I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism. First of all, false promises about filing by end of the day on a Friday, leaving it all weekend, and then not contacting me saying anything. Second, I was told documents that were rejected would be scanned in to me one evening, I said thank you, and then I emailed the next day after waiting a while for said documents, she became cold in her response(Dolores), and that I had not paid the invoice. I told her I never received the invoice, she told me she sends documents as a courtesy but that I never paid and if I sent more discourteous messages that the client relationship would end. I had not been discourteous in any way, shape, or form, and I never threatened not to pay. Now I am not going to pay because when I tried to make an in person appointment with her to PAY AND GET MY DOCUMENTS, she emailed back with something about me refusing to pay. I had just had someone step in(I am guessing John, the owner), saying they would help me make an appointment to pay and get my documents in person, so that is what I expected. So now I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism of Dolores, and also the owner John. Would not recommend, whatsoever. When you need to trust someone in a bind and they pull stuff like this, it is ridiculous.

The owner operator Has true compassion and empathy for his community! His knowledge for legal paperwork is impeccable and 2nd to none!!!

Jonathan has always been so helpful. When I needed to evict a tenant he was there to help!
