I highly recommend working with Bob Avery. This was my first time buying a home and he was very helpful explaining everything what I needed to know before making an offer. He explained everything in detail and made sure I was understanding the risks and benefits of my decision. When working with the addendum repairs--even though he was having a hard time communicating with the seller agent-- he got the repairs done before closing. I would definitely work with him again.

We worked with Holly Guardino in pursuit of our first home and couldnt have been in better hands. She was absolutely professional and on top of the process every step of the way. She understood very quickly what we were looking for and started taking us around to see the properties. We got the house and yard we wanted at the price we aimed for, thanks to Hollys expertise and her great communication with our mortgage broker. She was incredibly helpful with all of our million questions, and she and her team took excellent care of us through both the fun and not-so-fun parts of the home-buying process. I highly recommend Holly and the rest of the team at RE/MAX Integrity!

I regret highering remax to sell my house to was the worst experience. now only could they not sell my house but I never met our realtor once. She was always abrasive pushy on the phone and did not care what we wanted. I would not recommend going with them. They did nothing for us. I still after months have the lock box on my house and they will not remove it. Worst experience ever.

Bob Avery was my agent when purchasing my first house this winter. I can not say anything about the other agents at Remax, but I highly recommend Bob. He made the whole overwhelming process seem easy. He listened to what I wanted in a house and helped me through the decision making process. Once I found my house, he was amazing at working with the sellers agent to get me a great deal. He was there for me from start to finish, even through the holidays, and we got it done. Now that I have closed on the house, he is still giving me hand with contractor recommendations, and checking up to make sure all is well. I recommend him to anyone who may being buying and selling a home! You wont be disappointed!

Im was very fortunate to have found Susan Moore at RE/Max Integrity as my buyers agent for my move from California to the Eugene-Springfield area. After requesting more information from online listings, I talked to several Oregon agents but didnt feel a connection to any of them. Then I saw very positive reviews for Susan Moore on another site. It seems relocation to Oregon for out of state buyers is a speciality of hers. She spent several days driving me around looking at properties. When I found the right one, she wrote up an excellent offer that was quickly accepted in a very competitive market. After I left town she followed up with details I couldnt handle from out of town.Susan is caring, knows the local real estate market, and gets the results you want. I highly recommend her to either buyers or sellers.

I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 15 years and started my career with RE/MAX Integrity in August of 2004. I believe our office holds the most professional and productive Real Estate Brokers in the Eugene/Springfield area. I highly recommend anyone to work with any of our agents. I am proud to be associated with a company thats priority is its name, Integrity. If there was a better office with better people to work with, I would work there.

My experience was fantastic. I enjoy working with my broker Jo-Ann Zebrowski, She knows so much about the real estate market, and in so many ways helps me with my business. I highly recommend her if you want to get your home sold in the lest amount of time and at the right price. I gave her my second property to sell and again she got it sold. It is now in escrow and everything is going great.

I had an awful experience with Re/Max Integrity when I sold my home in Dec 2017. Im still in shock crying, and hurting everyday. My Re/Max agent sold it to his Re/Max broker. This is considered unethical because he was working for him instead of me. At the time I was very ill and also recovering from falls and surgery at a Eugene independent senior citizen center without family help or moral support. My mind wasnt very clear. As a result, I relied upon my new Re/Max agent J.G.s information and professional advice.WHAT A HUDGE MISTAKE!I suggest you get yourself a good real estate attorney to read their VAGUE papers and be CAREFUL of these guys.NOT ONLY HAVE I LOST MANY TENS OF THOUSANDS ON MY REAL PROPERTY AND CAR, BUT EVEN WORSE, THE BROKER, NOW THE BUYER, TOOK AWAY ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING I OWNED IN THE HOUSE,GARAGE, AND YARD, INCLUDING A SAFE FULL OF PAPERS AND MY DEAR HUSBANDS ASHES JUST 2 DAYS BEFORE I COULD MOVE OUT. THERE WAS ART, FURNITURE, HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES AND MISCELLANIOUS,ELECTRONICS, BOOKS AND A GARAGE FULL OFGREAT TOOLS,BUILDING MATERIALS, FIREWOOD, AND SEWING EQUIPTMENT WITH THE TOOLS, FABRICS AND SUPPLIES NEEDED TO RESTART MY SEWING BUISNESS.THE AGENT ALSO LAUGHED, GOSSIPED, AND LIED ABOUT ME AROUND TOWN.THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO SR. SERVICES, BETTER BUISNESS AND REAL ESTATE COMISSIONER . THEN SUED... ALL 3; THE AGENT, THE BROKER-BUYER AND REMAX!!

I contacted Lorrie Norman when I saw a condo for sale and she was the listing agent. The condo had already sold, but Lorrie assured me she was willing & able to represent me in finding a new home. She previewed a charming house via FaceTime in Cottage Grove (priced at $259,000). This house needed a significant amount of work as it was a 1910 home. While considering this older house, a real gem popped up on Zillow (priced at $265,000) & I quickly contacted Lorrie as it had almost everything I wanted including central air, a roomy garage, a low maintenance yard & it was in great shape within a lovely neighborhood. Lorrie checked with the listing agent & returned my call to let me know a sight unseen offer was expected by evening. Lorrie had another appointment & could not go out and to immediately look at the house. However, I realized I should write an immediate offer (sight unseen) because we had no idea if the other offer would be accepted, so I sent Lorrie a text reading, Hey, when your finished with your appointment, do you think we should write an offer on that cute house? Nothing competes w/it and our backup house is gone. Everything else in my price range is a huge compromise. You never know, maybe someones financing might fall through? A little healthy competition would be good for me because Im always in passive mode. Thanks. Lorrie confirmed via text, I am happy to do that. I do have an appointment to look at it in the morning. I felt confident & quite pleased about immediate offer and I texted Lorrie, Is it too late or are you a bit wiped out to write one tonight? Better to be second in line than 3rd? I should send you proof of funds regardless. You dont need account nos, right? She had my preapproval letter from my lender & I immediately sent my current statement from my CD account & my most recent statement from my savings. Lorrie replied via text, I am fine to write tonight. Yes on the proof of funds no on the account numbers. I will call you when I am done here My reply, Great, thank you! followed by Sent via email. Full asking - no credit at closing. After my unambiguous request to write an offer occurred, the truly bizarre behavior occurred when Lorrie called me & on the pretext of writing my offer, she said to me, are you sure you wont be stretching your finances too much? I mean, its none of my business, but... I told her I might be stretching a bit, but I was paying a fortune in rent & Id rather have the house that was turn-key. She commented, This really isnt my business. I have another resource of which Lorrie was not, nor needed to be, aware. Then she said & Im quoting, I dont think this is your dream house & if youre going to move, I think you should buy your dream house. As anyone who has purchased a home knows, its anxiety provoking to make such a big purchase & I began to wonder if she was correct. Maybe I was stretching too much. Maybe this wasnt my dream house. As these thoughts were occurring, Lorrie again said, It really isnt my business but the doubt had crept in. I thought maybe shes right & maybe I shouldnt buy this house.Much later that night, I felt completely gutted at the loss of such a darling house. I didnt sleep a wink & my stomach was tied up in knots when I realized the house in Cottage Grove was only $6,000 more than the lovely, turn-key house I wanted. Thinking about the events and the manner in which they unfolded, I am angry & my finances were NONE of Lorries business. I cannot openly accuse her of some sort of financial chicanery, but I find it troubling that the listing agent for the Cottage Grove house is another realtor within Lorries office who knew I was interested in her listing. I am left to wonder if Lorries faux concern for my finances masked some personal gain were the two realtors been able to represent both buyer & seller. Lorrie wasted my time & I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & The Department for Consumer Affairs. Tony Losco has the backbone of a cracker! Barbara Thompson is a fraud too.

I think it was in 1996 when Kevin, his wife and children were pulling a radio wagon through our neighborhood handing out refrigerator magnet calendars and little flowers. It turned out, he was our neighbor, just around the block. When we decided to list a piece of property we owned I gave him a call. He asked if he could introduce Jan Sohlman to us and I accepted. What a blessing!! Jan has seen us through multiple transactions over the years since. She is nothing short of an angel on earth, and epitomizes the integrity of the culture that Kevin Simrin has fostered in his office. Her professionalism and tireless work ethic along with knowlege and generosity to her peers and others is such an example to follow. I cant say enough about her and the office she has made her home.

I dont know about the rest of the staff, but I would NOT recommend using Hillary Baker. She is not good at what she does and almost cost us a deal. We were the seller and she made it so difficult that we almost pulled the plug. She was unrealistic and tried to sneak in extra unnecessary inspections that she tried to have US pay for without our consent. I think she is a snake. Had we not been desperate to sell our place and had we not already known our buyer we would have axed the whole deal because of her unprofessionalism.

I purchased a home from the listing agent JoAnn Zebrowski. We were given the buying agent McKenzie. This was a horrible experience. The buying agent was obviously a subordinate to JoAnn who would not allow me to ask any questions. She also stated that I could not reach out to the seller with any questions. It is a fabulous house and we bought it inspite of JoAnn and her team. We had several items in the repair addendum that did not get done timely so they did not want to honor them after closing. Then due to neglect I finally got them to Agee to take care of the lawn (they waited 2 months). They told me to schedule it and we agreed on the price. Now that the work has been done and they told me to schedule it to be done with them, they shorted the yard company I scheduled. Putting me in a very awkward situation. The home also has a very nice multi room entertainment system. When I went back to the home the amplifier was missing and no one knows what happened to it, but the seller was out of state and only the agent had access.Integrity is not a word I would associate with this group. Do not allow them to use an agent from this team.
