originates at the top and seeps all the way down. Moses sends out an automated voicemail and email but there is no way to contact him. He will not respond to your email and has instructed his staff to NOT transfer your call to his office. Absolutely pathetic. Instead go to Beyer KIA in Falls Church where they are professional, highly skilled & honest. For the sake of their reputation and the safety of their customers, KIA should shutter the Fairfax location.
