Ive dealt with Schultheis Insurance for years for my home and auto. We have never had a problem. Customer service is always wonderful. Generally any request is taken care of during the first phone call. We had a major insurance claim on the house and the company Schultheis got our insurance through was great to deal with. They didnt deny and renovating requests and couldnt have been more helpful through a really rough time for us.

We recently got medical, dental and vision insurance for our new business through them. We found out that the information we were shown when selecting the options was the coverage for a much larger group than we have, leaving us with no coverage for contacts, minimal prescription coverage (pretty much everything I take- nothing unusual or weird- requires a prior authorization) and it has just been one headache after another. Beware bait and switch tactics.We will not be coming back next year.
