I had George @ one of the Everett locations prepare my taxes. He was very kind, professional and just an all around great guy.

No rating this place is a nightmare filled with witches controlling you return I will never suggest this place to anyone.

Got denied for an advance from the bank JH uses. The only reason I justified paying the fees was cause I was getting a advance on money that doesnt even come to me first. Next year Ill just use the free turbo tax if there isnt going to be any advance

I booked with them online. Showed up to an unprofessional guy whose name tape was upside down. Gave me a run around that I didnt have a scheduled appointment and that he was all alone. Do not recommend this place. I recommend the Jackson Hewitt on state in Marysville.

Nancy Carlton is excellent. She cleared up some price issues that I had last year. Because of her professional knowledge she has saved me as a loyal customer for years!!!

The lady who helped me was really nice and friendly. Their printer could use some upgrade though. It was the only thing that held me there for almost an hour. It was a nice experience nonetheless and will get my tax prep by them again next year.

Kathy was amazing. Quick, smart, knowledgeable and funny. It’s important to connect with people and she did. I’ll be looking for her next tax season.

Had a wonderful experience and the biggest refund Ive ever had.

My fiancé and I came in to do my taxes. The gentlemen who helped us was nice, however he mis wrote important information on our taxes which delayed our income taxes. He quoted me a refund, charged me, then told me that he filed wrong and my refund was less than half of what he quoted. When helped by another man he was rude and smart in his responses. I do not recommend!

The people who work in the Everett office on 112th are really really undertrained and I think they screwed up on my taxes
