When I called to schedule an appointment the customer service was great from the start. The technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my A/C fixed and he checked my furnace and outside unit and everything was running and checked within an hour. Very detailed and overall just a great experience. We called at 4:30 in the evening for repair on our water heater. The service tech, James, was at our door at 7:30 the next morning. James is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and personable. He made us feel that we were the most important people in his day. He not only fixed our problem but performed long needed maintenance that we were not aware was needed. Bottom line we will have James with Perfection to do all of the maintenance and repair on our HVAC and water heater.

Kevin was a nice guy, he came to give me an estimate on replacing some ducts. He showed up which is great as many companies never do. he looked in my crawlspace and asked if I could send pictures of the problem, which I did. I have not heard back from this company.

I cant thank Fred C enough. Our AC went out Saturday and at 6PM having to call someone was going to cost an arm and a leg. Not only did he show up less that an hour after we called but he got the AC working in lighting speed. The cost was so reasonable I was shocked because is was a Saturday evening. We will defiantly be setting up a fall service with this company and will always call if I have anymore problems. Thank you Fred C we are nice and cool.

We have just started to use Perfection Heating & Air and so far they have been great. They have been able to solve problems that we have had for a while that have been attempted to be fixed previously. They came in right away and diagnosed the problem and it is fixed.

Our furnace went out yesterday (Sunday Feb 2021) We called Perfection Heating and Air and within an hour they were here and our heat was working. Kevin was polite and professional. I feel fortunate that we could get someone here so quickly during all of this snow and cold weather and on a Sunday! Highly recommend Perfection Heating and Air.

Just want to say perfection heating & air took care of my problem when I was dealing with a problem from Schneider heating an air . Schneider heating an air was very rude and did not handle the problem In a timely matter. Perfection was on the spot and took care of the problems that Schneider could not and created for me. We have used Perfection several times. Recently we had a refrigerant leak that they tracked down to the condenser and thus decided to replace the outside unit after we came to an agreement on price. They were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, there was an issue during the install that ended up damaging other components in the air handler and thermostat. Brian stood behind it 110% and personally came out and he and Kyler worked hard to identify and replace all of the damaged components with brand new ones, even staying late to make sure everything was working well for us. Brian stuck with it until everything was working 100% and we were 100% satisfied. Absolutely exceptional customer service and dedication to doing the job right. Im impressed!

Lisa scheduled a technician to call us in the afternoon when he was on his way. The technician Kevin called at 2pm and said he was on his way. By 3pm the A/C was working again. Tyler Prosise came out after hours and had me fixed in no time and not what another company was wrong with the air conditioner and much cheaper. So pleased with the honesty and work that was done.

Their techs arrive for appointments as scheduled, are courteous, knowledgeable & efficient with their time, which in turn, saves me time.Once, when the fan blade on my a/c unit cracked & began lightly hitting the shroud, after ordering a new part, the tech went to the trouble to temporarily repair the broken part to prevent the blade from contacting the shroud even though the new part was supposed to be delivered/installed the next day. The repair actually took place later that afternoon though I wasnt home. Quality work you can count on.

Perfection HVAC was recommended to me by a local business to run a new gas pipe for use in my residence. The technician and his crew did an excellent job of running the new install in the crawl space of my home and noticed a broken dampener on my heating and cooling system. They offered to investigate why it had been dis assembled and to place it back in service. The technician was able to find the root cause as a bad circuit board on the furnace. That was ordered and installed the next day. Through the entire process I was treated fairly, honestly and Perfection provided me value for the services they provided. They are my HVAC service provider of choice now as a result of the service and professionalism they displayed. They earn my business.

Ive had them out several times for regular servicing and for small problems. Ive always had a good experience with them doing the job quickly and explaining what needed to be done or what I can do to keep my system running well.

This group of young talented folks probably saved our lives ! (Late fall 2019) ...We were light headed, with stinging eyes and waking up with headaches. I asked the HVAC instructor of our local school and he said to turn off the system now !He said to contact the folks at Perfection. Brian came out and sold us a new Carrier furnace and air conditioning system with Bluetooth control for a very satisfactory cost. It was getting very cold and within two days the Perfection team had us up and running !Brian told me we may very well see a drop in our energy cost and he was right. Fast forward to now (Spring 2020), Before the cooling season kicks in Wayne (installer / technician for Perfection), comes out and completes the refrigerant filling, then checks for cooling of the system. Is even going to take another look at the exterior motor for us. They take the care and time to make sure Perfection matters in everything they do !We are very happy with the service and care we received, and the Carrier HVAC system we purchased. The 10 rear warranty is a huge plus as well !

Brian from Perfection came by my house because I had asked for a quote to replace my furnace. He provided me with what I would consider a competitive quote compared to the others I recieved. The difference maker in this soon to happen purchase however is he asked to see my outside air conditioning unit and while looking it over he asked me if it had ever been cleaned. I told him no and asked the best way to do it. Brian said the best way was for him to do it right there on the spot so he spent the next 30 minutes taking the unit apart, digging out all of the leaves and spiderwebs and then hosing down the evaporator fins. He then put iit back together and went on his way without accepting any payment I offered for his service. So Perfection is where Im buying my heating unit from becasue they demonstrated to me on the spot they mean it when they say they provide perfect service. Dave
