A really horrible experience, they claim their projects to be livable then implement extreme estrictions on access. Work causes extreme dust and exposure to toxic chemicals. Should be more flexible and work around residents instead of making residents work around the projects needs. If you hire this company, prepare to be bullied, things to go over cost, and to overall have an awful experience.

A horrible experience dealing with this company on multiple flooding caused by this company. Pacific Building Envelop Everett offered no apology for all the trouble it created due to its faulty work or take responsibility to the possible damage due to the flooding. If youre dealing with this company with any problems, I recommend you go through the Attorney Generals office to resolve any issues.

My place under construction by Pacific Building Envelop is being flooded at the moment, but the emergency contact of this company is not answering their emergency contact phone said my condo manager. I will update in the near future how the company responded.
