Free vaccums which is very very nice.... The only thing I wish that they had (like an east side car wash has) is a car mat washer...its a machine that will clean and wash your mats and its free on the east side....I honestly would probably go to this one more if they did

Terrible service, man left lot over 15 mins saw me pay for a wash didnt return til he saw me soaping up my own car I paid 20.00, he started yelling and spitting in my face bc he was that close to me. I tried to call customer service about the incident but no one will call me back. He informed me he had been there all day, labor day, he was concerned how he spoke to me bc he would not get fired. Will not go back, not a good place to go.

Id parked under a tree for weeks on end and the sweet guy working helped me get thick tree sap off and was so nice about it!! Thank you!

Nice wash, I always tip the attendant who sprays the bug spray and he does an extra good job, I have seen him several times. He was working today, 9-14-21 at 9:15 am, thanks very much

If I could give no stars I would! We have been coming here for such a long time and the last few times we brought our suv through the wash we always get the 18 dollar then add bug wash. The people prepping the car do a terrible job! You pay for something and they have half do it! I dont want to have to have to bring my car back through 2 times each time! Its crazy! I would understand if my car was just extremely dirty or covered in bugs!

Really nice place. Its the best self-serve touchless wash Ive ever found. It cleans the bird poop and road grime each time! I choose the best wash option offered which costs $15.00. For an extra $3.00 you can choose to have hot air come out of the blow dryer. Ive tried it both ways in the summer and didnt notice any difference. Im sure its worth it when its much cooler out. Ill take a picture of the menu options/cost next time Im there.

I couldnt be more appreciative..... Without me even having to ask, the young man there that evening saw my car needed some extra TLC. He took extra time with the pre-spray to loosen up the nasty gunk that nature & the road leave behind.That little bit extra made my night. My car .... and myself.... needed that. It was open, but we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone, ANYONE, to appear. When they did, they didnt come from the building. Im not sure where they came from or what they were doing. I wasnt having my car washed; my sister has a plan through them. Pretty sure Ill never get one, though.

It is okay it needs to have some spray to put on the floor for your carpet to clean more so people will not bring their own to stop up the hoses.

Only went here because of the haunted carwash; but this will now be, my go to carwash. The next morning, when I saw how shiny and clean my van was, I couldnt believe it. I was super impressed. Definitely earned a customer!

Tire shine has not worked for years, but it continues to be advertised. 9/10 theres a brush not working on the driver side but they continue to take your money without informing their customers. Go to the office to inform them of the non-functioning part and get to talk to a smart*ss. Still waiting on a call from the owner.

Love the vacuums they always have great suction and also very well kept. I felt the automatic car wash without brushes didnt do a very good job I still had a very dirty line of dirt on the windshield, and yes it was on the outside of the car. We dont use car washes that use brushes on our cars. But I will still use this car wash.

Love how you can just pull up go through and they remember who you are.

I LOVE this place, its clean, the vacuums work, and true car wash actually gets your car clean. $17.99 a month gets you a month of car washes anytime you want it done. Only downfall is its a tight squeeze for the good automatic car wash and 2 lines feed into it. Other than that, I love love love this carwash.

**WARNING TO SONATA OWNERS!** Took my brand new car to Royal Express Carwash and two deep and identical scratches appeared on the roof. The manager would not let me fill out a report. Manager claimed it happened in a parking lot somewhere, or I never noticed it. These are clearly mechanically caused. This is a showroom model that Ive had for 3 weeks. Ive never had a new car in my life until now. There were no scratches on it.Will update if carwash helps with repairs.

Its easy to pull into Royal Car Wash but getting out is inconvenient. Really cant say its an express wash. Lines were way too long the day I visited. Ended up leaving without getting my car washed

The auto car wash ripped my emblem off my car and then they said they couldnt find it and said there is nothing they can do about it. You go to a car wash to make your car nice not to make it look worse. Do not go there

$18 dollar emperors elite, wash was horrible, only half of wheels got cleaned, and it wasnt very clean on that half. The wheel brite was the same, just half the tire. It didnt get the bottom part of my new Cadillac clean, either so wasnt very happy having to reclean my car once back at home. 1st time user and most likely my last.

It looks fancy and all from the outside in the inside, Hi-Tech look, but after pulling my monster truck through there the carwash wash ate my fuel cap lid, Serta management about 20 minutes to locate it, so I wont be going back there.

Washed my white minivan. Used debut card to the max .that it will let u which is $10 dollars. First I think it takes too long for different settings to switch from one to another WHEN wash first started I had it on pre soak it used up close to 30 seconds b4 pre wash locked in plain water was coming out until pre soak locked in. Ok so now Im using clear coat after wash and rinse its the pink and blue bubble gum LOOKIN foam Ive got about 1 MINUTE left knee that wasnt gonna be enough time so now I put a $5 in . IT TOOK 4 MINUTES to get all the foam rinsed .1 MINUTE left so I switched to rain x took a bit for it to switch and I didnt realize it was gonna be blue liquid. Ive alwaus known it to be clear GOT around can DIDNT HAVE any more money. By the time I got home I had dry blue streaks all over my van PLUS my hands were stained. $15 I spent only to have to wash it when I got home and I had to scrub hands with an abrasive to get blue rain x off. WONT wash my can THERE again. Id really appreciate a reply. Thank you

Touchless only gets my cars partially clean, but brush bays arent open 24hr. Vacs are advertised as 24hr, but every time I stop at night, theyre off. For the money, 1st avenue is cheaper, and they do the vacuuming and clean the windows, etc for you, for about $2 more than Royals most expensive brushless wash. But, being on a weird schedule, thats not always an option.
