I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to the Dr. Mertz for the high professional knowledge and treatment; for her heartfelt care and compassion at the time I needed the most. Moreover, Dr. Lee provided me an excellent medical care for so many years too. My big thank to the whole great medical team and office for a high level of service.

I’m honestly at a loss for words. I came in wanting knowledge about my alleged PCOS that I was diagnosed with at 12/13 (now about to be 19) and they say it’s possible that I don’t have it. They only did a blood test and won’t do any further testing. I ask if I should go of my OCP for a couple months to see how my cycle actually is and my doctor straight up asks me why I want to do that and why knowing if I have PCOS or not even changes anything for me. Are you serious?? I’m so confused and will be seeing a different gyno that understands my concerns. Staff is friendly and my doctor was as well but that’s the only thing nice I can say about them.

I have had nothing but the most helpful and respectful care at this OMG clinic. The front desk is great (I love the online check-in process). And Dr Schram is nothing short of 5 ⭐️ quality care. She has performed my female annual exams, and has been compassionate and informative, and I have highly recommended her to others over the years.Additionally, I recently underwent a hysterectomy with Dr O’Rourke, and received top-notch care, even going the extra mile for my especially complicated procedure. I was communicated with, and knew exactly what was going to occur and what to expect. I appreciate his years of experience, forward-thinking healthcare approach and compassionate manner. Thank you!

I recommend avoiding this clinic if youre pregnant and your pregnancy might be less than ideal. They were as passive as they could be towards any problems during my pregnancy. I went through a miscarriage. All alarming signs got ignored and absolutely nothing got done, not even a slightest try, to help prevent the miscarriage. I tried 3 of their doctors and I suspect that this is their absolute institutional strategy towards miscarriages, perhaps to keep their contracted insurances satisfied?Any one whos been through a miscarriage knows that internet is full of miscarriages cannot be prevented, but many of them can be, I talk from experience. Learn from my experience and avoid pain, loss and regret.

Im grateful that this doctors office accepts my insurance. However, I dont like coming in due to the fact that Dr. Mertz likes to be quick and doesnt take the time to really hear out what you have to say. The staff expects you to know certain kinds of terminology and it can make you feel frustrated when they arent clear or understanding. Hoping to go to a fertility specialist soon since I havent been able to get much help in 6 years to become pregnant. Very frustrating

Dr. Melanie Konradi is my all time favorite doctor! I wish she was my main provider just because she is so open, compassionate, understanding, and she always listens. She doesn’t just address womanly issues, she always asks me about my overall health and life and makes me feel like she really cares. She also has a sense of humor, prescribes when needed, and is open minded. Last but not least.....she is an amazing typist and doesn’t even need to glance at the keyboard while typing! Lol..It is distracting at times because I am so impressed....Not so important, but I had to add it to the list of positives ;)

Dr. McCarthy is amazing. She listens to everything, and responds well. Never sounding judgemental or like she is tired of even the simplest questions. She takes her time, and has never acted rushed or behind. Truly a wonderful doctor! I instantly felt like she truly cared about my baby and me from the first appointment on. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for an OB/Gyn.

I am so disappointed in Dr. Mertz. I felt that she rushed through my whole exam, and I walked away with more questions then answer. Plus when I asked if I could do a ultra sound instead of a CT, I know that they are more expensive, and I wanted an ultra sound instead. I talked to the nurse, she said it would be fine, but when Dr. Mertz heard. She snapped at me saying she will just refer me to a different doctor. So I don’t do the CT that you want, your not going to help me? So rude. I also do not like that when I called to check on my blood test, yes I had to call them, they told me I needed to check there portal website, and that’s where my answers will be. How about instead of me signing on, and go looking, YOU CALL ME. I liked the front counter staff, but I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Mertz in anyway. She’s a wast of time, and will waste yours like she did mine.

My wife went in to see Oregon Medical Group to determine whether or not she was pregnant. She was given a blood test which was consistent with being pregnant. They then insisted on doing an ultrasound as they said an ultrasound is the only way to determine if you are pregnant. The ultrasound lasted 20 minutes which is a very long time to irradiate a developing fetus, especially if the only purpose was to determine if someone is pregnant. Of course she may have been able to stop the test but she felt powerless with the techs and doctors, she was not given a choice at all. We consulted several other nurses and midwives all who were aghast to hear a doctors office stating that an ultrasound was the only way to determine pregnancy. There are many other non-invasive ways that when used, taken together, can determine with near absolute certainty if there is a pregnancy. Ultrasound dramatically raises the temperature of the fetus as well as bombards the delicate tissues with sound equal to a passing freight train. If it must be done it should probably be done for as minimal time as needed - not 20 minutes. Dont forget it took the FDA decades to state what everyone already knew about smoking - that it was deadly. Just because everyone is doing it doesnt mean its safe and regardless it should be left up to the person to decide what can and cant be done to their body. If you go see OMG, dont forget you have way more choices than they claim. Dont forget they make a lot of money from these necessary tests. Also, mothers are in a very vulnerable position and its likely that they took advantage of this. Not a great way to do business or empower new mothers.

Martha Reilly is an amazing Dr, she always listens to what you tell her is wrong, and she treats you with respect and explains things very throughly so you understand. She also delivered my baby even though it was her day off and I requested that I only wanted it done by her and she came in and delivered my baby. Shes simply amazing!!

So glad Dr. Monji is no longer at this clinic. Ive seen almost all the ob/gyn doctors at OMG center for womens health for one reason or another and I can honestly say no one else treated me as horribly as she did. She judged and mistreated me during our visit, I was scared and misguided. Thank heavens she is no longer practicing at OMG. Every other doctor here is amazing!

I saw Dr. Monji with my first pregnancy. She is so wonderful and came in to deliver my son on her day off. She genuinely cares and is always patient and takes the time to listen to and answer questions. Now that om having my second, Im happy to see her again, shes been just as great the second time around! My nurse is also such a sweet lady. My mom was the one to recomend her to me as she showed her the same greag care on the last of her three pregnancies after hee original OB/GYN retired. Ive also seen Dr. Gill when she was out one week and he was just as informative and friendly.
