The worst company ever. Gave me two weeks for pick up and when I called them the guy who’s name is Rich (so rode) told me will need two more weeks. Don’t trust them and I will never deal with them again.

Unresponsive. Looked good on website. Did not respond to web inquiry or email questions after 4 weeks.

Great window for the price. Installed several in a condo flip and they were very good. Will be using them again

I bought a condo in 2015 with windows installed by Ultimate Windows in 2011 or 2012. I contacted them to see if I could get a service call (which I would pay for) to come look at a few windows since half of them no longer lock and theres a piece coming off the sliding door. Im not sure if the windows are at fault or the installation. At first they responded right away asking for the info from the install label. After sending them the requested info they never responded again. Ive called and emailed (John) several times over the past two months with no response. Buyer beware.

My sliding door and replacement windows still look and work great after 15 years. I can still get replacement parts.
