Love this place! The owner is so lovely and kind. She did my nails and you can tell she’s very meticulous with her cuticle work and gel skills. She managed to make even my stubby nails look glam. Will be coming back next time.

Im new to the area, I was well over due for my nails to be redone.. I find Royal nails, also a coworker said they were really good. I called, asked when would be a good time they said now. I immediately went. Ample parking, located by nice restaurants and stores, Safeway, Ross. They are very busy, I went in on a Thursday mid day, busy is good sign. I signed in and immediately Ken came and did my nails. Very professional, nice, clean, Quick, precise work. I will definitely be going back. He took time on every single detail of work and was extra careful on my cuticle beds.. I appreciate that..Great prices too!

My girl and I got pedis. The staff was friendly, however we found the price was expensive, and her nails were painted shoddily. There was also a dirty, nasty mop bucket in the bathroom. See pics....

During one visit a few of my nails were uneven and crooked and I had to beg the man to fix them. Then before I knew it, he pained my nails a color I didn’t even give him and he didn’t want to change it. I tried one more time and my nails are currently different lengths and I had to come home and reshape all of them. They work way too fast and it seems like they just want people in and out instead of quality work. I also paid prices that weren’t on the board. 40+ for a gel refill is absurd. 56 for gel full set is just insane ( especially for nails all different lengths). The manager is nice but there’s just too much going on here.

Me & my husband went to go get pedicures. I also got a manicure.I think the lady who did me was in a rush or maybe thats how she works. I got a pedicure my husband started before me and she was done 20 mins before my husband was done. It felt so rushed we got there 10 mins after it opened...Then the manicure was horrible. She did it in such a hurry once she found out I didnt want acrylic... Im going somewhere else to change it. I didnt even want to ask to change she was in a rush she spilt all the crystal all over the table... I asked for a gel white nails with crystals. The white manicure is good. But the crystals look horrible they dont shine or anything looks like rocks on my nails instead of crystal diamonds. We paid 140 and she still wanted to ask for a tip. After how horrible my nails looked. If I could put pictures I would....

The spa pedicure was not worth the $52, but my nail technician was fast and quiet. I dont like trying to have a conversation with a mask on. I will go back to get my nails filled, but I will have the cheaper pedicure next time. My experience was ok nothing exceptional about the service or the nail salon.

The people at this salon were extremely nice and friendly! I came in with some family and they were also very happy with the way they treated them! The prices werent bad at all and it was definitely worth it!

The staff do a great job as long as you get service from any of the women. The men are just not as good at doing nails. Its that simple. They also need to focus on cleaning more. Just spraying the pedicure tubs with 409 after each use is not effective. Plus the 409 does not even have time to soak for the chemical to work is not sufficient. Ive left there and had very itchy feet after a day at least a couple of times. How does one report this issue to health authorities?

I’ve been going to Royal Nails for over a year for pedicures and eye brow waxing. The service is fast and I like being able to walk in without an appointment. They have a nice menu of options, a good color selection and comfortable massage chairs. I’m always pleased with the results. It’s a very simple no- frills kind of place.

I left the place almost the same when I arrived just with nail polish. But, I did leave a good tip because I felt bad, still gotta make a living.

My manicure lasted less than 48 hours I went back and was told rudely, should only last 24 hours. It was my fault they said. Gel was not much better and lifted immediately not like other nail shops. They only reason they claim 100% satisfaction in their responses is because posts here affect THEM. They really dont care its all fake concern. They know you will never return so they look better. How about refunding the money to upset clients if they are really concerned? Decline your credit card for bad service is my advice and they can put your money where their mouth is.When your dealing with them at the time in real time asking to uphold reasonable quality standards, its a 5 person pile on to one customer with plenty of attitude.And your feet itch afterward the pumice is really dirty looking and they tell YOU how you want or need your nails done. How are these incredibly rude and ungrateful people still in business? Boycott. Thats the only way we will get someone else to take it over. So many decent places who needs this crazy and expensive drama?

It was terrible. When I first walked in I almost just left because it smelt so bad I almost threw up right in the doorway. I should have just left but for some reason I decided to walk in. The entire time I was there I gagged in my mouth. As well as the smell that was terrible, all the workers were rude and while sitting and getting me toes done were talking behind me back rudely about me thinking that I couldn’t understand what they were saying. The worker didn’t put a clear coat on and they only put one coat of the color I wanted on my toe nails. I asked him to do another later or 2 and put a clear coat on and he rudely said no. At the end we payed and were about to leave when they told us we had forgotten about the tip. We just said no tip and they said it was mandatory we put a small tip. We refused and they said we would not be allowed to leave. We finally decided after a minute or 2 to give them a small tip. The next day all my nails were completely chipped and I could see completely through the paint. I would never recommend this place!!!!!!

One great thing about being in Hawaii, we have a diverse population and speaking in your own language is to be expected, especially at nail salons; however, it becomes weird and uncomfortable for a customer like myself, when your nail tech along with the other two sitting to the left and right of her, begin laughing and pointing at you and carrying on in their own language. It could be innocent, who knows? But it for sure was uncomfortable. Quality of work and customer service was not great either.

Yesterday I went to Royal Nails in Ewa Beach for the first time in a long time. I would like to start with, Helen did I really nice job on my gel nails and my gel pedicure. Also when I used to see Tammy she did a nice job too. However, I wont go back. I get sick everytime I go there. The ventilation is terrible. I almost turned around and walked out when I went in and I should have. The fumes gave me a headache, made me nauseated and I felt like I was going to throw up and pass out. The board of health or someone should inspect the place and force them to have better ventilation.

This salon does everything to make customers happy! Very clean area and I love getting manicures and pedicures here!

Nice people but super slow. 6 days later half of my nails lifted. I went back and was charged another $47. Got home and one nail was like goo and just tore off. Also, might be the cultural gap but the guy that did my 11 year olds nails kept saying “that’s sexy” which made her feel uncomfortable. However when he “fixed” my nails he never used that term even once. Never going back.

On a trip here and first time at this salon. Didnt have to wait long and service was great, worth it!

Spent 125.00 for one person, been to other nail salons and spent that with two people. Still trying to figure out what that amount of money was on...maybe if they were transparent and provided a itemized invoice I would fell a little better about the service received..

Overcharged me for everything !Just to scrub my feet even though I got the Delux pedicure it was $5 more.Also just because they buff my nails they charged $5 more even though I got the deluxe manicure. This was all after I told them I didn’t want the more expensive stuff.Run from this place and file complaints, not a good place at all. I will be calling the Hawaii Better business Bureau.

Youll definitely get the Royal treatment if you come here! I honestly felt like a queen and the Royal deluxe manicure and pedicure I booked was absolutely amazing. Such a delightful experience coming here.

My daughter and I went to get pedicures. I said that I wanted my daughter to get a REGULAR pedicure. Clean, Paint, DONE! But no…her person decided to add decorations AND gave her a manicure without asking. So of course my bill was over 70 dollars. I wanted to chew that ladys face off, but didnt to save my daughter the embarrassment of having a crazy mom. Will I go back? Probably not. Id rather go to places where they have the courtesy of asking the customer what they want and making sure the customer is HAPPY when they leave so theyll get a tip. HINT…they got no tip.Did they do a good job on my pedi? Well my person did my nails pretty good (and he was a guy). My daughters nails look like crap. UGH!

A couple days ago I went to Royal nails in Ewa Beach. I will never recommended royal nails! They are rude and not satisfied by their job at all! About 6:30 I visited royal nails with an open mind and I just need a fill and color. I only had to get two nails replaced I got stiletto (kept asking to get shapen like my other nails finally got over asking him over and over) i wanted my tips pink and the rest nude. He did a great job on my tips but where’s the nude? So now you can see where my previous nails grew to. To bad one of the nails that was replaced isn’t the same length as the other. He also forgot to spray my nails with alcohol and told me I was done and had someone else set there, until I made the comment how it’s funny they don’t have to spray alcohol on them for them not to be sticking. Not to mention Nina is incredible rude! I asked Nina if these two colors went well and she snapped my neck off. (And yes I know understand your language and I rather not say how uncomfortable Nina made me feel! I text my father who was waiting outside to come inside and check on me. Not to mention one of the replacement nails already cut in half after i was packing my clothes.

FUNGUS!!!!! Dont walk, RUN away from this place. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. Mind you, I hadnt had either in about a year because I was pregnant. I treated myself for my trip back home to Georgia. When i got to Georgia after about a week I took the polich off my toes only to discover FUNGUS ON MY TOES! Im completely freaked out. I dont know how to fix it. I called and the lady was RUDE and said they didnt do it and there is nothing they can do about it. I HAVENT HAD ANYTHING DONE TO MY FEET IN A YEAR AND THEY WERE PERFECTLY FINE! Im NEVER going back unless its to protest people from going inside!!

UNBELIEVABLE!! Have been a long time regular to the manager as my nail tech regardless the salon not being the cleanest nor less expensive. For Gods sake I cant get out of there for under $80 for a fill! Made an appointment 24 hours in advance for a huge weekend planned and showed up for it and was told Nina had gone home. Come back tomorrow. No that wont be happening! Convenient or not! Do yourself a favor and find a different salon. Obviously loyalty to them isnt of importance!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! HORRIBLE! They over priced me! What should have only been 35$ for me and 35$ for my sister, total 70$ they charged me 104$! I argued with them that I was being overpriced and pointed out on THEIR OWN menu what I got! But they argued back and because it was my little sisters first time getting her nails done I didn’t want to make it a big deal so I paid them. They also didn’t do my nails how I asked them too and could see a huge gap between the acrylic and my cuticle on almost all my nails! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Im here on vacation visiting a friend, we went to get pedicures and I was highly unsatisfied. I usually never complain or leave bad reviews but I feel people need a warning. I was treating my friend to get her feet done and decided to get mine done too. First off, the place is dirty. They offer extra services to be done during the pedicure if wanted, I declined. He kept pushing for every little thing that could have been possibly added on. I just wanted a simple pedicure. When I declined to have the extras added on, my tech seemed mad about it and then rushed through the rest of my pedicure without saying a word. My toe nails arent even fully polished as there is unpainted spots. As I sat down for my toe nails to dry, I decided to look up on Google to see what rating this place has and read the reviews as I was sitting there and I am not surprised at all by all the horrible reviews. Then they started another pedicure for someone else after me in the same chair I was in and they didnt even clean the foot tub after I was done before they called the next person over. For 2 pedicures and 1 eyebrow waxing they charged over $100. I was just blown away. Outrageously over priced. According to what they have listed for prices my total should have been no more then $75.

This is my second time here because its close and I dont know of any other nail places. The service suck and Ive never gotten a pedicure and your cuticles are pushed back and clipped. Ive never had polish on my cuticles! I will be doing my own pedicure

Gave this place one TOO many tries because theyre close..but they always seem to ruin my eyebrows...& when trying to explain how I want MY eyebrows done its like they get offended! Only to ruin them! Pedicures are rushed through and at times not very neat. However, what really pushed me over the edge was watching one of the employees use a drop of hand soap to clean the pedicure tub after a customer was finished! No bleach, no disinfectant, no scrub down! Only handsoap! Also not sure if this is the new trend for salons to make more money but they are now charging $5 for callus removal on heels which is absurd. Especially when if needed thats normally included WITH A PEDICURE elsewhere. Another thing that I find crazy is how they ask for tips! I always tip when services are being done for me! So to be asked if Im going to tip and how much really rubs me the wrong way! Let your customers initiate the tip!! Stop asking!!!

I come here to get my eyebrows waxed. They always do a great job and its only $12. On the weekends they are packed! So these ladies must be doing something right.

The absolute worst customer service for a tourist attraction imaginable!! It wasn’t until after I started asking questions about my pedicure which they kept up charging for services like calluse removal which should be included in your pedicure, They caught attitudes. They speak in their language about you and the lady who’s station is across from his hit me with a chair . I asked is this the way they treat the customers the guy just glared at me . I will never return to this place ever again !

Amy did a really good job on my gel nails. The only problem was I felt like she doesn’t specialize in pedicure. It felt rushed and my toe nail was uneven. Other than that I really recommend Amy when it comes to gel nails

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Took my 5 year old to paint nails that came out to be 40.00. Bad customer service! When I talked to them about explaining to me why so much almost the cost of adult service. They start to talk in their language very unprofessional. Never again!!

Do not go to them. I will never go back again. They dont have all the prices on their price list or let you know the prices for extra stuff. They are so rude its ridiculous. When leaving they yelled at my sister saying she shouldve paid an extra fifteen dollars for gel because she messed up one of her nails.

The worst place Ive ever been to. I went for my first mani after having my daughter. I asked the lady to not do them too long because I didnt want to scratch my baby then she replies youre too young to be a mom. Im 22. lol she then charged me $5 extra just to shave them down, when I refused to do gel polish she got mad. She made me pay before she would even paint my nails & finish them. Ive never experienced that. And took it upon herself to take out a tip that she didnt deserve. literally disgusted with this place, I didnt even care what my nails ended up looking like I just wanted to leave!

I loved it, she was really delicate with my hands and picked a really pretty color sense they didnt have the one I picked out.

Rude!! I called to ask if they repair torn natural nails (its a kit, with some mesh and glue) she kept asking about a natural color. After repeating myself clearly 3 times she finally understood (I think ) and said, oh, no. We no do and hung up on me.

I really wish there was an option for a negative star. Great place to go if you want a 15 minute pedicure.... They dont give a crap unless you go for all the bells and whistles, every act is an extra fee and if you say no, they get angry and start to rush! I had to give them one star because Google wont let you do a review if you dont put a star. This place is the worse nail salon I have visit in my entire life and I LIVED IN NYC and seen bad nail places. So I get in a 10am some the techs are busy I signed in and sit down but there are two of them talking away on the back. I asked if one of them can do my nails and they tell me that they have appointments which I could understand but 45 minutes later, I am still waiting to get my nails done while these two ladies are talking away in the back. Finally a guy comes get me to do my pedi an hour after I walked in. He cut me in one of my toes because he was distracted talking to the tech next to him by this point and I am done, I walked out half way through my pedi.

I have been to this nail salon several times, I like it most of the techs are great. Last night i went to get a full set of nails, my tech was amy. Amy was rude, and had an attitude. When i told her what i wanted she told me it would look funny. I didnt hear something she said so i asked her to repeat herself so she got loud and said it with attitude. When i mentioned that one nail was longer than the other she file it down harshly. she was laughing and talking with her coworkers so it was clearly because she had a customer. My nails look great but i will not go to her again.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. My tech was one if the males. Do not get him! Just went there today because I have a dance tomorrow.First of all, everything is an extra charge. ($5 to remove old nail polish and I just had regular polish I did at home - no gel or acrylic or anything. Very frustrating! If I would have known, I would have removed the polish beforehand myself. Then, paid another $5 for them to sand down my heels. Anywhere else this service is included with a regular pedicure.) The massage was about 3 mins. long and not very relaxing. It did nothing but mske me upset.As for the manicure, the tech messed it up BADLY. There was polish all over my fingers. To put it bluntly, I was completely unsatisfied. The tech took over 20 mins. trying to use a small brush with acetone to fix it. Of course, it didnt work because the brush was too thick and we had used red nail polish. Finally, I was so disappointed and angry and about to ask for a refund when he brought another nail tech (Nina) over to just start over and redo my nails. She redid them within 10 minutes.Although she did a good job on fixing them, the whole relaxing experience was shot and wasted. To make matters worse, 3 hours later, I was trying a pair of high heels on to wear for the dance and the diamond fell off on my left foot. I had the shoes on less than 5 mins.So now, I have one foot with a diamond and one without. I spent $63 for a regular mani/pedi with 4 designs (2 for feet and 2 for hands). It was completely NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Not worth the money and not a good experience. Did a careless job and asked me for a tip at the end. When I said I had no cash, the lady implied that I should ask one of my friends for cash to give her a tip. Not happy for her telling me that I should do that and expecting me to give you a tip when you did a careless job. Not worth it!

The worst nail salon ever, service sucks, dont waste your money there, they have bad attitudes and over charge for a french design pedi, the foot massage was so quick I was irritated, and the bling on my toes fell off in a week, never going there again!!!!
