Was quick and appeared to have done a good job on my brakes. Havent had any issues since. However, my automatic emergency braking hasnt worked since I had European to replace my brakes.

Anybody who is reading these reviews can obviously see that Bruno who is the owner of the shop really cares about his customers and their cars. He was very honest in looking at my car & told me I would need a new engine and really would not be worth the repair price. Its refreshing to get an honest opinion and even gave me some advice to actually sell the vehicle the way it is for the most cost effective solution. He also didnt charge me a dime to diagnose it and ultimately made nothing in dollars but yet again gained a raving fan.. For honest car repair guy Bruno cannot be beet especially for foreign vehicles which seem to have a auto service niche for repairs all to their own.

My family uses this auto repair shop because of the quality work that has been preformed on our vehicles over the past 15 years. American and European cars, no matter the brand vehicle you have, Bruno and his staff will take good care of you. Bruno is the owner and he will guarantee you his work. This shop will not keep your vehicle weeks at a time. You take your ride in, get an estimate of the work, its done in one to two days depending on parts needed. Bruno will tell you if hes backed up and when best to bring your vehicle; its a drop off shop for the most part depending on the service needed. Great customer service.

I have been a customer for years great work and fair prices. But the only work on foreign cars

Theyre probably great, but they are so busy that they couldnt take me. I was told to arrive before 8am in order to get service, which I did, but they were still already full. This is evidence that they are really good, though it was frustrating for me.

My engine light had been on for nearly two years and no one, not even the dealership, could figure out the problem after spending nearly $1K to get it fixed. EVERYONE told me that I was going to have to replace the engine and that I was looking at several more thousand dollars of repairs.A friend suggested that I bring my car to European. After making his diagnosis, Bruno just said $350. I asked him if my engine light would come back on and said “of course, but not for that! Your engine is fine”.Trust and believe that I was happy to hand over that $350 after initially thinking it would cost me over $4K. That was this past December, and so far, I’ve had no problems!

I have been going to Bruno for over 25 years and the service has always been outstanding. Just this past week he fixed both my Lexus and BMW and I am as always very pleased. I had some additional concerns about my suspension - could’ve easily told me it was bad and tried to sell me additional repairs, but he checked it out and told me I had nothing to worry about. STAY AWAY FROM HEREAfter hearing the raves of his integrity, and great work, I brought my Benz to have brakes down. After one week, there was an excessive amount of brake dust from my brakes. They have turned my rims completely black. I returned the car and he had the nerve to tell me, brakes make dust, this is how Mercedes makes the brakes. I informed him, Absolutely not, I have had my brakes down by the Benz dealer and have never had this problem. You are putting on inferior brakes and that is why they have done this. He never offered an apology, not cleaned my rims, which are ruined. Stay away! I would rather pay the $150 more than have cheap dusty brakes added to my car!My car did not have aftermarket brakes. You are a crook! You refused to refund me my money.

Reliable, honest reasonably priced. Only bad thing is limited hours, M-F, closing at 5. Nevertheless, well worth that inconvenience.

Bruno is the best, always fair and upfront prices. Better than some dealerships repair facilities. If you have a European car that needs service, this is a place worth considering and should be in your top 3. Also, they work with extended warranty companies.

Ive been taking my VWs to these guys for years. Excellent work, friendly service, and fair prices. They dont need to upsell or do unnecessary work because theyve built theyre business on trust. I only wish that they worked on American cars as well.

A family business, Bruno is an honest businessman! If I need it, he will advise so. If I dont, he will advise when. I live/work 5 miles from my car dealer in the Loop. I live 25 miles from European Cars-EP. I dropped my car off at 6:30a, commute an hour to/from the shop; and its always ready the next day! I dont mind the journey to have European work on my car because I know Bruno knows foreign cars, and he never steers me wrong! I went there for oil change for my Porsche 2001 Boxster my car never did leak motor oil now its leaking motor oil and they did not reset why oral meter which is computer-wise terrible service will never go again I am afraid to bring my car back because I believe they may sabotage it again
