Absolutely the worst place to rent anything, they changed my order with my knowledge the day of my sons wedding, to mis matched tables and chairs, employees are extremely rude and dont care about helping the customers at all. I will NEVER rent from here again and I strongly urge no one else to either. The only reason they get one star is because zero is not an option.

Love this place has amazing bounce houses and machines. Plus every time I come in the always give a balloon to my son. Very friendly place and lovely attitude from the staff.

Rented a wood chipper for my landscaping business about a week ago. Despite calling several days in advance for reservation, they still had to open up the machine to inspect the blades and add oil after we had hooked it up to the truck. After driving to the job site, we find that the battery was dead and there wasnt enough power to chip a small armful of twigs

My experience was with the equipment side of things and renting a paint sprayer for my exterior paint at my residence.From first contact, I admittedly had no idea what I needed. I knew I needed something that sprayed paint to make it easier for some folks to paint my house. The employee explained which option would be best and I took his word. I rented the paint sprayer and handed it to the folks who were going to paint my house, spot on the right tool they needed to get the job done.I had planned to return the sprayer after three days, but due to work, I was unable to make it the third day before they closed. They allowed me to return the sprayer the next morning free of charge.

We got a bounce house for the 4th of July and it was the best idea ever for the kids. The guys at Action Rent All were great. They were respectful an quick. Set up an take down so we had nothing to worry about! Will definitely be renting again from them!

My daughters wedding went off beautifully! Everything, including the large canopy and the linens were perfect, and Actions staff were very helpful getting things set up ahead of schedule. When we suddenly had a few additions to our guest list, Action was able to put more on their truck and still get everything to our location ahead of schedule. We love these guys! Their prices are the best in town, and they really care about their customers. The new owners have been around for nearly 3 years, and we like them a lot better than the old owners!

After calling businesses all over town, Action Rent All had exactly what I needed — a slide projector!! Amazing!! And everyone was so helpful!!

Drove 2 hrs for a reserved trailer got there and they said it was damaged and we had to pay extra for a trailer we didnt want or need just to get our job done WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Very poor customer service and bad business practices. I rented two tables, and cancelled an hour later and they charged me 25% of my rental. I will never recommend this business to anyone. This business VERBALLY told me that my payment would be refunded in full within 48 hours (I know because I wrote it down as they said it). Then they asked Do you want to sign a contract? At this time they did NOT tell me that if I signed a contract, 25% would not be refunded. They knew that I was unsure so they basically decided to ensure that they could keep part of my payment and make some money doing NOTHING. DO NOT RENT.

This place is great! The service, attitude, and rental items are so much better since the old owners took it back over. I had done business with him for years, and stopped going there in 2006. After they came back, I started going there again. They are so much better than before., and they bend over backwards for the customer. Always very helpful. I also like the fact he is a local guy, with several family members working there. I dont go anywhere else.

My friend got married a week ago and used this business to rent their tables and chairs. The delivery drivers that arrived were an hour and a half late. Matt, the driver, laughed when we commented on his lateness, and I had to specifically ask him to apologize to the coordinator, as this was a wedding and could have delayed the event itself. The other delivery person sat in the truck while Matt tried to help put together one of the tables. He forgot the screws and we had to go back to the main storefront to grab the screws and additional chairs as well. When we called to ask for a refund, Mark answered and was not very understanding to our situation, initially, but he did prove helpful in the long run. When I showed up to the business to make sure they grabbed everything correctly the second time around, I met Adam, apparently the shift supervisor. He was rude, inconsiderate and kept posturing up like he had a chip on his shoulder. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Best rental place in town. Ive been renting from them for years. I mostly rent tools and equipment for home landscape jobs. Equipment is always clean and in good working order upon pick-up. On one occasion I had a problem after a half day f use. The issue was solved right away.

I help organize an annual event and have been using Action Rent-All regularly for years.I have always received friendly service from reliable and competent staff.The merchandise is exactly what is needed and consistently serves us well.

Action Rent-All really came through for us during our wedding. They were very professional and courteous. We had a very good experience and will definitely use their services for future events.

We rented a bouncie castle for our kids birthday party. The castle needed two blowers to be fully inflated, but they gave us the wrong size for one of them. We had to stop getting ready for the party and take a blower back, they then gave us another one. After getting home we discovered that the blower still didnt work. We had to call them and they said they would send someone. After the part was over half way over we finally got the castle inflated. But the new blower they gave us kept shorting out, so the castle would deflate while the kids were in it. This lead to a few kids being rolled on and crushed as the castle deflated. There were lots of tears during the party because of that stupid castle. The kids didnt even really get that long to play in it because of all the problems and we only got $50 refunded to us. I feel like we should have gotten more because of all our trouble, and the kids couldnt play in it that much for the party.

Had an excellent experience! Our rental of golf carts for an event at my church was a great success. I will recommend Action to my friends and family.

When we called about a small generator to rent during ice storm Decima, they were out. But they took our name and number so they could call when one returned. They called later that day. They were very kind and helpful.

I rented tables, chairs and a tent from them for my nieces wedding. They were very polite. They brought out the items set up and came back and took it down afterwards. Great service and very friendly.

I would say that these people know nothing about customer service. They are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Even the manager is rude. We wanted to save a little bit of money but it was not worth it at all. Ive never felt the need to write a review but i really felt strongly about warning anyone to not use this business. if an employe doesnt like their job they should not take it out on the customer. At fist they are very nice because we were going to spend quite a bit. Then when we wanted to change and cancel, that is when they became rude. Fine, we understand fees have to be charged but in the manner we were treated it was as if the business we were conducting didnt matter. I dont know, but to me 550 is still a good amount to spend. Ive worked customer service a very long time and know its not okay to talk to customers in certain ways because, customers are what make your business grow. When I brought it to the attention of the manager just so that perhaps he could educate his employees he didnt comprehend that it was not a courteous way to approach the situation. All in all, myself our wedding venue renters will not be recommending this business. Spend the little extra and go somewhere els. Planning a wedding is stressful enough avoid the extra hassle.

Action Rental is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. From the owner Louis, right down the line to the delivery drivers have no business calling themselves a business. The promises they make, and contracts they write are lies. The equipment is old and run down and their set up crew is a joke. My daughter and son in law trusted ACTION RENTAL with the most important day of their lives, their wedding day. The drivers showed up an hour and a half late and took twice as long as they promised to set up. This put the rest of us 3 hours behind in preparation. The two men were lazy and rude and one of them even had a filthy word on his belt buckle for everyone old and young to see. They set up a dance floor that was very dangerous, a tent with a bent arm and the Velcro separated leaving what looked like a big hole. They brought a projector without an adapter so the slide show the young couple spent hours on was useless. The movie screen was ripped and looked shabby, as did half of the tables. The set up guys also refused to take the chairs to the area they belonged, forcing the groom to make several trips to take them to the ceremony area. To top it off they left equipment out in a pathway and the bride tripped over it narrowly catching herself. When I called to complain, the owner sent his son-in-law who was puzzled why I was upset about all this and left me with the explanation that it is the end of the season and we are all burned out. He did trim the dance floor but it was still uneven and very dangerous. They were scheduled to pick up at noon the following day. The lodge had new guests coming at 3:00, so Action Rental should have had everything removed by the time the new guests got there. But, not surprisingly, they only showed up after the owner of the lodge threatened to confiscate abandoned equipment that evening.I wrote a letter describing all this to the owner. He will not return my phone calls AND hasnt even released a $500.00 deposit my daughter gave him.If it had been a few small things we would have overlooked it but this was BAD business all the way around. I suggest avoiding doing business with these people.IF they make this right, I will be more than happy to update this review. If however it is not updated, it is because the owner continued to avoid my phone calls.This company doesnt even deserve one star but that is the least they allow to rate. Shame on you Action Rental.

Do not use this vendor! Yes they are the cheapest... but you get what you pay for. We rented tables, chairs, linens, kegerator, speaker and glasses for our wedding reception. We first noticed a tear through one of the table cloths and sent someone back there to change it out. When we set up the tables I figured out that we also didnt get the small sweetheart table for the groom and I to eat at. When I called, the guy argued with me that they already changed out the table cloth and wouldnt get that I was missing a whole table. Finally I got through to him and we had to send someone 25 minutes back into town for this as well. They did not offer to deliver it or comp the charge or anything. Fine... mistakes happen... but onto the quality of the rentals.... total crap. Everything looked beat up, the tables were warped, the chairs were totally dinged, rusty, and horrible looking and the linens had stains. I had specifically asked for the black kegerator and they sent the old dented wood panelled one with a MGD handle. I actively had to try not to let all of this ruin my day after 9 months of detailed planning to make everything perfect, it was a huge disappointment. My reception venue had warned me not to use this company and I didnt listen because I wanted to save money. It was not worth the savings!I would never ever work with this company again and wanted to warn everyone out there to stay away.
