We rented the dunk tank for the 4th of July and at the time I know they had us pick up early because of how overworked the staff was. Soooo, I figured they must not have gotten around to cleaning the dunk tank before we rented it.Well, we rented it again for this Labor Day weekend and let me tell you this tank is disgusting...INSIDE AND OUT. Before we could use it we had to clean the inside and it still had floating crud in it when we got it filled. The outside was dirty and as for the yellow sign on the side it had so much black road oil on it.Truly embarrassing to have this at an event. We wont be renting from you again.

My first time there. The ladies over there are so helpful and nice. A lot of varieties for all sorts of parties. I would only go there for any party needs. Loved the place. Thank you

Ive been here many times for party decorations and supplies. They have a wide variety of items and themes and they have rentals. Ive never done any major rentals but the small sound system that I rented worked very nicely for what I needed. My favorite recent find there was a fun unicorn pinata.

The worker was great. Was a bummer that I couldnt go and look to see what was through out the store. Told the worker what I was looking for and she would bring things to me. Other than that it was good

We found this place while searching for superbowl items! We had no idea it even existed! I have already told so many people about it! You can pretty much get everything you need for any party youre planning. Its fairly affordable and decent quality products, especially on the licensed stuff.

Came here looking for a tablecloth for a convention booth. They didnt carry that product (as it was for a convention booth not a party), but showed me where I could find it online. Very helpful and friendly!

Parties To Go has always been my go-to for events! Love their variety in party supplies & available rental equipment! The staff is more than helpful every time I find myself searching for the perfect party decor and the show room always sparks more ideas for future events. Recently, I ordered four tablecloths for a baby shower. They were the perfect color, in perfect condition, and were easy to pick up and drop off. When I called, they were out of stock of the color I needed, but offered to have them special ordered. My only complaint is that they didnt mention the shipping fee over the phone ($20).

Shannon and Joe knocked themselves out to help me with a little very last minute rental that was barely worth their time. Shannon showed me all the choices I had in patterns and colors. They were amazingly kind and helpful!!

We rented 40 table linens for a wedding many were wrinkled. I was not happy to say the least. We set up the day before for the wedding the table linens went on right before the rehearsal which was around 4 pm Friday, they were closed Saturday, we did not have time to do anything about it. When I returned the linens and told Shannon, who I believe is the store manager, I showed her pictures which she acknowledged the problem and she ask that I send one to her phone. I did end up sending her one. She said that she was going to get back to us after she spoke with whom ever she needed to concerning the linens being wrinkled. It has been 18 days and we have heard nothing! She said that they had to get the linens from California since our order was larger then what they had. I really do not know what is worse the fact that they leased out wrinkled linens or that they disregard and do nothing about making their mistake right...a mistake is an accident.... rudeness is intentional....just make sure you know what you are getting from them as they do not have great care or concern for you AFTER you have made the payment!so as this saga goes on....I had decided to walk away from this situation then Shannon calls and says they will credit us 50% back to our account...nice...well two weeks have gone by and there is no credit....I called the store wondering what was going on...Shannon is not there but spoke with the store manager who knew nothing about it but was going to look into it....and...call me back ....that was earlier this week...no return phone call today is Friday....I am so surprised they run their business like this....hard to depend on them.....So...more to the story...last Saturday after one call from them and two returned calls...they did indeed refund o1/2 of our cost for the table cloths.....over a month later without hearing from them for several weeks....so that is how it goes....wait, for a long while

This is a great place for those party items you cant find anywhere else. They have a wide variety of colors and themes and also do rentals. They sale and blow up a wide variety of balloons as well. Latex and Mylar.

Parties to Go was so enjoyable to work with; they were considerate and knowledgeable every time we called to update our rental order, and they took care of all delivery and pick-up with no issues. The items we rented were in good condition and reasonably priced. We were very happy we used Parties to Go.

Great friendly staff, Michelle went out of her way to help me with my needs for an upcoming event. As a DJ and Event planner it is imperative to have quick response and turn around when it comes to acquiring things my customers needs. We went to Parties to go for accessories for my daughters wedding. When we arrival we were put aside while they were dealing with someone else (a friend). Then when we were having our meeting for our wedding planning she had a newborn baby she was watching. Which is no problem, but this lil baby kept crying. Then when we get our quote the price was so outstanding it was unbelievable. I personally will never go for there again.

Best place to find party favors.

We were told that their truck would pick up the tables, chairs and table cloths in the morning and no one showed up. I called and was told they were on the way and one hour later no one had arrived so I called again. I was told that they were trying to reach the truck driver and I am still on hold. I was told that I could put them out in front of the garage door and didnt have to wait. Their excuse for why they didnt show up when I called was the driver must have changed his route and didnt let the shop know. I will not use them again.

I have purchased stuff in Saturday. They were not on clearance nor I was informed no return policy. I come back on monday to return stuff staff says I cannot because the item was on clearance. I said it was not she says then I could get a store credit that I really did not want. I wanted my money back if I knew there was no return I wouldnt have bought all this. She told me it was too bad .she said I can maybe go pick out balloons I ended up not getting my return.

I agree with the comment about being disappointed with their customer service. Im not sure if they have changed hands (under new management) or what. Since they moved to past Costco... I have heard from several people, even people I dont know, how terrible the service is. I will go again, but only when they are the only ones that have what I need. No one attempts to help. If you have a questions, you get a pointing finger of over, and its usually not what I was asking. Poopy... it used to be so good. A place I looked forward to going to... now, its a place I HAVE to go to when I need something and havent left myself enough time to order from online.... argh. Sorry guys, you need to get your act back together.

They owed us a refund, which they said we would get as a check, even though we paid with cash, after the event, which I was fine with. A month after the event I still had not recieved the refund so I called. They said it was miraculous that we didnt return all the silverware and the replacement cost was exactly to the penny the amount of our refund but that if i had the flatware I could return them and get my refund. So they said they called me two days after the event and made me aware that there was some missing stuff, which they did not. They still charged me for withholding their flatware. I would absolutely not recommend this place, if I had to do it again I would take my business to Destination Events in eugene oregon.

It is the second time I have bought in this place and I do not think I will return. The first time damaged material was left to replace it and when I returned they were ignored. The second time I bought 6 similar products, one was more expensive of higher quality and the other 5 cheaper, they charged me for the 5 as if they were the expensive ones and the expensive as the cheap.
