Tom has been a huge help purchasing auto insurance and rental insurance. He explained everything so its easy to understand and helped me call my old insurance company to cancel their policy. My old insurance rate was going to go up, but Tom helped me purchase insurance that made me save more money prior to the increase. Amazing job. I’ve had a policy with state-farm since 1990. I must say every year they impress me more. There has not been a time when I call with an inquiry that they don’t assist me right away. Whether if it’s a question about my policy or simply finding out what I can do to lower my premium, they always come through. The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and if they don’t have an answer they’ll reach out right away with a response. I was just in the process of buying my first home, adding my husband to my policy and adding my new auto lease, and Jenny was with me every step of the way. There’s not one negative comment that I can say, they definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m not one to write reviews, but when the service is this excellent, I must share the experience.

Tom was great and was extremely professional and thorough. He provided a detailed summary of each of the products that we bundled in our new plan and explained the coverage for each policy and what we were replacing. Tom also coordinated a call with my mortgage company while we were on the phone together to notify them that State Farm would be our new provider. Overall, the experience was tremendous and I would *highly* recommend their office for any insurance needs. I thought this would drag out and take me away from my work day but it was a very seamless process. Kudos!
