Office staff is very friendly! The experience of party planning gets more exciting for me year after year, as TRU rental truly takes the stress off of me, and really does a wonderful job. The planners are very knowledgeable at what they do, and have great tastes at fitting a theme/color scheme to my party year after year. The guys who set up my event are very helpful and always have great attitudes while we work to set up the tables.

Karen & Daryl Lemond are the BEST around the Tri-State area. Their service is wonderful and their products are in perfect condition. Their delivery people are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for business and Wedding Receptions.

I just had my appointment at TRU Event Rental Inc, and I want to let everyone know I had a horrible time. I do not have a venue to date pick out or venue. I get that. Im not stupid; I came to get ideas of what is offered because this is a prestigious company for weddings. Well, I liked a lot of things and took pictures; they may not match because I liked a rustic barrel and diamond candlebras. Well, the silly workers that I had walked out and they immediately started making fun of me and my mother. They joked to put me in the no file for not having a venue to date picked out. They joked that I shouldnt have a reception period. They joked that I liked the whole showroom and had no idea what I wanted. And lastly, they joked that I was Chinese. I heard a joke about a Chinese restaurant. They joked that I didnt know the difference between a wedding designer and wedding planner which I am unsure where that even came to be). Race is such a hot topic right now. It was rude and very disrespectful. That was the wrong time to do it. Silly them did not realize I recorded the whole thing on my iPhone. I walked back in and respectfully let them know I heard everything and it was recorded. They apologized, but its because they have to. They asked me about my fiancée. Well, when I told them fiancée was currently deployed and is to return in Feb 2016, and they did not have anything to say. I became a little smartalic because they asked me about my decor. Well, I said, well you guys assumed I was Chinese, but Im actually Hmong, which you probably have not heard of. It was very disrespectful of them to joke about a customer, assuming they left. Is this how customers are treated when their decor they like dont match and their race? Wrong time and place, and with everything else going on within the news, you just dug yourself a hole.P.S. Shoutout to my handsome Jarod William giving them a call and letting them know how you feel 😂😂😂 this is why I love you! Also, shoutout to Shannon Townsend Cardenr calling as well 😋

Very dishonest company, the management staff are shady swindlers who are far from accommodating, and will do what ever it takes to not keep there word, do not trust this company for your next event
