Do not go here, took my phone here to get it repaired and they failed to order the correct part three times over the course of two weeks and the one time they got the right part it didnt work when they installed it. Then I took it somewhere else and it was fixed within the hour. Complete waste of time.

I forgot my password, because CPR had recently repaired my phone, they had my password on file..Great job on repairs too.

I went in there at their mercy willing to pay up to $298 fo mine and my wife’s iPhones to be repaired. At the very least I thought I might get by with $20 each. They got our phones fixed in about half the anticipated time and only charged total of $20. And the problem s with both phones is corrected. One of the best customer outcomes I’ve ever experienced!!!!!🙌🙌

Please read! Do not get anything repaired here. Took our iPhone in for a minor repair and was given back a paper weight. No communication. Poor customer service. Its almost comical how inept this company is. Do not let these people touch you device. They will ruin it.

I trashed my Iphone broken glass front and back no microphone and these guys made it like new for 1/4 the price of replacing it in less than a day. Ive had other devices fixed other places with way less success. Great job guys!

I had a ps4 repaired, a hard drive was installed and ready to go the same day. Ps4 only worked a day, I called the next day and brought it in the following day after I called. They reinstalled another hard drive and gave me the option of a refund (putting the old hard drive back in) or taking now the second hard drive installed. So far it works great, they took care of the problem both times very fast. I will definitely continue my business with them and Ive referred others.

Took my husbands phone in because the SD/SIM card slot wasnt working. They had it a few hours, eventually said they had tried straightening out the pins but they couldnt fix it. Charged me $20 for labor. I thought we would have to purchase a new phone... Got home, tried it one more time with the new card tray we ordered, and presto it worked! Thanks CPR! Great service.

The repair is fantastic my phone was in a clean shiny condition and. Everything was handled very professional I would highly recommend them the prices were fantastic very competitive with the quotes that I got around town. Thank you CPR you definitely revived my phone hence my life.

Will never go back. Employees quoted me $160 on a screen replacement And then called me back hours later and told me it was going to be $260 instead then copped an attitude and hung up on me when I asked for a refund on my 90 dollar deposit. Corporate office is also not responsive.

They kept telling me they were waiting on a shipment for 2 weeks for a particular screen protector.

Poor customer service attitude

Employees were very nice. Got my battery fixed for my Google Pixel 3XL. Battery was in bad shape but they fixed it to brand new. Will definitely come back for anything else!

I was shocked at how inexpensive and how quick my phone was repaired! The entire back of my Galaxy 7 including the camera lens replaced for only $49!

Quoted 2 hours, actually took more than 3 for a simple glass only replacement on iPhone 7. No reason or explanation given, just some lady in front saying she doesn’t handle any of that. Don’t wast your time with the Franchised store, you certainly see why they weren’t able to successfully open a stand alone repair store and had to buy a name instead of earn one.

Waited a week and called, 2 more week wait for a maybe UPDATE: Im beginning to think they no longer carry note 9 screen protectors 2 months and still have no idea when they will get them

Weve use CPR several times over the past few years. They have always done an excellent job, and the prices are fair for the service.

I had the screen replaced on my iPhone X. $300 + a $20 fee for immediate repair/no appointment because I was flying out for work that afternoon. Less than 2hours later, a pink line appears on the screen, but the phone still seemed to function. I called the store to find out what I needed to do... I explained that my work trip was 8 days long and wouldn’t immediately be able to bring the phone back to the store. I was told that I could go to any CPR location for warranty, but it would be easier to return to the same location. After 3-4 days the screen completely quit working. Less than two weeks later, I return to the same store and I’m told that the LCD was cracked from the inside.. with absolutely no damage on the outer glass. The manager said there was nothing he could do. When I asked him to speak with his supervisor, he tells me that I probably don’t want to deal with his boss and “ I’m the nice one”....(referring to himself). When I contacted corporate customer support, they email me and say that all locations are privately owned and they will have the manager contact me... The fact that CPR advertises “Lifetime parts and labor warranty ” is laughable! $320 spent on a phone screen that lasted 2 hrs... along with zero customer service. Don’t make the same mistake!

They told me they could repair my phone. After I dropped it off they called and told me they didnt have the equipment and charged me to dry it out. It was never wet.

I believe the customer service representative, Mike, was a poor representation of the company and experiences in the past. I called to check on my mothers smartphone water restoration that she had dropped off an hour before. I wanted to see if the phone had been through the drying device and if it hadnt to stop further service to the phone. He told me it had just been removed. I asked how much the charge would be for the drying device. After he checked the price he let me know that it was for repairing a water damaged device. I asked to explain the service performed and after interrupting me he insisted that I had to come on to have this explained. After he hung up and I called back it was assuring to talk to a lady that was pleasant and had enough time in her busy day to explain the services my mother will be paying for (she does not understand electronics very well). This company was great to work with in the past, but it seems the Mike is too busy to provide customer service.

Great prices on fairly used phones. Bought my wife a s8 from there over a year ago and its still in the same condition as it was when we left.

I went to go get my screen protector replaced and they cldnt get it all off it was half on and half off. I had to go to work and cldnt stay and wait they said itd be at least and hour. So I had to leave with tape on my screen. Not a good look a phone with tape on the screen.

Staff was friendly and fixed my phone quickly and correctly went in with a cracked screen protector 10 mins later it wa as done no bubbles and smooth they even cleaned my phone.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and completed my service quicker than I expected!

Repaired my Xbox 360 elite Star Wars edition. Repair was super complicated but they got it done. While I was there they fixed my iPhone screen. All went well. Super friendly staff.

I came in near closing time with a phone that would not charge. They fixed it in under 5mins without charging me anything! They saved me from paying for a new phone!

The price that was quoted to me was 40% lower then what the actual price of the repair. It only took one day to get fixed and since my phone is my only source of communication I was very pleased with the price and the speed.
