Bought a Beta and it was dead the next day despite doing everything correctly. Have filter, water temp good, water conditioned. Wouldnt eat, then died.

This is my favorite location near my home. Its big and lots of parking. They have a great selection though I have a hard time walking past the homeless kitty cats without wishing my own would let me have a second one. Shes a greedy cat though.

Went in to look at African Dwarf frogs. Three of the four were dead and the last was a youngling trying to fight against the intense current they had in there (they require still waters as they are weak swimmers). Dead fish in almost all tanks. I had never seen anything like it. Please make sure your employees and management understand the living parameters of fish. Many fish with torn fins, missing limbs, eaten down until only the body remains.

Store was a little understaffed and I had to wait 15 minutes to buy some tropical fish. The shipment came that day and the tanks had many dead ones that were noticeably gone well beforehand. One practically died before it was even bagged. The staff was pleasant and helpful but the store could use some more team members to provide a better customer service experience overall.

Unfortunately, they didnt have what I called for. (Most of the pet supply places are out of the flea powder, that you sprinkle on the carpet & vacuum up about 10 minutes later.) Its that time of year when everyone is out of stock. However, they were helpful, & polite.

It was our first time ever using a groomer and well definitely be back again!! The staff is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional. The place was very busy, and yet they kept it clean and smelling great. Thank you ladies for treating our girl so wonderfully!! She was a happy, excited girl for the rest of the day. Also, they had her groomed so quickly, yet no compromise of services. Just a great place to take your fur baby to.

Really friendly staff that were super helpful getting us the prescription food we needed for our aging kitty, even calling our vet to get the prescription when we didnt have it with us. Great customer service!

Always fun to go here. 4 stars because there were a lot of empty areas on shelves in the fish, bird and cat areas. Only a few options for cat flea treatments but got what I needed. 1 live bird. Wasnt very busy at all around 3:30 on a Friday. Hoping its because a lot of sales over Memorial Day weekend and not a sign of another store closing!

They supply everything I need for my 5 pound dog, a mix breed a Chorkie. Found tarter control toothpaste and packet included a tiny toothbrush and a finger cover for brushing with my finger with toothpast on it, and breath refresher with enzymatic teeth cleaning properties. Also picked up a bag of dry dog food she has been on since I adopted her at one year of age. I get all my supplies there. I bathe her, and trim her nails, and thin and cut her hair as needed myself. Friendly store employees and I have a neighbor that works there too! I highly recommend PerSmart for your pet needs. I always find what I need there for my pet!!!

Koji here is pretty young, but weve bonded already in 24 hours and HASNT BITTEN ME ONCE.Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. I would 100000% recommend anyone to purchase birb here.

Ordered online for curbside pickup late in the day. The order was CONFIRMED by PetSmart. I also received an email saying my entire order was ready for pickup at the store. I get onsite and curbside pickup wasnt available for whatever reason in the app, so I have to go in the store. I get inside, wait in line for 5 minutes to talk to a cashier, who takes my name then goes away for TEN more minutes before returning with a bag which was missing key items ordered (I was trying to setup a newborn puppy incubator, so I needed everything for it to work!). I had to ask about the missing items and the employee just looked at me. I asked is there something similar you can swap or am I getting a refund? and was told dismissively Id only get charged for what I picked up.I wasnt able to setup the incubator last night as alternate pet stores had closed. The runt of the litter couldnt keep warm and died overnight. Thanks for confirming my order even though you couldnt complete it and preventing me from sourcing elsewhere, PetSmart.Its not the store employees fault that the PetSmart website, app, and curbside delivery programs are totally inaccurate and unreliable. Regardless, Im definitely taking my business (and the future business for the SIX, I mean FIVE puppies I whelped yesterday) to a different pet store in the future.

This place was nice if you come in. They have litterly everything you can imagine. I have 2 birds a dog and had a fish. This leads me to why I didnt give it all the stars. I called to ask about my sick fish, and the person talking with me was a little rude. My fish ended up dying. The reason I didnt remove 2 Stars was because Im not sure if it was just that one person on the phone. Overall the place is good

Great place. Tons of stuff if you have a dog, little limited on on cat toys, but has a large selection of item for all your other critters too. Mostly friendly staff. I go often for the Wiggles &Wags dog treats... pups love them

Pretty average petsmart. When I was there several tanks were cleaned out including the birds. They do have a vet in store though which I think is really cool.

The curbside pickup is the best! I order online and get notified when my dog food is ready. Call when I get there, they bring it out and throw in the back for me off I go. They are always polite and professional when I call. There has never been an issues that they couldnt immediately solve.

Great variety of quality products for all types of pets. Always clean and well-organized. Good sales but I wish they price matched. Id rather by local than buy online. Its a big store and sometimes a bit difficult to get the attention of a sales rep, but all in all, its a good store where I can most often find the high quality products Im looking for.

Nat is did a great job at taking care of foxie who is a 14 year old pomeranian. I always get anxiouse leaving him at the groomer but she was very kind and reassured me she would take good care of him and she did .

Always love coming here to get stuff for my pets. Little pricey but worth it. Just saved a guinea pig lost in the city and it was cheap enough to get a temporary set up for her until her new mom comes to pick her up.

This is our familys go to plce for pet supplies. Recently our beloved Gerbil Gilbert passed away from old age. After an appropriate time for mourning we headed here for a hamster. What we found and fell in love with was a sweet girl hamster. The reason for the 3 stars is that there were 2 other families waiting to get babies of their own and the store only had 1 person on the floor to assist customers. The wait was quite long as it was a busy day over at the fish apparently. This will not stop us from shopping there, but we just wish that they would have been more prepared for a Saturday.

This rating is strictly for their tags engraving machine. Their in store selection was minimal and the machine its self was a nightmare. It was not registering the letters I was trying to hit regardless to if I touched it softly or hard and everything in-between. I just ended up giving up and returning the tags. Also the tags were over priced. Go to Petco for tags.

I called to see if they had ultamino in stock before I drive out and they told me they are just too busy to go check. He could put me on hold but I could be on hold for 20 minutes. Terrible customer service!!

I take my pup here for grooming and have always thought they did a good job. I dropped him off at the groomers yesterday and was told an approximate time when hed be finished, but that theyd call me when he was ready to go home. I was running some errands in the area and once I was finished, I just went to the store because he should have been ready soon. I wandered around their store a little while I waited for their phone call. I watched my dog and the groomer through the window of the grooming salon, but was careful to not let him see me because he would probably go nuts at my sight.While I was (creepily) watching him behind one of the isles, I saw how gentle and caring the groomer was with my dog. He was sneaking her kisses and pawing at her for pets while the groomer was meticulously cutting his fur around his face, legs and feet - my heart melted at that point.He can be kind of a pain in the butt with being brushed, so this made me so happy that he was being a good boy and that he was being well taken care of when I wasnt around. Once I got the call he was done, the groomer let me know how sweet and good he was and that she would love to groom him next time he comes in. He was such a handsome boy after the groom too!The pet-store staff have always been great to my doggo and I too, and he gets a treat every-time he comes in, showing off his tricks. The only issue Ive had with their grooming department was when I booked a groom online one time it didnt go through, and was shown as cancelled when I came in. Even though they couldnt fit me in that day and I had to reschedule, they were very nice and professional about it (I know these things happen!). Highly recommend their grooming services!!

They let me bring my excited puppy with no manners and dont judge her. What more can you ask? Some day she will have manners. Pretty sure she will always be excited to go there :)

Stores great, opposite for grooming...Nipped my old dogs ear and after giving them numerous chances now they dont clean my other pups ears when we paid $20 for the pawboo nail clip & ear trim same service everytime. Unless we notice at home and call to bring her back in AGAIN. Plus the 45 min wait just for Leslie to put us on the schedule. Couldnt speak to a manager as they couldnt find one momentarily😳🤔What a nightmare Ill be sure to stay clear of for future.

Didnt have what i needed couldnt pay for it n have it sent. Had to waite in line just to ask a question. Nobody around to even help. Not a very good visit but could have been an off day for them.

I like PetSmart, to begin with, and they sell a higher quality brand of cat food. My TJ needs Royal Canin, to prevent urinary tract issues; thankfully, its sold here. I know that I can also order online, but its fun to come in the store, browse, discover new things to get, and check out the adoptable kitties.When my mom brought home Tigger just for the weekend, to see if he was a good fit years ago, I did some shopping in one of these stores. All day, I was excited to meet this kitty, and got the basic items. Tigger was a ginger tabby, about 7.5 months old, and I just loved on him. He was mine until I was forced to have mercy on him, put him out of his misery over the 🌈 Bridge, and say good-bye to him. 😿 Months later, I rescued & took home TJ (also ginger), for him to stay. PetSmart is part of this tradition. 😺

I would give 0 if I could TERRIBLE .In January I bought a Syrian hamster .After having him about a month I noticed he was acting different and not himself.so I called petsmart just to be directed to a place that couldnt help me. Banfield no longer takes hamsters apparently. Petsmart failed to give my hamster the medical attention he needed and this morning he is in a better place . I encourage anyone to buy there animals from petco. I called them because I had no idea what to do and they were so kind. I have ALWAYS bought my small animals though petco and have never had problems . This is the second Hammy Petsmart has chosen to fail and not give ANY help at all to . Please save your money and hearts and go somewhere else .

Excellent prices. Well maintain store. Had everything I needed. I could not believe how much cheaper they are vs petco. This store was absolutley perfect. Has a animal hospital on site as well. Pets are welcome in this store and again plenty of merchandise on hand to buy from as well.

I love the leash clip at the register. Love being able to take my sweet pup with me.

My dog has gone there twice for their grooming services and both those times he got an ear infection. Feels like they don’t protect his ear enough. Very disappointed and won’t be bringing him there again

Took my cocker cavalier mix here the other day. The groomer asked if I wanted to keep the hair around his feet and just trim the pads. I said yes but when I picked him up, she cut all his hair back on his feet. Now it just looks funny. He wasnt supposed to have a trim, just a bath.

I returned 4 shirts that were to big and exchanged for smaller ones. Very pleasant and help full staff. Store as usual very clean store.Thank you.....

PetSmart is fine but its hard to get help when you need it and there are so many varieties of products that its overwhelming. The prices are decent and at least you know what youre getting when you go in there.

Don’t go here for grooming! my dog was shaved up to his skin in one spot and it became red and irritated and eventually a small wound. not only is he in pain but I have to apply antibiotic gel so it doesn’t become infected.

I enjoyed my visit because i was looking for new fishes to add to my fish tank and i found many colorful fish, exept when o saw some in fish tanks being showed, i was told i could not choose any of them

I absolutely love going through PetSmart to see the cats and kittens waiting for their forever home, and on the special weekends getting to see the dogs and puppies ready to be someones best friend. Some pet places have started to sell only the name brand and very expensive cat and dog foods. The problem is that not all of the name brand pet foods are considered to be more healthy over the cheaper brands of food. Some are just very expensive food that works just as well as the cheaper brands. I am very happy that PetSmart has figured out this issue by making feeding our pets much more affordable, and thus making it much more enjoyable to feed my furry 4-legged family members.

I absolutely love Petsmart! They price-match and they work with a beloved local charity to find good homes for cats in need. Every person there, both customers and employees are always in a good mood and that speaks volumes to me! I get all of my cat food there and if I try something new and it doesnt work, they let me return it with no questions asked.

I do like Petco more, but Petsmart is also a good spot if your needing friendly service and a wide variety.
