Without a doubt Miko Falsgraf is the BEST Tax Practitioner I have ever had. PERIOD !

The tax software as usual went well, however we found out that some tax credits had changed because of Covid-19 such as EIC after filling. I called and they said we would have to file an amendment but would not be available until the IRS accepted our return in mid February. So we waited. IRS accepted our return, then we tried to file an amendment but the link was not on H & R Block, contacted them again and the said we had to wait until February 24th, waited again. Finally, the link was there but no instructions for what we needed. Called again and was told we would have to go into an office. Called local office and now they want to charge us again to receive help. Always use H &R Block, never asked for help before. We are very disappointed and next year will be using a different company. No Stars 00000. Now they even made us choose a rating to post.

I filed my taxes with H&R Block for the first time this year and have run into so many issues with them, Im never going back.They were not upfront at all with how much the cost would be, and took over $200 out of my refund just for entering a couple W-2s and one other form. I wouldnt have written a bad review just based on that, but they have also lost both my state and federal refund and have had absolutely no answers as to where they went to this day, even after multiple calls and visits to them and the post office (I opted for mailed checks). I now have to go in to to have them try and fix this, but have overall been left with a huge waste of time and money, with a lot of hidden fees and 0$ back so far. Only half of the representatives have been somewhat polite, so either do them yourself or go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I had my taxes done here last year and the woman prepping them was very collected and professional and did her best to save me every dime possible. She also went out of her way to explain some tax information to me and set me up with an appointment for the following tax year. The front desk staff could have been a little more attentive and friendly. But all and all. They did great work and i will be going back again this year.

Emily is a joy to work with. I enjoy our session each year to complete my tax forms. I feel that the preparation of the forms is done accurately and professionally.

Horrible service, I was in for TWO DAYS for a total of 6 hours, all to have computer errors, terrible customer service and a scam with that emeral card leave me still without access to my refund. Now in litigation with their Axos Bank just to do my taxes! Couldnt warn people about this horrible company enough

Ive worked with Emily Naylor the tax preparer at this location for the past 2 years, shes exceptionally talented and well informed about tax laws and how to find a bigger and better tax return. The only thing that holds me back from using h&r block is their prices.
