I found Seattle Steamers last minute (5 days before move out) and they were recommended by the house cleaners I hired from Thumtack for move-out cleaning.They fit me in right away and were very professional. They even let me reschedule the day based on when the cleaners were going to come. I scheduled them for Friday with arrival time between 4-6 pm. They arrived early (which worked better for us) and were ready to get the job done. Our townhome rental was partially hardwood, with 2 flights of stairs and the top 3 bedrooms floor being the carpeted areas needing deep carpet cleaning. Not only did they clean and return the carpets to as “as new” condition, they also got the grease stains out from my office where I’d spilled. They worked fast, but don’t let that fool you about quality. The end product was excellent! They were done within the hour and the price they quoted was more than reasonable for the service!It was outstanding service to put it at best! I will definitely hire them again!

I have been working with Seattle Steamers for a couple years for my rental property. Their quality of work is impeccable, and I get plenty of value for what I pay for. The nice thing is, the quality of service is consistent. It is as good as it was when we first started working together a couple years ago. This is a rare thing because many other service providers I work with, provide poorer service as time goes on. That’s never a problem with Seattle steamers, and because of that, I always know I can call them anytime I need them. Worry free and convenient.

Mo was fantastic! He was respectful and very polite. Even said hi to the dogs which I thought was really sweet. The items I had cleaned were an area rug, large couch and chair. I have large dogs in my house and all of the items had significant odor. He was able to get ALL of the smells and stains out. The furniture and rug look like new!He was also very quick to respond when I reached out for an appointment and I didnt have to wait long to get scheduled.I would definitely recommend his services and plan to use him again!

Seattle Steamers was great, not only prompt and responsive but very friendly. My dog peed on the carpet and they were able to come next day, while here I was given tips on what to do in the event he pees on the carpet again. Would definitely use again.

If you are hiring them to pressure wash your garage, look elsewhere. A few competitors are offering a deep clean for $150. These guys were in my 2-car garage for 3 mins and claimed they completed the job (little did they know I have ring cameras on my property). I requested a refund, but they preferred to come out to make it right. Even after the second visit, I was left with a partially complete job that did not remove the cement dust out of my garage.The next person I hired for epoxy had to re-pressure wash my garage. A huge waste of my money and time.I only hired them because my s/o had a positive experience with them cleaning our carpets. Thus the adjusted 2 star review.

Don’t hire them if you value your money . They mentioned that almost all stains will be removed and they will clean it thoroughly. They cleaned garage just by washing it and doing light scrubbing . After they are done, most of the stains were like that only. On questioning they said this is job well done according to them. On top they charged me 130$ for 300 feet garage. Don’t use their services if you value your money.

Seattle Douches failed to show up to the scheduled appointments twice in a row. They wasted 2 my weekdays, their technician got detained by the police, and they still expected me to use their services.

Recently received a carpet cleaning service from Seattle Steamers. One of staff named Adam arrived promptly on time and was very knowledgeable about his technical profession. He preferred to utilize the kitchen outlets because of the power draw needed for equipment, and had a very good ability to estimate which stains would come out with basic servicing. Very fast, very flexible, and professional (with good pricing). Commendable.

Used them via Amazon, once we paid they told us well you need to pay another $100 for deep cleaning or it wont look good...Then what did I pay for you ask? Well, I paid for some dude to lazily walk around and spray steam on our carpet, not a single stain was removed, they tried over and over and over to upsell. Lesson learned, they take your money for cleaning but dont clean without more money.**In response to your attempt to save face: this is false. How can you say we are as clear as possible and use the word clean? Honest question. We paid for carpet cleaning, we did not get carpet cleaning. We got were here at your house, now give us more money so we can clean. You give options to pay more and more and more to get to the original intent...a clean carpet. Lets be clear: each room you cleaned had a zero percent increase in cleanliness. Zero. Its shameful and unethical to advertise carpet cleaning, take money, and leave without cleaning the carpets. It was a waste of your time and a waste of my wife and my time and money. Look through my review history, Ive maybe left 3 or 4 reviews ever, it takes an incredible level of incompetence to get me to spend my time writing reviews, this is how low I feel about your service. Shall I post before and after pictures and leave continued reviews on all of the other review sites, amazon and social media? Id prefer not to but if youre intent is to continue trying to invalidate my review Im happy to set aside the time.
