We’ve been with R&R for 7 years now. Charlie has been amazing at meeting our needs. Over the years we’ve had plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues and Charlie has worked so hard and quickly to take care of us! She’s always been up front with everything and has been very flexible when needing to do house inspections and coming out to the house. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us!

My fiance and I have been tenants under Charlies care since last August. I had a job opportunity that moved me out to the Eugene area and was lucky to find r&r properties. Things have not been easy this year for anyone but when things were tight, Charlie was so incredibly understanding and reassured me that we would not be without a home. Any maintenance issue that Ive reached out to Charlie about, she was on top of it and made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Our last landlord made things so much more difficult for us than necessary that I never realized how good it could be. Im so lucky to have our beautiful home and to have such a wonderful property Management group looking out for us. I always take care of any rental that I live in like I own it but with Charlie taking care of us, I all the more so want to treat this home as well as she treats us.

Is always available to give you comprehensive answers to any questions you may have and has always been kinda and understanding not to mention she is prompt with getting some one out to my apartment regarding any maintenance issues. As we worked through the process of looking at the property, going through the application process and background check, to sealing the deal and getting the keys...Charlie was there for us, quickly and clearly. Having dealt with a few different property managers in my time I can say it was nice to have one be so disciplined and attentive, especially when having to deal with staying safe and sanitary through this Pandemic we are all dealing with. As a property owner, I can highly recommend R & R Properties as a property manager. Charlie is honest, ethical and a strong and capable property manager. She regularly inspects my properties and keeps me informed about any issues. She maintains good communication with the tenants and I am very happy with the amounts I am getting for rents. This property management company has been absolutely amazing to me. Charlie who seems to run the whole program which is great, was able to help me meet some needs that I had that came up unexpectedly (move to another R & R property) and it was very helpful. They failed to show up at a tour. I called multiple times to inform the presenter I was there. No answer. Charlie, was supposed to be there. I drove all the way to sit there for 20 mins wondering if I even came at the right time. I checked about an hour before if I had the correct information. They told me 1130. I was there 11:28-11-50am. Walked around the whole block.

Vets screwing over vets should be their moto. Fired!!! Unprofessional. They will try to take advantage of u to get a bad deal. Shop around. If its your first time buying a home I would find a more professional agency. If your moving to Oregon or from Oregon moving back your at risk for identity theft. Specially if you were born in Oregon and left and came back your at high level risk for identity theft. So they had me pay for an inspection on a home that already had rotten walls too; they tried to mask. Then I didnt wanna pay for a joke of inspection. Then they turned me into collections to destroy my credit. What a wierd outfit here. Stay clear! I see why people go with bigger organizations with reputable reputations.

Great management company. I rented from them twice between 2011 and 2015. They were prompt to responding to my needs including work orders. They are professional and they value their tenants.

Excellent professionalism!

The people who run this property management are slumlords. Many of their properties are in terrible condition, and in some cases need to be condemned. However, instead of making needed improvements and repairs, they raise the rent. I would not recommend ever renting from them for this reason alone, but on top of that the employees and owners of this company are ALL incredibly rude, and condescending.

Had a showing scheduled and R&R canceled without telling us. We showed up and had to call them multiple times before getting someone to pickup. Complete waste of our time, would give 0 zero stars if allowed.

Property manager did not have knowledge about the house prior to showing it plus huge liability risk that was not taken care of prior to showing and no knowledge of what they were to do if an accident were to happen because of liability risk.
