I absolutely love Enrapture! Emily has been my go to girl for a few years now, and she knocks it out of the park every time. Professional and clean atmosphere as well. I highly recommend!
I love enrapture salon. Nikki is an excellent hairstylist. I have been with her for several years and she has in that time done multi-colors. We are trying to get my hair from medium brown to grayish silver to match my grow out. Its taken a few full foil sessions so that we dont fry my hair. My last appointment was Tuesday and it turned our beautifully. We also did a slightly different cut. In all my years seeing Nikki I have never gotten a bad cut or not liked the color/foils. She is so sweet you will absolutely love her. The place is super clean and the rest of 5he staff are so nice.
Absolutely amazing! I went in for a haircut. I was super nervous because I was going short for the first time. I had color in my hair which I was worried wouldnt look good with the style I wanted but I accepted it because Id colored it unevenly by myself and I didnt want my hair short enough to remove all the color. Emily cut my hair exactly how I wanted and made the color that was left in my hair fit so perfectly with the cut! The salon was super comfy and the staff was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend and Ill definitely be back.
My girlfriend went to get highlights, I knew what she wanted going in. When I picked her up, she was devastated. What she got was NOTHING like the picture she showed the stylist. As I write this she is crying. Horrible
I have been coming to this salon for two years and have seen four different stylists in that time. The last two times I visited, I got half an eyebrow wax because the stylist told me she didnt do the tops of eyebrows, Its just my thing. The last visit, I was scheduled for a cut and color and was booked with someone who immediately told me she did not cut hair.If they planned on putting me someone who didnt know how to cut hair, they should have notified me beforehand so I could have either rescheduled to get what I requested or found another salon that would help me. On top of that, I was charged for a base color when all they did was put conditioner with color added in my hair, which is something I already do weekly. Why am I being charged $65 min to do the same thing I do at home for free?I normally dont leave negative reviews, but the service for this salon has gone completely downhill since I started visiting two years ago...

Personal. Relaxing. Professional. I love my hair since Ive started seeing Allie! She exudes calmness, professionalism, and is just fun to be around. Im nervous with change and she talked me through my fears. I just had my third foil/cut with her tonight and I could not be any happier with my cut, color, and overall experience. Five stars all the way!

I absolutely love my haircut by Jessee. He is friendly, professional and makes you feel like a family. Once at the salon, I was offered coffee or a little bubbly with OJ which I took. His hands are magic on your scalp while he is washing and massaging your head. You feel blessed and calm all at once. I highly recommend this salon. 5 STAR all the way.

I have been going to Enrapture ever since they moved there and even before then. They are very professional, but they were also like family. I have a very special bond with Angela, and she makes me look beautiful. During Covid they are taking every extra precaution to take care of their clients first.If I could give Enrapture 10 stars instead of five I would. Thank you Enrapture!

I usually dont go to salons as I love my hair long and most of the time salons mess up the length that I want it. However this place didnt.I got a lovely cut and blow-dry plus an eyebrow wax and she even did an eyebrow tint for me.They know their stuff here and they are all really friendly ladies who only want the best for you and your needs!I will be getting my hair and makeup done here for my wedding in the salon and they have been very accommodating with doing it plus at a great price compared to others I had contacted especially on short notice.The value for money here is really great and you feel pampered from the moment you walk in.My only issue is they need to offer drinks, as I wasnt on my stay and they do keep to their time limits for appointment. I think they need a little more flexibility with this. Especially with customers who have long or curly hair.Overall, I am happy to go to these ladies for all my hair, massage, nails and just pampering needs
I loved this place. I mean I loved it. I raved about it. I recommended it to everyone I knew. At least 4 friends went in my recommendation. Then slowly everything changed. They stopped offering spa services with no notice. Also my preferred hairdresser stopped working there during the Corona closure. The replacement haircut was not what I requested at all and I had to fix the front myself. The business offers periodic Bogo gift cards. My husband got me a large one specifically for spa services and now that those are no longer offered, the owner is refusing to cash out the remaining paid balance on my account. I’ve never felt so disappointed in a place that I once loved.Updated response to owners reply: I called the owner and left a message who then did call back while I was driving and unable to answer. I called her back a few hours later the same day and left another message to try to resolve this issue, but they have never called back and have not responded to my emails or messages through FB messenger. One email listed on their site did not even work. The other went through with no response. After ongoing questioning about the policy to not refund gift cards purchased for services that were canceled with no advance notice to regular customers of those services I was blocked from being able to further communicate with them on FB messenger, which is the only forum they have ever responded on. I did submit on my feedback through Entraptures feedback service for my most recent haircut that it was below expectation and that I had to trim it myself when I got home. No one ever followed up. It can be dolled up any what you like, that is terrible customer service.
Jenn is great! I got in with her to fix a balayage done by a previous stylist. She explained to me what she was going to do before doing it and took her time making it right. She’s very skilled and friendly!
The customer service is superb. I found them in a moment of extreme stress. I had just had a bad experience with one place and did not want to go back at any cost. I called here and they were able to work me in. Every one I met was tremendously helpful and friendly. They seemed to really know hair and products. I ended up leaving with a super cute cut. You would never know that it was a bad one to begin with.
I absolutely love how my hair turned out. I had an all over color and haircut with Stephanie. They got me out in good time and I loved the free hand massage. I am a hairstylist myself and they use the best products. I highly recommend trying this place out. Everyone there was super nice and friendly.

Wonderful partial blonde highlights done by Noel!! Super friendly, very personable. I dont like to talk much, especially at the salon, she picked up on that, but still said a few things here and there so it wasnt awkward. The whole atmosphere at Enrapture is very nice. :) overall, GREAT experience!
Very nice people. Went with my mother to get her hair died and coloured, and we had an amazing service. They put our thoughts first other than what they thought what we should do. Very professional feeling when you walk in the door and yet at a good price.
I love Nikki! The receptionist is never very nice. When you call they are like,no we dont have an opening. There isnt a hey your stylist looks really busy but she does send some of her clients to so and so when she is booked out.

Pedicure was not worth the $43. Pedicurist was very nice but there was no massage at all and did not work on dry skin very well. Did a great job shaping nails. Just wasnt impressed.

Massage from Melissa was spot on and my pedicure (I so suck at remembering names) turned out beautiful. I have an awful time even getting home without screwing up the polish so they let me sit for extra drying time. I even got to enjoy a glass of wine while my feet were being pampered. Will definitely return for both services and possibly even try the hair salon.
Cyndi has always been amazing!! Her and I went to beauty school together! She was an esto and I was a Cosmo! I did her hair and well she gave me facials!! Always amazing ones at that because even tho we both were students she always went that extra mile for me and when I went in the other day, she did just that went the extra mile! Cyndi has always been a gentle kind person but with her job she shows those but also a passion for what she does! Even if we were catching up and talking it was still so relaxing and made me forget about everything in that hour!! Thank you Cyndi!!!
Nikki Was my stylist yesterday and I was very happy with my hair she truly listened to what i wanted regarding length and color; i love coming here Because it truly is a time for me to relax; Nikki talked to me but also made sure i was comfortable; and relaxed. The stylist all get along and its a wonderful atmosphere aside from the amazing services they have the salon is also beautiful. Im truly greatful and will recommend anyone to this salon; Nikki is amazing definitely go to her to get your hair done. 🙌🏻❤️

I have been going to Enrapture Salon for about two years now and have always had an excellent experience there, no matter my stylist is! All of the ladies are true professionals and know what they are doing with your hair (Ive had color, highlights, and haircuts there). I also had my wedding day hair and makeup done at Enrapture and was incredibly happy with it!! I received tons of compliments, and it looked great in my pictures! I have 100% confidence in Enraptures team!
One star rated because I don’t have any other options! Horrible customer service! Called in to let Kelsee (the hair stylist) know that I would be 15 mins late for the appointment but got a surprised response that I would have to reschedule because Kelsee is triple booked! So if I would have made to my appointment, Kelsee would be working on three persons’ hair at the same time. I tried to explain to them that I could wait since I already told my boss that I needed to leave early for this appointment. They didn’t even make any effort to help or squeeze me in. Not today... not until new year. So they was very nice of them.
Never made it past the front desk. I came for my very first appointment at the time I was told to come. Upon walking in I was told I was a half hour late and that the owner.. who I was booked with.. wouldnt see me. I explained to the Lady your the one that booked me and told me to come at this exact time. I never got an appointment card or a text to prove to her just the memory of our conversation just the day before because I wanted next available. She went and talked to the owner and he didnt even show his face to apologise or make it up some way he just sent the front Lady back to me stammering because she knew she was wrong. I drove a long way and they just sent me away. Least they could have done is take 20 min to wash and blow-dry my hair since I left the house knowing it would be done!

I was really worried to try out a new place cause I have always gone to the same woman for 5 years. But I received great service here. Very laid back vibe as soon as you enter. They were all friendly to my 4 year old while she waited for me to get my hair done. Luda was my stylist, she was knowledgeable and honest about her opinion, yet she never pressured me into doing something I did not want. Definately be back!
Ive been going to Enrapture for about a year for hair and nail care and Ive always had a wonderful experience. Loved every hair cut and the spa area is nice as well, friendly staff and they did a great job .

After being contacted rescheduled twice, I showed up for my massage appointment and I am told that the massage therapist left them this morning. They were sorry but they didn’t have a number to contact me at. Total BS since this company reached out to me twice to tell me they lost their massage therapist or that they no longer had a massage therapist on the weekend. I will never come here again, completely unreliable.
Very friendly staff. My first visit was for a haircut, she listened to what I was looking for, made recommendations we decided a course of action and then went ahead. Altogether a very pleasant experience for my first haircut here.I went ahead and booked a return visit and will update when I have been there again.

I have had a great experience at Enrapture. My color and style created a new look for me. I receive lots of compliments from friends and people that I dont even know walk up and tell me what a great style I have.
Cindy gave me a facial, helped to unclog my pores and release congestion, listened to my concerns and suggested a few changes for my daily life to help better my skin. She was very kind, talked me through everything she did and made sure nothing irritated my skin, we both saw immediate results just from the one session and I definitely plan to come back.
They take very good care of, and provide personalized attention to, their clientele. Not pretentious, but very high quality service.

What a horrific experience.I didnt want to write this less than positive review because well, I still have Groupon Credit with them ($45 for $75 worth of services) and I was referred by a friend. But Ive thought about it and I would much rather lose the money then have to go back.On top of that, the reviews on here are really good so I didnt want to tarnish it, but, thats what reviews are for right? To give the good and the bad.So, keep in mind, this was my first visit and i was desperate for an opening because everyone else seemed to be booked.They nice thing was, they were able to accommodate me last minute. Rachel, who answered my initial call, was very friendly and was helpful on the phone. Everyone at the salon seemed friendly enough and watching their interactions with other patrons, I could see why they had good reviews. Their clients seemed to be repeat clients and they all seemed really happy.Unfortunately, the services rendered DID NOT MAKE ME SO HAPPY. I came for a facial wax. I dont remember who helped me at first, by Sara had finished the services. They had me sit in one of the shampooing sinks which was very uncomfortable. I woke up this morning with a very sore neck. I was going to say something but the stylist said that their normal person wasnt in (she has a table). And like I mentioned in the beginning, I was desperate! She started by asking me questions like if Id used a hard wax or soft wax in the past; that already made me extra nervous; I have never been asked that before.She didnt put baby powder or anything before she started. In my past experience, they would always start with powder. When she started waxing it was messy and sticky and every time she tried to pull the strip it would just slip through her fingers. She kept leaving to get more strips but she was always usually gone for at least a couple minutes and then out of nowhere someone else (Sara) just came and started to strip (wax strip). No explanations just, swooped in and took over. I thought maybe the other girl didnt know what she was doing because it was painful and sticky and messy....but Sara wasnt any better unfortunately.At this point I asked them to stop at the brows and not to finish the entire thing. I was scared but I didnt want to be rude. I had to ask for a mirror to check their work and so many spots were missed. I dont know what they put on my face after but I still had wax in different areas.When I went to pay, I think I finally met Rachel. I was looking for her because she was so nice on the phone. I told her about the voucher and that I was referred. She, apprehensively told me that I would get $20 off for being referred and my friend would get $20 off her next visit. Then I told her that they didnt finish the wax and if I would get charged in full.After I said that, her attitude changed (not so nice anymore) and she said she would take a couple dollars off. She took $20 off! My $20 referral!!!!! Wow... I was jipped!!!! But I didnt really feel like arguing, I was already pretty upset. I just wanted to leave.After I left Enrapture, I went to a small mom & pop salon in Lynwood immediately after and they took such better care of me! I was on a table, they used powder to start, made sure I was satisfied AND it only cost $30! ***JUST BECAUSE SERVICES COST MORE, DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN BETTER!!!***So lets end on a good note: Enrapture did accommodate me last minute (1 star); they were nice on the phone (2nd star) and they have great reviews for hair and styling services.... BUT, FROM MY EXPERIENCE... DO NOT GO FOR THE WAXING. AND DONT LET THEM JIPP YOU FROM YOUR REFERRAL FEES LIKE I LET THEM DO ME!

Nikki did a fantastic job on my highlights. I came in with a Groupon and felt like a long time customer. They give you the full treatment from hair to touch up makeup afterwards. Spent half my day here and fully enjoyed myself. Hair came out colored and styled beautifully.

Not coming back. Had a spa pedi here with my friend. We waited 15 minutes to be ushered into a dirty room that looked like a vet place. My assistant did a good job on me but there was hair all over the place; short clumps on the wet floor and she kept picking off long hairs (not mine) off my feet and towels and lotion. My friend didnt even get a massage or scrub from her assistant and we were sitting next to each other and asked for same package. Very little paraffin wax. My polish is also messy. Thats about it. :/

I have come here 3 times to accomplish ONE THING. I STARTED with virgin hair past my butt, I shared my anxiety, and the sensitivity of my hair due to LUPUS. I requested a seasoned stylist with knowledge of long hair. I met with XXX for a consultation, I had pics or what I wanted I was quoted $46 for a cut and approx $120 for half head balyage, It was more expensive that I planned, she introduced Ciara who suggested I utilize a promo for back to school 75% off, the next day. I had a consultation with Ciara, and I felt good about what we discussed. After a very basic cut we began bleaching with foils which sat for approx. 60min (I understand this is a balyage process) Ciara took breaks & cleaned up because Sundays was her day to clean. We washed, combed & styled, I realized my hair is not cut like I wanted she kept commenting we cant put the hair back once its cut which made me very uneasy, which is not a good feeling to get from your stylist, and the color was chunked an awful orange. I asked if we could bleach it again, she said she didn’t have time but we could reschedule in 2 weeks. (I later learned 2 weeks is not adequate time between bleaching) I was assured wed get there in THIS SESSION. Immediately I noticed there were no foils no teasing, it was just bleach on exposed hair not even the bottom half was pulled away. The bleach sat for 90mins while Ciara took long breaks in the back. (Im annoyed and worried) Ciara begins to wash my hair, THEN AND ONLY THEN explains that the color still did not take but it could use another round, weve gotten to an ashy brown (More like a pale light brown), theres no transition shade it was a botched job. I learned from a friend that Blonde can be a process which may take several appointments. HAD this expectation been given at the very beginning I would not have started bleaching. I call back ask for the owner I spoke to a woman who claims she is the owner, she tells me to come in to see Kristina, as she was a seasoned stylist. When I met with Kristina she explained SHE owns the place, (Obviously not the same person on the phone) and advised me Ciara whom I believed was the seasoned stylist I requested, is actually an apprentice. Kristina tells me Ciara has shadowed her and is doing much better, (better than what?) but that she would never start a hair job and not give an appropriate expectation. (How would you know if you werent there) Clearly she isnt understanding my feelings of frustration, and disappointment, or even empathizing with me. She explains the process of going blonde if this was done like she said her stylist definitely does, she wouldnt feel the need to explain it again. Kristina then goes into a full consultation, and then explains her rates. ( Like I wasnt there because of a horrid job her employee did, This should have been done free of ANY charge) I am furious that I am being quoted for a fix in a salon “She owns”, and I tell her I don’t feel I should be charged, so then she “throws in an Olaplex all for $60 but that’s the cheapest she can charge as its for the products. 10.26.18 I come in to “FIX” my hair and throughout the process she made comments to the effect “Now it will look like a balyage, Now it wont look so blocky, Now youll have a transition color, maybe we should cut your hair” I had gotten a cut of nearly 8 inches & If my hair reflected even a decent job to begin with the comments suggesting its being fixed wouldn’t have been made. But even after my “FIX-IT” visit with the “OWNER” Kristina my hair looks no different, the brown she put in is maybe at best a shade darker than the horrid pale brown. Had my original expectations been set or met, this review would be much different, but I would never refer this salon to anybody I know, my once MODERATLEY healthy long dark brown hair, is now brittle, broken and a daily reminder of an untrustworthy salon.
I had my mani/pedi done here and the service was excellent and my nails look fabulous. Very clean spa and relaxing environment. Im going back again. Bought a deal with them on Groupon.

I was just in two days ago off of a Groupon and could not have been more pleased with my experience! For the past year I have kind of been jumping around different salons around the Mill Creek-Silver Lake area but havent found a permanent place yet. But after my appointment with Arielle I have to say this is definitely my new salon. I went in with just a dark brown all over color and left with an awesome Bayalage! I dont normally write reviews but the amount of compliments Ive gotten in the past two days is overwhelming! And not only did my stylist know what she was doing I also got my makeup done complimentary, I ended up loving it so much that I went ahead and bought some of the Jane Iredale BB cream. Then to top it all off I got a complimentary hand massage. It was just such a unique and relaxing experience that I have been looking for in a salon. Thank you girls at Enrapture! I will be back and plan to send everyone I know in too.
Not impressed. I get massages at the Body Spa (which is in the same building) and thought it would be nice to get my hair done in one easy visit on my birthday. My hairdresser, Nikki, is not someone I will be going back to, or would recommend. I used a Groupon but asked if I could supplement and pay extra for a bit more. The front desk said of course. Upon having Nikki take me to my chair and showing her what I wanted, she was just very negative. She kept telling me that she wasnt going to be able to lift me to the color I needed. And that I would have to come back for 2 or 3 visits to get what I wanted. Ive have had my hair done by lots of other salons over the years and have never, run into this problem anywhere else. In fact I really just felt like I was being sold. She didnt seem interested in listening to what I wanted but rather interested in telling me what she would do. I got to the point that I just kind of said whatever as I could tell that I wasnt going to get anywhere with her, was tired, and at this point was at least getting something done to this mop. (Who the hell wants to reschedule and go through a huge hassle on their birthday!) My groupon included a partial foil. My hair is very long so I understood when the lady at the front desk said it would probably be $40 more, but would be up to the hairdresser. Nikki decided it would be $55. When it came time to pay, another girl came and put a paper on Nikkis station and said, Her groupon included a partial foil (balayage is only half your head anyways, with a few strands coming from the top.) So not sure if you wanted to charge her the whole $55. Nikki then went up to the front desk quickly and started whispering to the the girl that had just brought the paper out, right in front of me! She then said that will be $55. I payed it and tipped her because Im not a cheap skate, but I totally felt taken advantage of! Her customer service was appalling! And the color and lift were fine, though I know we could have gone lighter just from my past experiences at other salons, and the cut was at least what I asked for. Being a customer service manager, my constructive criticism would be: listen, give people what they want and they will come back to you, as well as recommended. Negative selling and taking advantage of people is not how you earn customers.Update: After going in for a complimentary service, I still will not be going back. Ive had better customer service at a beauty school then at this place. Very disappointing.
