I came in today to have my inherited watches inspected and to possibly have the vintage Rolex watch fixed as winder was not working. I had done my research on both watches as to value and average repair price.Mark took a look and said lets open her up and take a look at the Rolex. I was expecting to hear anything in price of $400-$1000 for repair. He said it was just a loose screw and charged me NOTHING to get it winding again. He was kind and honest about the values of both watches and just as professional plus customer service oriented as they come!He is the man to see about your watches.Thank you Mark for the wonderful experience.

I am very pleased with the work they did on my fathers 1936 Ball pocket watch. Yes it was expensive and there was quite a wait but in the end, it is well worth it.

This is the go to guy for many types of watches. I took my wifes antique pocket watch to him. He went out of his way to make sure it was perfect. Prices are very reasonable.

Mr. Anderson didn’t have the materials to fix my big modern watch. If I would have read closer I would have realized they only fix older watches. At any rate, he took the time and effort to make a call on my behalf to match me with the right shop to fix my watch. Wow! Thanks!!!

Mr. Anderson is a very gracious and very knowledgeable watchmaker. I am a visitor to Eugene and he was very helpful in resolving issues with my watch. I cant say enough good about this gentleman.

I go to Andersons not only to have my watches serviced, but to buy new ones too. He is professional, honest, fairly priced, and very good at what he does. His repairs are efficient and accurate. I bought a beautiful Elgin pocket watch from him and it came with a repair warranty he has honoured to the letter. I dont think youll find better prices in Eugene, and you certainly wont find better service. Hes the only person I trust to work on my watches.

I only came in to replace the battery of my old watch, but the owner was super nice anyway. When I went to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and so I asked him if I could pick up the watch later. He said I could just take it and could pay him back when I was in the neighborhood (dont worry, I payed him back :) ). Now thats some great customer service!

Wow! Took dads watch in, waited a few minutes, simple battery fix, 10 bucks, lots of vintage stuff to look at-3rd place I had brought the watch-he knows his stuff!

I took my Invicta watch here after one of the links had broken off. I expected Id have leave it overnight and pay $5 to $10 for the repair (been there, done that). But the guy adjusted it in under five minutes, made sure it fit comfortably and didnt charge me a dime! It looks like he had a great inventory of pocket and vintage Rolex watches, so I might be headed back to Andersons before my Dads birthday in August.

The employee (possibly the owner) was nice and helpful. He didnt charge me to look at my jewelry and told me the best coarse of action to sell.

If you are interested in old, nice, restored watches or just need a battery changed, this is the place to go.
