First and foremost the location doubles as a drive thru and the clerk will stop every 2 mins to service his drive thru customers. He serviced 7 customers during my pickup. Pickup takes at least a half an hour maybe 45 mins.. Secondly the contract requires 3 unique phone calls with 3 different names that are called for verification. What a nightmare.

Was not given info on additional costs prior to rental. Employee would not do truck assessment while i was there. Had me leave then proceeded to charge me with false extra charges. No problem with uhaul. This dealer himself is doing ppl wrong.

Very friendly and timely service! The drive through customers did not significantly affect the time it took to get my vehicle.However, I was never able to reach them over the phone number listed online and on the U-Haul website, so I just showed up a few hours in advance of my pick up time to confirm my UHaul order. The clerk providing the U-Hauls is in the drive through, and to reach them it is best to show up and knock on the door (that is what I did). The clerk was very friendly and responsible. The U-haul he had on site that day needed service so he had ordered a new one to arrive by my pickup time.At my pickup time everything was ready to go (I did online checkin in advance)!! The clerk sent me my UHaul contract in seconds, and showed me how to complete the online inspection before I left.Huge thank you to the clerk who made this such a positive and painless experience, during a high demand season!!

In and out. This is a drive-thru that doubles as a U-Haul dealership, so depending on the drive-thru traffic, your checkout wait time may vary.

Took quite a while to get the uhaul after arriving. The mats smelled like mildew and there were cigarette butts left in the cab.
