Made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday. Yousoff told me to call in advance if I’m going to reschedule. I get there 10min early, the sign on the door says opened but it was locked. I called him and told him I was outside. He tells me he had an emergency and couldn’t make it. What a waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
