I’ve been in a property managed by Terra Property for over 6 years. Tom and the employees with Terra Property have always been professional and very responsive. I’ve appreciated the friendly personal service. Any problems that came up we’re always attended to and remedied quickly. I’m going to miss working with them.

I found Tom Ross at Terra Property Mgmt to be initially helpful, then soon afterwards, inconsistent in his service, unprofessional with a generally negative attitude towards issues and, at times, actually unresponsive. He would not respond to texts or calls for weeks, ignoring some altogether and we almost lost the chance to renew the lease with an existing tenant had it not been for my persistence. He also did not tell the truth on two important issues. After I called him out on his unprofessionalism the first time, he said he would do better and I gave him a second chance. Regretfully, after hearing recently about repair issues with the tenant, I am now out money for the monthly fees I feel were wasted with Terra Property and calls for repairs Tom seems not to have handled other than telling the tenants to plug and unplug things. As far as I am concerned, he violated the terms of the contract we signed. Buyer beware

Tom Ross and his company Terra Property Management have been amazing to rent from! My apartment was clean and well kept upon move in, not to mention smooth from start to finish. Tom was very helpful and responsive with all my questions. I just moved out and am so sad Tom will not be my landlord anymore. He genuinely cares and demonstrates core values and ethics. I was a landlord of several properties that I owned for about 10 years. Ive been a renter and moved frequently the last four years. its giving me the opportunity to sit on both sides of the table and get a good understanding what it feels like to be either party.that is just to say that working with Tom and Brandee has been a great experience because of their level of responsiveness. if I could give them six stars for responsiveness I would. its off the charts fantastic and well above and beyond what they have to do and what 99% of other property managers do. so I would give Terra Property Services an A+ and obviously highly recommend them as a real estate investor and a renter.If you rent from them they will take great care of you. Also if I was renting a property and needed someone to manage it I would hire them in a second, no question. Thanks a lot to both of you for your professionalism.

I hired Tom with Terra Property Management to rent my property while I served in the military overseas. He charmed my wife and I during the interviewing process with his extensive knowledge and promises of the service that his company would provide. During the year that we did business with Terra we received five extremely late monthly deposits, some were over a month late. When we would track the payments on the web portal, it showed that our tenant paid on time.After multiple calls and emails during the period of late payments we never received any contact from Tom, not a a single email back in twelve months. After the multiple months of late deposits and no communication from Tom, the situation escalated to three consecutive months without a deposit.This is when I hired an attorney and gave my notice at the end of our twelve month contract to discontinue using Terra to represent our rental. Long story short it cost me $500 to get the three months of unpaid rent from Tom. He lied to my tenant and we almost lost having him sign another year lease. Having to deal with this while deployed was not coolcool.

They are the first company that I have complete confidence in because of their extensive knowledge of property management.
