Left stranded.They deactivated my vehicle insurance without giving any warning. I received an email almost 2 hours before the close of business on a Friday (they are not open on the weekend) stating they had deactivated my insurance. I called multiple times over the next two hours and had to reach out to the 24/7 hotline. This particular Friday it appears they all stopped working early, the agent on the phone told me there was not a single person online from their office an hour before close. Extremely disappointed as only the agency can reinstate the policy and I was left hanging.

I called on December 17th to cancel my insurance as of January 1st. I stated that as of January 1, I would be with another company. On January 6, State Farn withdrew $268+ out of my account. I called & talked to first Scott then Jennifer about my refund. I was refunded $159+. Today Jennifer acknowledged that the refund was not the complete amount but they would have to research why..

My husband got hit by a Recology truck, totaled my car and State Farm took care of it immediately. Now Recology is claiming they didnt do anything wrong and State Farm is still fighting for us. My husband was found not at fault and and Recology is not taking responsibility for the accident. State Farm all the Way!!! Our Agent is Jayme and she is amazing.

He was very knowledgeable and gave me any answers I needed, then connected me with Traci Day to help get a quote for a 4 plex in Eureka. Traci was just as kind and knowledgeable as Jake was. She couldnt get the quote drafted that day, but she immediately went to work getting all the information needed and had the quote ready for me the next day. She was kind enough to email it to me since I couldnt come in right away, and made a point to follow up and welcomed me to come by the office to talk about the policy in person. Where to being ..... I have had State Farm Insurance for over 10 years .... I started out with my original agent who set my standards very High with how I should be treated and how my agent acts ... well he decided to retire we went through 2 other agents who didnt work out.... well when it was time for me to renew and change my policy around so instead of fallowing up with me or helping me out she just assumed I would stay with her as my agent, she was about as helpful as a pot hole to a blind person ... I met Scott through work and told him about my state farm experience and how I was slacking about renewing my policy and getting one set right for me. THIS IS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT SCOTT he brought me back to the experience that I once had with my old agent, he would call and check in and see how everything was and if everything was going OK. basically I could actually believe again that if I did the like a good neighbor state farm is there ....I know Scott would show up and I would not be left in the dust waiting or hanging in limbo. every where I see Scott its a hey how are you and a great laugh.
