Samantha at the front desk helped me. Shes great. And kept me posted all throughout my experience. I had gotten my air conditioning in my car fixed.The blower, fan speed knob, and vent selector all fixed for a reasonable price and time frame.I will be bringing my car here from now on.Samantha is professional, and very polite. Ordered 4 tires. Dropped car off at 10:30 AM . I was told 2 hour wait time . Vehicle wasn’t done until 4:15 PM!!!!. Also one wheel was slightly out of alignment, $90 dollars for alignment . Heres the thing, choose someone like Tire Discounters or other shops that offer FREE alignment with the purchase of 4 tires. I would have save $91 and it probably wouldn’t have taken over 5 HOURS to put them on!!!!

Amazing team working here! As someone with really bad anxiety I felt very comfortable and welcomed while I was waiting and was given frequent updates. I even had a mishap with not knowing I had aftermarket rims and they had to order different tires but they were SO understanding and didnt make me feel bad about it. They even gave me a ride home when I needed to go back while waiting. Excellent service, I couldnt reccomend them more.

Got some wrangler duratracs put on my Silverado here. Tires wont break traction on wet pavement so say goodbye to drifty drift but mud traction is excellent. Lugs were all torqued correctly and overall price was unbeatable.

I came in for repair for my heat in my car and a check engine light. I paid $200+ for diagnostics for heat problem, and engine trouble. I received an estimate for the repairs, which couldnt be done today. The total amount of the estimate is over $3,000.00. My car needs a new turbo unit, a special thermostat and housing. The total for the parts is over $1,700. The rest of the over $3,000 is for labor. I couldnt leave my car for repair because I dont have $3,000.

Great service. Slow leak on a tire. They found the problem quickly (nail) and repaired it for around $30! Everyone was very nice and courteous.

I have taken my car to Jamies for several yeas and have always received great service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. Their waiting room is neat and clean. Water and coffee always available and the current newspaper. The receptionists and technicians are a great group of people who know what they are doing. I am proud that I know them.

My mechanic recommended Jamies Tires to me. The last few times my family has needed tires, I used one of the discount options in the local area (which I would say had been okay, not great). I was nervous about going to a Goodyear dealer, concerned that the price would be too high. My experience was much better. The discount places push you to spend more money and pile on charges. Jamies, on the other hand, talked over my options with me and were only concerned with getting me what I wanted. I got an appointment quickly, they were very communicative with me about what was going on, and then once the work was agreed upon, the job was done fast. I dealt with a few staff members between booking the appointment and checking out, and everyone was extremely professional and nice. They even filled out my rebate paperwork for me! The job got done quickly, at a reasonable price, and most importantly, I no longer have tire or alignment problems. Would definitely recommend. I live about 40 minutes away but Im willing to travel for good doctors and mechanics!

Jamies has the best staff, good prices, online scheduling and always does great work on my autos. Ive tried several other auto repair shops in the Fairborn area and stopped looking for new ones after a few trips to Jamies.

I was an occasional out of state customer and used Jamies because my family and friends highly recommended. I called because my car was making a terrible sound and I was afraid to drive it. They worked me right in, listened to my concerns, kept me informed on progress and issues and got things fixed quickly. Im now a permanent resident and they will be my dealer of choice.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and even though the staff was busy they took of my vehicle needs. They displayed patience when I needed tire and wheel replacement info and even provided cost saving methods for me. Overall, my experience with this shop has been pretty good and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

We had used them several times, and found them to be honest with reccommendations and very fair with prices. The last time we went, they seemed to be trying to drum up extra business- suggesting lots of extra questionable items that car needed done, saying all four tires needed replaced when one was new, etc., and the suggested questionable services were at inflated prices...disappointed that we need to look elsewhere in future...

They have provided our family with reliable and courteous service for the last 10 years or so. I felt comfortable enough to take my new Honda CRV to them instead of sticking with the dealership. Most recently, they took care of my sons car in emergency on a Saturday when he was going out of town but had trouble few miles from home. He was able to continue his trip in safety after about three hours service. I also like their upgraded customer service area with computerized screen which to me shows that they are keeping up with technology. So, obviously, I am a satisfied customer.

I have been going to Jamies in Fairborn for over 15 years-to put it simply and to the point, they can be TRUSTED. Jamie and Jennifer are just good people. I havent used them in a while-not because Ive found another automotive service provider, or dont have vehicles anymore, but because they have played a large part in maintaining my 2008 Ford Escape that now has 150,000 miles on it and that I would take across country in a New York minute!!!

Jamie’s Goodyear has been providing great service to our family for about 20 years. They are efficient, try to figure out the problems with the car and a reasonable solution. Recently we had work done on an older VW beetle that they identified as a safety issue. This was critical for our daighter’s safety. They also identified another problem that we didn’t know existed with the ignition system that probably saved her from a breakdown on the highway. Their staff is knowledgeable, excellent and friendly and actually cares about us and our vehicles and they always try to get the cars back to us as soon as possible. Took my cars there for years. Always found them to be fair and honest and always did quality work. Now that Im in Xenia I go to Jamies in Xenia and have same service and experience.

Great place, does really great work. Prices are usually very competitive, and at times, lower than average. They have always been able to work me into their schedule in less than 24 hours, sometimes on the same day.I was shopping some used cars, and Jamies runs a nice little special where theyll inspect a car that you are considering purchasing. They caught a number of red flags that the dealer neglected to report, and I had missed: 1) 3 different tire brands on an AWD vehicle, 2) rotors were down to minimum thickness. I took this info to the dealer and they got pretty irritated that I had discovered what they were hiding (they brought their head mechanic in to ask me who had checked the vehicle). So yeah, Jamies has saved me money, and saved me from making a bad car purchase. Good stuff.

I will never trust this place again, neither should you. They have no integrity. I plan on sharing all this info with Goodyear. Hopefully they take away their franchise license.First, I was quoted a price over the phone for new tires. When I showed up the next day, they apologized but said the price was $120 higher than what I was told on the phone when comparing rates. I reluctantly agreed.Two days later a slow leak was apparent in my brand new tire. I found an automotive bolt in my tire clearly picked up in their garage. I discreetly marked the punctured one with a pen and took my car back to get it replaced. They said they would get me a new tire. When I picked up my car, the same tire with the pen mark was still on it. They had lied again and just plugged it. Horrendous business with employees who lack integrity.
