I had an an appointment on a Sunday at 12 pm.The options for scheduling are amazing! I arrived very early and the patient access specialist at the front desk communicated with the imaging technician and I was able to have my procedure early. Unfortunately I dont remember names, but I was very impressed with the empathy and professionalism of both employees I dealt with.

Took off work today to go to my husband’s appointment with him. He has social anxiety and is comforted by me being with him. When we arrived they asked if he needed assistance answering questions or getting dressed and we were confused but said no. She said okay, then I’d have to wait outside of the office. I explained his issue and she said it didn’t matter. Why is there no sympathy for someone with a mental health issue... at a doctor’s office? I’m going to try to avoid this office from now on. I’m very disappointed in the seemingly uncaring staff.

A fine establishment to have your Oregons imaged. They now utilize a kiosk to check in, so open your eyes and stop asking the receptionist to check in. There’s always a motley crew in the waiting room for entertainment. Whether you choose to watch life pass by all of the people staring at their phones, or watch some local from Springfield attempt to not spew off racist comments in a waiting room full of people, you’re sure to be entertained while you wait. Service is exactly what you should expect for a high-volume imaging business. They get the job done, but don’t expect confetti and balloons. Many people park on lower floors of the garage and take the elevator up, but there is a floor of the parking garage that is on the same floor as Oregon Imaging.

Dont count on them to offer basic information. Good luck if you are scheduled for a night or week end appointment. Good luck finding an open entrance to the building they tell you they are in. You will be confronted with a closed building with all the doors locked.

They got information incorrect about my address, so instead of calling or emailing me for billing, they sent me to collections.

I came in for an MRI and the experience was very easy, quick, & comfortable. The staff explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, & everything went smoothly! They have availability 7 days a week which is very convenient.The MRI was more open than I remember from several years ago at another company. Over all it was a very positive experience.

Ive been to Oregon Imaging many times, and Ive had no problems. Everyone has been very courteous and friendly and professional.

I like the Kiosk check in they have but what I like even better is the service as you go to use the kiosk they call you over in stead to check in with an actual receptionist when there is no line of people which adds a personal friendly credit union touch. Great imaging guy and lady to examine with the best representation I believe I could have had for that scenario. Even though it hurt, soft touch for such a big guy. lol ultrasound was gooood, even feels a little better. five stars

So I get there to the springfeild location, get stuck in the parking garage. Several people ahead of me lined up waiting for one person to back out instead of going to the next spot. So at this point I know I am going to be late. I call the scedualing department, explain what is going on. They say ok, we will let them know. I get in finally and the lady at the desk rudely says, you are 15 minutes late I explain that I had already called. They canceled my appointment already. Offered to allow me to wait in the waiting room until they could work me back in. I left, due to a doctors appointment later and no timeline for how long I would have to wait. I then called to reschedule, in my upset state I evidently used the f word about the parking garage. The woman on the phone then says that if I use that kind of language she will end this call.

Everyone was so nice and explained every step of the process. They checked with me during the scan to make sure I was fine and to let me know how long each step was. Nothing but great things to say about them. AND, I had a 6 pm appointment.

I was referred to this location. I checked the website for their hours. It says they are open until 9:00. I arrive after 20 minutes of crossing town, go in and the receptionists asks me why I am there. I get my referral out and tell her its for an xray. She says Oh, our xray department closes at 5:30. I tell her that the website does not say that and she says it does (it does not).I will get a referral to another place because I expect that if they dont provide all the services until closing (I arrived at 6:25) that should be make clear on the referral and their website.UGH!Now Ill have to rearrange my schedule tomorrow to go somewhere else, spend more time and gas.

They let me know everything they did as they were doing it. Great place to get your imaging done. Kind, courteous staff. They answer everyone of my questions and did not make me feel dumb.Outstanding customer service

No disclaimer on site which displays hours open, etc. explaining that they dont do x-rays on weekends (even though theyre open on weekends). This makes no sense and meant a wasted 40-mile round trip for us today to have an x-ray, and will require a second 40-mile round trip to return during the week. Obviously, our time is worth nothing.

I have had 4+ visits, appointments, with different aspects of Oregon Imaging center, University District, and have had nothing but great treatment. From ultrasound - cat scan with/without contrast - MRI -full body x-ry (Riverbend) and more -The employees even came in on a Saturday to get patients that cannot come in during the week due to working - that is true patient care. I have been diagnosed with cancer, and these professional technicians, as well as the receptionists, are all top notch.I am unclear why some have negative comments, but I have always been treated professionally, and have not had to wait for my appointment. If there was a wait it was no more than 10 minutes.I have never been rushed through an appointment, and even been told what the next step was going to be.I rate the entire staff at Oregon Imaging Centers, University, and Riverbend as top notch! ca - Eugene, OR

CT scan at hillard. No nurse available to supervise needle injection. Technician rude and rushed procedure. Kept trying to make me reschedule. Poked my veins 3 times. One time missing vein causing huge black bruise and lump, which still appears in arm one week later. Kept blaming me for her inability to do her job and did not apologize.

Idiots, they laugh at youre questions. ..yeah, great customer service, sure. Keep up the terrible work

They are kind and courteous, I have had and MRI done here as well as x-rays for my ankle. They helped keep me calm, talked to me every step of the way and the billing and paperwork process was really easy.

Botched IV, incorrect reporting of imaging procedure with refusal to correct, berated by technician. Would never go here again.

Charged me a bill after saying my insurance covered it 100%. Bad service. Lady during my ultrasound freaked me out saying she couldnt see my baby.

If you can get your imaging done ANYWHERE else then you should.
