What great folks to deal with. Especially Melisa. She is the reason we came to Allstate in the first place and one of the big reasons we stay.We came to Melisa 1978 when we working at Halvorsens. Been with Allstate ever since.

Tim is great. He takes his time and reviews policies with you showing you the coverage you need and dont. Most important takes time to make sure you are protected. I appreciate Tim for being a true professional at what he does.

Ive been an Allstate client for many years. Allstate has always kept me informed when it came to policy issues. If I ever needed to discuss anything, or if I had questions, The Allstate staff at Tim Storeys office has always been very professional, courteous, and provided me with the best help when needed. Its a pleasure speaking with them. I recently spoke with Melissa who works in Tims office and she got me the best deal out there on a new homeowners policy. Im a very patient person, but I will never be going to this particular office for any insurance needs. Im new to the area and was visiting a few insurance agencies to get quotes on properties in the area. The woman at the front desk was speaking to a customer on the phone, which I didnt mind. She kindly greeted me and asked if I could wait. As soon as she found an opportunity, she put the customer on hold and asked what she could help me with, which I appreciated. When I told her, she went to search for someone. (Mind you, she still had a customer on hold so I appreciated that she made the effort to still help me.) She came back to the front with a man by the name of Ramsey. Ramsey did not greet me or introduce himself. He simply looked at me and asked if someone else could do it, already sounding annoyed that he had to do something. She explained that she was with a customer on the phone, so I dont blame her at all for any of this. Ramsey left and had me waiting for a while. He turned the corner and told me his name and handed me his card. No small talk, no questions, nothing. He told me to email him the pertinent details and hell be in touch, then walked away.His approach was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. He didnt ask me my name, didnt ask what I needed. If he had been busy and had let me know, I would have GLADLY set up an appointment to come speak with him when he wasnt busy, but he didnt even mention that. Also, had I not known what the pertinent information was that he needed, how did he know I would have been able to get back to him? Needless to say I threw away his card and will not be doing business with this office.I DID appreciate the effort the clerk at the front made, and I am not claiming that allstate or the other employees in the office are as bad. I havent had the opportunity to interact with them. However, Ramsey himself was my first impression of this office, and because of him, I will never do business there.
