I was transferred to Fernandos office because my previous agents office closed down. Although I find Fernando helpful and considerate of his clients, I cant say the same for his team. I had an insurance issue that needed immediate assistance, Fernando was on vacation and I had to deal with his team who skirted all responsibility and did not resolve the issue. I called State Farms customer service and they were able to resolve the issue within 10 minutes and commented how I was misled by the team at Fernandos office..I was told by State Farm Corp/Customer Service that this was definitely something Fernandos office can deal with and that I was misguided by them.

Mr. Frias office did a fantastic job of helping me find a policy. I switched over from a different insurance company, and I wish I would have done it sooner! Exceptional service and a friendly environment all wooed me, and I knew I made the correct choice of speaking to Mr. Frias and his excellent team about a policy. His office truly cares about what their customers need, and they go above and beyond. This office comes highly recommended, and anyone would be lucky to have them as their agent. 10/10!
