Honestly wish I could rate it higher. I had them install my brand new nitro gears and rear e-locker in December. To make a long story short they told me to pick my truck up, the front desk guy said he was sorry his mechanic was a diva and wouldnt finish the wiring for my e-locker so there was loose wiring hanging in the engine compartment and dash. I took it back the next day asking why it was vibrating and making a loud noise from the front diff, mechanic said its just aftermarket gears do that and to come back if it got worse. My front axle locked up on the highway this morning, which Im ok but that couldve been much worse. When I called the guy on the phone said he guessed Id have to bring it in. Thats a joke. I expected the best gear shop in town to have marginal customer service (bc alaska) but good know how, they dont have either.

Dropped off a driveshaft to get check first thing in the morning. This was a scheduled drop off. Never looked at it the same day. Just needed to check weight a balance. Dont schedule me to drop it off if you arent going to look at it.

Im from out of town and my car started making a squealing noise, so I took it to Youngs. I rolled up right after they closed, but the owner still came out and took a look at my car and helped me figure out it was just gravel stuck in the wheel. These guys saved me, 10/10
