Our travel travel sheared off a wheel. Police assisted and called Interior. He went out of his way to buy a specific tool to help, stayed with the trailer while husband went to buy a replacement wheel,, worked super hard, professional and prompt service. Recommend Interior without reservations

These guys are heaven sent! Professional and caring and they know what theyre doing! We got ourselves stuck in deep mud. After hours of trying to get ourselves out we called these guys to save us & they did! Only off road service I would recommend as they are fairly priced, quick and make sure the job gets done. Id give them more stars if possible, they really saved the day.

Will never use again. Driver did a great job, but bill was enormous. I was charged Trooper Prices, since the Trooper at the scene was helping me get ahold of a tow truck. I have used other towing businesses in Fairbanks before, and the bill is usually around 1/3 of this bill. I attempted to speak with someone about the bill over the phone several times and was told that they would call me back, but they never did.

Nobody likes having to have their car towed. These guys are the people to call. They make it the most pleasant experience all things considered.

Excellent service, Nate came out to my house to tow my 2018 suburban and was very friendly and helpful. Offered to take off my tow hitch for me because I didnt know how to. Came in and talked to the service department as well, everything went smooth and im very grateful!

This company they dont care about customers i have appointment with them 12pm i call make sure the lardy say 12:30 a waiting unstill 2 see anyone appear and I called back i try to call many time she dont pickup the phone if they cant do it let me know i will call other,but she dont, That is the loss of customer respect,i just let you know lady so many towing in fairbank it not just only you right

After posting the review in the paragraph below the owners son called my boss to complain about the friendly advice i am offering to google users. Hey man claim your business on google and post a reply on here maybe with your actual police call rates. Calling someones boss is a biotch move.Never let the police call your tow truck normal towing is about 80 to 90 for callout and three to four bucks a mile, police callout is 175 to 225 and eight to twelve bucks a mile.

Contracted by Allstate Motor Club and after 20+ hours never arrived to pick up the vehicle.

Damaged my asphalt driveway after I told the dispatcher it would be ok to pull my unit off my driveway if Iwas not present so long as my driveway wasnt damaged. Hence I returned home to find the asphalt damaged badly. Attempted to have them remedy it.. no response after two months. Bad deal.
