Eugene Williams is a joke. I feel like I wasted a tow. I have to get it towed from this shop to my preferred dealership by my house but I will have to use another tow and pay the different in the miles. Honesty, I did not feel he was the right man for the fixing the lower control arm to my Jeep. So getting my Jeep towed away from Eugene will be the best money spent on my jeep. He probably would have fixed the wrong side, how absent minded he is. I have an extended warranty, triple A, and Fleet account for my Jeep. You would believe I would have been provided better services, NOPE Eugene never bothered with getting my information.
I went to the shop because of my AAA subscription and they provided a superb service. I got text updates about my vehicles state and called when I wanted a fuller account. The staff was very nice and accommodating, Nathalie worked with me through my case and she was always open, honest and responsive to my needs.I needed to change the starter of my car and specifically asked not to get any further diagnostic (as I had strong suspicions that the problem was my starter which died). So they only charged me for the starter and the labor, but not any diagnostic fee. They changed the starter and the car worked, later it had a small issue for which it had trouble starting and although they had agreed to only change the starter as the car had initially moved and then it didnt (although the starter was turning on) they offered to re-install a different starter just to be sure that it was working. They were super responsive and open to assessing their work even going beyond what could have been expected. They changed the starter and the car worked and continued to be informative and open all throughout the process. My special thanks to Nathalie and the manager who were incredibly understanding and thoughtful about my situation. Also the mechanic was very nice and took the time to explain what he thought might be the issue and the step-by-step of what they were going to do.

Very trustworthy. My truck was towed to AAA Car Care Center in Evergreen Park overnight unsure if it was a battery or starter issue. I was able to get it diagnosed and serviced before noon the next day. New battery was installed and glad it wasnt the starter. Always have gotten reasonable and reliable service.

But Donell and Brenda found a solution, and we left with everything working fine. I came in with three issues, they were only able to fix one.
Service is good. They give a thorough diagnostic about whats wrong with the car. Only disadvantage is that the day I came for service was right after the big snowstorm, so it took two days to get my car repaired.
The food was very good. A little lite on the stake but the portions were still sufficient for a satisfying meal. The cashier lied to me about the lime. She said they didnt have any more. The manager made her go in the back and get me a whole one. She is bad for his business. She didnt even have her mask on correctly, her nose was out!Lazy young lady😲
I attempted to pay my roadside assistance membership earlier than when it was due. The clerk supposedly could not make change. I contacted AAA and the manager informed me that customer can accept money and make change. This clerk obviously does understand customer service.
I went in for an oil change. It was done in less than an hour which was fantastic. Triple A Carolina spoiled me so my experience wasnt the same. My results from my oil changed werent explained as they do an overview of your car and it wasnt cleaned, but again the customer service was different from the Triple in Greensboro, NC than this one.Update: Spoke with Eugene and decided to add another star.

Called at 0900 for an Oil change appointment they told me to come now. I got there at 9:30 ish. Received $20 off my oil change and just after 10:30 I’m headed home. Very good service, clean professional! I even got a quote on auto insurance while I waited. Top notch service!

I’ve been coming here for the last couple years to get oil changes and other maintenance for my car. Always had amazing experiences. The place is always very clean and the staff is usually very helpful and nice. Until my most recent visit. I had a failing triple aaa battery in my car with a warranty so it shouldn’t had been to hard to get replaced, correct? Wrong. This is probably my worst maintenance experience ever. Demetrick was extremely rude and unhelpful. The only people who were helpful were Mark and Nicole. I’ve been a triple aaa member for over 10 years and I don’t see myself spending another dime at this facility.
Brenda was great and professional. She has a very warm and kind attitude. She worked with me and explained everything so that I would understand what was going on with my car. I went to pep boys and they said I needed an air compressor but after Brenda checked it all I needed was for my air to be recharged. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.Thanks Brenda keep up the great job.😍

This AAA is very nice. The staff is always very nice and courteous whenever I call or come in for service.
I had my truck towed here a while back. Eugene waited on me and prepare my paperwork for the diagnostic test, and said he would give me a call in the morning. No call the next day or the day after that, so I called and he told me I needed a starter which was very expensive considering the age of the truck and thats what I told him. He calls back with a price slightly lower and I asked if I get the work done would the price I paid for the diagnosis be applied towards the total cost and he said NO. So I didnt get the work done because the total cost with parts and labor would have been over $700. I must add that when I picked up the vehicle I had a much better experience with Rich who gave me a discount on the charge. Overall this place is expensive and has mediocre customer service dont think Ill be returning.
I paid $497 for a sensor to be replaced on my 2009 Mitsubishi Galant (At least thats what AAA told me what needed to be replaced) because and after I drove away the service engine soon light came back on. I brought my vehicle in because this light was on...So right now I feel screwed over.
Would not change oil as a walk in after 1pm. Appointments only

Brenda from AAA is awesome! She is the facility manager and is more than insightful with letting you know what’s going on with your car. She is honest and let’s you know what you need and what they can and can’t do. I feel like she always goes the extra mile when I need help with my car. Service from this facility is always great. Customer service is always above average which is rare at majority places you go to. I go here for all my car care needs. Try them out and see for yourself.
Brenda is fantastic, fair, and always explains any issues. They are trustworthy. If you do not have an appointment- show up before they open and they can normally get you in- you may have to wait but they have a kid friendly waiting room. With tv/toys/internet access/snacks

AAA has been servicing my car for a while. I dont feel like Im being taken advantage of because they always let me know what needs to be fixed before they fix it and what its going to cost so there are no surprises. I appreciate their attention to detail. Also, Ive tried to top my mechanic 2x and he has refused so AAA takes care of their employees.I recently told my employer about AAA so he has me bring in my work car.

Soooooooo let me tell you guys about my experience with this particular service facility- it started out with me calling AAA for a simple tow to my dealership’s service center due to some problems making my vehicle inoperable. When the tow truck driver arrived he suggested this place instead of my dealership because it would save me money on diagnosis, parts and labor. So I canceled my appointment with my service dept and had him take the car to Evergreen Park Car Care Plus. This was a Tuesday. I was told that I would receive a call from the facility upon receipt of my car. I waited hours and no call, finally I called them and spoke to a woman named Nicole who told me that the person who does diagnostic testing had a heavy load that day and was off the next day so there was no guarantee he’d be able to get to my car before the end of the day. She said that he’d be in on that following Thursday, and that she’d have information about the problems with my car by Friday at the latest. Seemed like a long time to wait for a diagnosis, but I didn’t mind waiting until Friday (I mean, they’re saving me money so I’ll wait a couple days). Friday came- no call. I waited until Monday, thinking perhaps the mechanic came back to a ton of work and got delayed (I’m a reasonable person). Monday I called to check on the status, spoke to a woman named Brenda (pretty sure that was her name) who initially told me that my vehicle needed a smoke test (whatever that is) but the smoke testing machine unfortunately was out for service......so at this point I’m realizing this is not a good start to a business relationship and because I’ve been dragged around by auto shops before, I decided to have my vehicle towed from there to my original destination- my dealership’s service center. Brenda was nice and assured me that there would be no cost since no service was done. Fine. I had just dialed the customer service number for AAA to request another tow, when Brenda called me back. She then tells me “I spoke with Nicole, who you talked to last week, and she says she called you over the weekend and ‘some young lady’ answered and she gave her all of the information regarding your car and the mechanic recommendations”....... At this point I’m confused! “Ma’am NO ONE has called me, no one has talked to me about my car until I spoke with you a few minutes ago. And there is no ‘young lady’ in my home or that would have been around me at all this past weekend, what’s going on?”Nicole also claimed that a man stopped by the shop and she explained to him as well. WHAT YOUNG MAN? Who are these people she’s claiming to have spoken to??? Why would I lie about not getting the information? I’m trying to get my vehicle serviced!Of course by this point I’m upset, because NICOLE is flat out lying to save face after failing to follow up. She made up a young woman, and added an imaginary man and confirmed that it was MY phone number and MY car the “strange man” came to check on. After some serious back and forth between Brenda and I about Nicole, I decided that I had experienced wayyy to many red flags to trust anything from anyone at this facility. (1st red flag- no call when car was received. 2nd- no call back on Friday when promised. 3rd- still no diagnosis when calling MONDAY. And 4th- the flat out lies!)I immediately removed my vehicle from this place, wasted a week of my time and now I’m back at square one- waiting for an appointment with my dealership. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received, but I’m glad that I found out BEFORE they did any work. Dishonest people, please beware before taking your car there. I will commend Brenda for being so nice even when I was blowing my top (she’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1), but Nicole is definitely to blame for her lack of follow up, poor service and flat out LYING when she dropped the ball.All I wanted was my car fixed............

Took my car in for them to fix the heat they fixed the heat and fan and I didnt have no problem with the antifreeze leaking from my car before I took it to them had to take the car up there about 4 times so they could fix the problem and Im glad they fixed the heating system other than that Im having more problems with my car now than I did before I took it to them
In and out within an hour for a tire rotation and oil change. Great customer service. The workers are very kind and professional especially the service advisor, Eugene Williams. He took good care of us and gives us nice updates on our car. If you ever go there ask for Eugene.

I usually always like to make an appointment when I need my car serviced, which is why I schedule an appointment online. However of the 3 times that Ive scheduled an appointment online they have called to tell me that its not available. Their website needs to be updated to be able to actually reflect the correct availability for appointments. The service has been satisfactory once Im there.
Poor lack of communication. Missing 2 days of work because I wasn’t updated on when EXACTLY my vehicle would be ready. Brought in my car Saturday morning around 9am, spoke to the receptionist at the front desk about my issue and got a quote on the service, after that I proceeded to hand over my keys. (Since I was told the service would take up to 2 hrs) Called the same day around noon to see if they even started working on the vehicle..got told they’d call me once done (mind you they close @ 4 on Saturday & closed on Sunday.) 3pm passes & I viewed my phone around 3:30pm & called AAA 45 mins later & got no answer. Of course 4pm flys. No voicemail. No email. No thing. Oh did I happen to mention my wife is pregnant ? That’s right, they left us stranded basically. I say that because the keys to our apt is attached to the car keys. This may just be our biggest L of 2020 honestly. Don’t make the mistake we made. ASK QUESTIONS DON’T ASSUME
Currently, my car is with service for repair. This review is for the excellent customer service I received from Nicole starting with my initial phone call to the AAA Car Center in Evergreen Park. Since customer service is on the decline with most companies, I was pleasantly surprise at how cooperative and helpful Nicole was over the phone. Once I arrived at the center the great customer service continued as she was responsive and took steps to really help me. I am looking forward to writing another great review regarding the car repair service from AAA!

Nice facility. Friendly staff; BUT, excessively long wait times and the service is questionable. I would not recommend unless you are in a bind, and then you better know what your car needs.I walked in with no appointment for an oil change (they accept walk-ins until 2 pm). My car has over 120,000 miles. It needs synthetic high mileage oil. After they finally brought my car into the garage, I thought I should asked what type of oil they would be using. The service agent told me regular oil would be used. I told him that my car needs a high mileage synthetic, and the service agent very defensively responded, Well did you tell us that is what you need?When I take my vehicle to any reputable service center, I dont expect to have to tell the mechanics/service guys what to do, I am expecting for them, as the experts, to assess and recommend to me.Even after waiting almost four hours as a new walk-in customer, I told them to stop immediately (thank goodness I stopped them before the mechanic had started to change the oil), got my keys, got in my car, and ran for the hills.Four hours of my day wasted.Go to the 91st and Western facility only if you have the whole day to wait and you know what your car needs so that you can tell the mechanics there what to do.
My car was giving me so much trouble but AAA as always there to help..great customer services..my car running like new and all parts are under full warranty! Cant beat that! Worth every dime!

Service is pretty quick. I love how you can see them working on your car. They literally get cars in and out of there. I walked in and was out in an hour and 15mins. I just had and oil change.As I do about every 3-4 months. And I like AAA. Brenda and Eugene are top notch. The mechanics are spot on. That is the only place I take my car.
It was my first time going to this facility. I asked when I made the appointment if they dealt with transmission problems. The lady who gave me the appointment said yes. When I dropped off my car I told them about the noise, and my mechanic told me it was my transmission and to get another opinion. AAA diagnostic test, which I paid 99.99 for gave me a list of parts to buy and a bill of 2200.00. I bought the parts because the man at the desk at AAA told me that was the problem. He told me I know why your car is making the noise. The new parts cost me1000.00, were put on by my mechanic of 35 years who worked for Ford. The car had the same noise with all new parts that AAA told me to buy. The problem with AAA at 91st western is poor quality service and overpriced opinion. They gave a opinion and not a diagnosis of the real problem. When I spoke with AAA, the man at the desk denied me telling him about the transmission problem, and he said “what you want me to do about it.” I only went there because it was in the neighborhood. I am a senior, and I have never felt so disrespected in my life by this facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone their. Be careful where you go. Buy the way I got 2 other opinions and it is the transmission. I am with out a car now because of listening to AAA on 91st and western. I will have to save to get my car fix.
