We did not choose this company, the DOD assigned them to us. One of our dressers was crushed from the top-down, most plastic totes were also crushed, a book shelf crushed, a wooden play kitchen, also crushed from the top down ... you see where this is going. Many things were bottom of the truck when they should not have had so much weight pressed on them. Nearly a year after our move, these issues remain unresolved, as they refuse to respond to our claim and claim that things came to them broken, even with photo evidence that they did not.

These people are absolute garbage! Military members, if you see their name request someone else! They broke one of my tvs and my coffee maker, and then said they werent liable because there was no external damage to the box. Additionally, they crushed numerous plastic items due to terrible packing... I mean flat out broke things! Broke two going away gifts, that I cant replace.. so at the very least they could replace the items that they can replace! I hate having other people move my stuff because they are all crooked; they all break you things and claim they arent liable; most of them are garbage.
