Called about my warranty on my TV. They took photos said someone would contact me about getting my new one the next day, I called after 3 days and the tech didnt out anything in about my claim except my pictures.
Do not waste time. Bad customer service. Put me on hold for an hour just to ask if they can repair my printer.

Called at 530 and wait time was 6 minutes ask for a call back a phone never left my side a got voicemail to press 1. So got on phone and waited wait time was 7 minutes will 25 minutes later no body picked up to help so the hell with you
After shopping at various stores I returned to best buy because of Jordan. He was very knowledgeable and gave me hope of recovering data from my old phone that had gotten ran over. All of the other places said there was no hope, but Jordan was familiar with all of the new features and was able to recover all of the data from my old Samsung S4 and put it on my newly purchased S9! He also helped my add the screen protector. It was great to see a sales associate KNOW the products they sell and not just someone looking to sell something.
Made our shopping experience easy. Still want almond/bisque no display in store so had to shop online in store. Salesman very helpful. Checking out was slow due to computers slow that day

Super rude people who charge unnecessarily. Walked in without an appointment and was told theyre booked for tonight and had to schedule me for the next day. Got online and was able to make an appointment for 10 minutes from then. Proceeded to explain a problem with my computer bought from there not recognizing my new ssd I had just bought there as well. Wanted to charge me $100 for a diagnostics of an empty computer and then another $100 to install the operating system even though I have a flash drive from Microsoft to install it myself, they just wont accept anything from customers. Terrible service just looking to screw you over is the bottom line. Stay away and buyer bewareUpdate: only problem my computer had was it didnt recognize my new harddrive as a boot option. All it took was to connect it by a USB SATA cable to get the computer to recognize it, then insert it in the proper place and all is well now. Couldve wasted $200 but very glad I didnt.
Fantastic experience associate did not try to over sell me instead explained what the best route for my TV experience was to get my needs fulfilled.

I have been a rewards member for many years. The Evansville, IN store is my home store and I have always had a very good experience and support with everything that I have purchased from appliances, TVs, surround sound, computers, cameras, Blue-ray players etc. I have used Geek Squad in store as well as at home and have always been treated well and my problems resolved.
They were supposed to call me within 15 minutes and never called
