They may b a little small but they have a nice set up and the employees really do care. Plus they go that extra mile to make a difference.

First off there to many people in the small room to clock my kid out at the end of the day so I simply wait my turn meanwhile my kid attempts to walk to me before I can even tell him to stop miss destiny wants to yell at me saying I’m not allowed to take him when I’m simply waiting to be able to walk in the door to even be able to clock him out just like the sign says only two permitted at once even though there were like 5 people in the room plus kids whom I’m assuming she wasn’t able to watch and let them run wild I definitely was following ymca procedures and didn’t like being yelled at by. Some young girl that can barley do her job great job ymca keep hiring kids to watch kids !!!

My wife and I have been going to the Fairborn YMCA for approximately one year. The employees at this facility are very polite, respectful, and competent. Equipment is promptly cleaned after each use and mask wearing is enforced when not using the equipment. This facility offers a safe, family-friendly environment with many programs. Disappointing. I joined because it was one of the few gyms that would allow cancelation by email, but there isnt enough support for non-experts to be able to get started.

Always the best place to be with family and friends whether it’s to join sports teams/clubs or to simply go swimming!

I truly enjoy coming to the YMCA in Fairborn! Simply one of the best Ys I have ever been to! The staff is extremely helpful with any questions that you may have, and always willing to find the answer for you! The morning receptionist is perfectly outstanding! Patricia always greets her morning members with a great smile and a warm welcome! Encourages you to have a wonderful day after your work out! If I havent said it before I will say it again, she brightens up my morning when I see her! The sauna they have available is wonderful! Locker rooms are always clean, the equipment is always in tip top shape! You can tell that this Y is run very well because even the members will talk to you. Had a great crowd all throughout the day, and the classes they have are superb! The trainers they have here will push you, to make sure you always do you best! I hope to see many new faces here at the Fairborn Y!

The employees are very rude & they charged my son through the whole pandemic,while they were closed & then one of the employees were very rude about it & hung up om me.

I love coming to work out in the mornings at the Fairborn YMCA. Its smaller and older than a lot of the other Dayton area Ys, but its well maintained, reasonably clean and has all new, top-of-the-line equipment. Glad to have it close to home.

The building is a bit older, but dont be dismayed by that, its still a great facility. The equipment is new and top of the line. They have plenty of machines and free weights. I love coming here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Everyone is really helpful. There is a wide variety of classes and lessons they offer. The people at the child watch are wonderful with my little one. I highly recommend the Fairborn Y.

I have been going here for about a year.I cant say enough positive things about the woman that run the childwatch area.My 2 year old has never been away from me and these ladies worked with him and myself for 6 months getting him acclimated to coming and playing for an hour a day without me.Absolutely love the staff and highly recommend!

If I could give it no stars I would. When you walk into the womens locker room, you are immediately knocked over by the stink. It must never be touched by maintenance. I go to use the showers in the womens locker room, theyre disgusting. I never go in without my shoes on and barely want to touch the handle. Today I wanted to turn the fan on by the treadmill I was going to walk on and of course, its broken. I asked an employee about it and she said no one from maintenance was scheduled until Tuesday...today is Sunday. That is totally unacceptable and disgusting. I will be ending my membership.

Friendly people working the front desk. But the gym is smaller than the Kettering location and childcare hours are more limited. Still, you can accomplish a decent workout and the other people there are very nice.

Parents who are considering using their school age program, save your time, your money, and your sanity. These folks are not capable of maintaining any kind of organization at all. Between the rude counselors, the ones using curse words around children, or the ones belittling and shouting at children, Im surprised they havent been closed down. But the horrible attitudes werent the straw that broke the back, the complete lack of organization and disregard for for my childs well being did it. FYI if your child shares a similar first name with another child, they will get them mixed up, your child will end up in the wrong place, and these people will not care. Its only a matter of time before theyre closed down.

I love going to the gym therem staff is friendly:). I only wish they had a punching bag but other then that the equipment is well maintained.

Have been going here since the 7th grade. Took a four year break while I was in college and started going back last year. Its so much cleaner and the equipment is a lot better than what it used to be. Love the individual televisions on each piece of cardio equipment!

The YMCA of Fairborn is full of people who are so friendly. I have loved getting to know all the members and staff.

Too much old people running around the pool. I cannot get a lane for myslef without them jumping in and telling us to move. Every time u come by, there is a plethra of senoirs ruling the pool in every inch. Why bother to come.

Super friendly staff! The volunteers they have for coaching sports are amazing with the kids as well!

They have great programs in the water and the fitness room. Great place!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful and I was able to lose weight and regain mobility by taking water aerobics.

I love it there its like a second home there the staff is amazing and there so friendly and the people who work out are fun to be around and really help you push ur self the basketball court is good better than some other ymca around Ohio
