Absolute horrible tow job done. My car was in an accident and I had towed from the tow yard and THIS is how they found it acceptable to leave my car. Halfway not even on my property so my neighbors cant get anything out of their own backyard.I said when it was dropped that the way he had it wasnt okay and not completely on my property. I was shrugged off and told it was already dropped.Next time, if AAA sends AJs for my towing needs, Ill just cancel and literally pay out of my own pocket for someone else.

It wasnt good at all the guy brought my car home stuck the wrong key in the ignition now its stuck not even triple As locksmith could get it out I cant get no one to take care of this problem it happened on May 18th 21 cant even receive a call from AJs to clear this up but I do have the drivers name that dropped it in front of my house with the key in the ignition and his phone number

Frustrating beyond belief. Different stories between them and my trusted insurance company for the past 20 years. Person on the phone was not pleasant or helpful....hung up on me when I was frustrated. Will NEVER recommend or use again. Gave a review to my insurance company too since they are acting as an agent on their behalf.

Every other towing company said they were busy so I called AJs. He said he was busy too but he would hustle and get to me ASAP. He was professional and courteous. He was my hero of the day!

I have taken my Jeep to these guys 3 times now and every time I have had the best service. They are honest with their diagnosis and recommendations, they keep you updated through the whole process on what they find and the cost, and do their best to make sure that the problem is completely fixed. I feel like I know Jamie like a friend now and I wont take my Jeep anywhere else.

I had to have my car towed from a slightly dangerous location (ramp from one highway to another) this morning. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. He called again later to verify which of the 4 ramps I was on. He arrived a couple minutes later. He was fast and courteous. He was my hero for the day! Thank you!

I needed a brake fluid flush and had a grinding noise when the vehicle was cold and in motion. I have usually gone to the dealership but decided to try AJs as I know one of the people who works there and figured Id give my business to someone I know especially a small business that may be struggling due to the COVID-19 induced shutdown of the economy. They provided great customer service, completed the work quickly, and most importantly were honest, which is very important to me as I have dealt several times with car repair places that have either tried to rip me off or failed to admit that they didnt know what my vehicle needed and wasted my time and dollars. The price was fair, and I will be a repeat customer.

Someone from here towed for me tonight through AAA. The guy (I think it was James) was awesome and even told me stuff that was wrong with my car, in detail and didnt just shrug me off because Im a woman. Will totally be continuing services with this place! King energy

10/10 would recommend. I do not remember the drivers name but he used to drive for Motley Crew, but that should be enough identification haha. He arrived promptly and went the extra mile to explain what was going on with my truck to make sure I didnt get ripped off at the mechanic shop. All around great guy and wonderful service.

James was very professional. He was polite. And did an exallent job. They were sent through my triple A app. He was quick and friendly and I couldnt have had a better experience for what it was . If you dont have triple A which is cheap enough. Call AJs you might get James. Very Professional

Ive taken my vehicles here for years. They always treated me right, even to the point of dropping some charges for some repairs to save me a few dollars.

To those that think this place is a high price on impound dont get ur vehicle impounded by the police to start with their the ones who makes the prices not the tow company

Way Over-priced Auto Repair and Towing should be the real name of this place. I cant believe they are still in business. Ive had to take a vehicle to them 3 times when I didnt have a choice. Every time, I leave there feeling like I was robbed and violated against my will.

My husband managed to get completely stuck in the mud in a very tight space. I called the 24hour tow number and Junior could not have been more helpful. He was out about an hour away but came straight away. He was courteous and polite and got the car out no problem and without leaving a scratch. I will always call for a tow and hope Junior is the one working.

AJs the best local towing company by far! I have had three dealings with AJs, and two with another local towing and storage company. Theyre a family owned company that really goes the extra mile to help you. Their prices are also more fair. I highly recommend this company over others in this area.

I have found AJs to prove themselves honest each time Ive dealt with them. Several times they could have charged more and I wouldnt have known. I was quoted a $600+estimate, next day was only $300+. Said the repair of drive shaft was not as bad as they originally thought. I would have paid $600 without a clue. Im relieved for an auto business that uses integrity in their practice.

Please note Ive only used them for tow service. I didnt catch our tow stuck drivers name, but he was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing with our family car. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and professional. I dont have a local mechanic, but Im going to start taking my car there. Ill update once Ive done that.

“If I could “rate” A J’s with six or seven stars I would. After sitting in the garage overnight our car would not start. Battery did not have enough power to crank the engine. We got a jump start and took it to a service garage assuming a failed battery. Garage could not find anything wrong; everything checked out 100%. A couple of mornings later we had the same problem – dead battery. Got a jump start and took the car to the dealership where we had bought it. Same result – no issues found; nothing abnormal to fix. The next day we had the same problem. Called A J’s, and they towed the car in. A J’s found the problem, a failed body control module, and replaced it. So far since, the car has started and run fine. A J’s took the time and effort to find the problem when the other service facilities could not or would not. If A J’s had not found and fixed the problem we would be looking for a way to afford a replacement car. A J’s has a new long term customer.”

Super quick service, waited 4 hours for another company before we called AJs. They came in five mins and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend these guys!!

Being a HOLIDAY wkrnd& FRIDAY @ 4-ish, I was told it could be an hour wait.. 25 minutes later I was out the door.. owner & employees were friendly& courteous.. and VERY accommodating... AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR!!! I Highly recommend AJs!!

Dont know how they are to deal with when it comes to towing but everywhere Ive had to deal with them on the road they never use their blinker. Be road courteous dudes, use your blinkers (by the way, its the law)

The customer service is friendly. But. Past few times i have had my vehicle taken there to be diagnosed or fixed. Mostly taken there to be fixed not a week to two weeks later there is something wrong with it. Im not blaming them or whatever. And that this is possinly a typical vehicle thing but i have seen this in past history before with them. And honestly Im sorry I wouldnt recommend them to a family memebr let alone a friend either.

Tried to tell them I had a cold start issue. They said no its a hard start issue. Spent 1000 on the engine to be repaired. Still runs and drives horrible in cold weather . But what do I know?! I took it up to AutoZone and ran free diagnostic. Ajs will charge you 80 for the same thing. So AutoZone actually helped me figure out what I needed for the cold start. I just needed someone not so full of themselves that they wont listen to a customer. Needless to say. I leave Fairborn for work to be done. Safest bet.Other issue we had was we was told itll be looked at first thing in the morning. First one I look at...noon comes around...the excuse. Well we have appointments!! ..MIGHT WANNA LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THIS!! They did clutch work as well. Horrible sifting into first and 2nd. Why take it back?! They dont listen folks. When youre to busy knowing it all. Its impossible to listen

Is it possible to give negative stars? If so Id give them like -13. My friend, who is a younger girl, was in an accident and quite shaken up. The car suffered significant damage. She was not sure what to do so asked the Fairborn PD for help. The accident happened literally 50 yards from her residence. Instead of moving the car there or to a body shop for assessment, they had it impounded to AJs towing. So it costs $150 + $20 per day. Then its $65 + $3 per mile to have it towed to the body shop. So around $330. AJs says its an agreement they have with the city and they get part of the money and the city gets part of it. So go figure. We have it impounded instead of sent to the body shop or moved literally 50 yards to the parking lot. Way to go Fairborn PD and AJs. Negative 13 stars for both!Got more information about this. $150 is the maximum amount they are allowed to charge as voted by the City Council. Good for towing company and the city. Bad for the people.

Horrible customer service from a daytime tow truck driver. Have used them several other times for tows and Bobby is the only driver that knows what he is doing and is very professional. Ajs other drivers are lacking in every area. Their manners and their experience is not up to par. If you want a professional with experience request bobby. As far as fixing cars they are horribly over priced and the owner smells like alcohol from the night before

Awesome services today. Went out of their way to help me get my vehicle started in the freezing cold.

First time I went there was because my car wouldnt start. They said it was my 2 month old battery going bad and told me Im not getting my car off their lot unless I buy a new battery from them (Their response is, its not their battery so its not their problem). Second time I go to them for the same problem, thinking its their battery, and they tell me its the battery cables. I give in and have them replaced. A few months later, same problem. They tell me that my alternator is the culprit this time. When an alternator goes bad it makes a whining sound; the same whining sound my car has had from the very beginning. I refuse to let them charge me $300 for such a simple repair and opt to do it myself for only $60. Now this winter the battery they forced me to buy the first time is failing. Their automatic response is to sell me another battery. The alternator was the problem all along and they kept putting a band aid on it to get more money from me. Ive wasted over $300 by going to Ajs.Bottom Line: Ajs will misdiagnose your car on purpose so they can sell you their products. That way they trap you into coming back in hopes of a warranty. I highly recommend you find a more trustworthy repair shop.
