Dropped my old iPhone off to be sent back to AT&T back in May. I had it already in a box with the shipping label already printed out. AT&T still hasnt received it yet so Im out $700 credit on my account.

I came in last Thursday to ship a present to my mother and asked them to please be careful and after charging me a lot more than other places, the lady literally threw the box on the floor shattering the glass inside.... if you hate your job or people you should not be serving customers. This place is horrible (I think the other reviews are right saying the positive reviews have got to be fake)

Clerk was rude and not helpful. I was returning three large heavy boxes. When I asked the clerk if she had a hand cart to assist placing them where she wanted them, she replied you should have brought your own. She then refused to print me a receipt for the return. Drive the extra few miles and use a different location for your shipping needs!

Love this friendly Post Net store. We had to get a mailing address location and searched around in the local area. We decided on this Post Net and I am so glad we did. The people, especially the owner, are always friendly and helpful. My grand baby relies on the behind-the-counter hidden suckers every time we pick up the mail. I feel like they are part of our family.

I can’t thank PostNet enough for the BEAUTIFUL work they did in creating and donating lawn signs for our graduating seniors! Even though they were printed as outdoor lawn signs, the quality is AMAZING! They could be framed and hung inside! We have been handing them out and students are elated. I went in to make some copies of some important documents. I had quite a few and Ive never used PostNet (for anything) previously but I was in a hurry and they were closer than Fedex. In times past Ive paid $0.13 cents per copy through FedEx (and similar prices at other businesses) which should have come to a total of $23.40. Turns out I had 180 copies made and when I asked the teller the total, she said $55.80...Shocked I asked her to repeat the price. She said it again and explained that the price for a single copy is usually $0.37 cents, but since I had made more than 100 copies I received a discount to $0.31 cents per copy...Those copies cost me more than a tank of gas. What a rip off. I know I should have asked about the price beforehand and in my haste neglected to do so, but had assumed the price would at least be comparable to Fedex. Needless to say, Ill never use PostNet again. Reading the other reviews (I dont trust the 5 star ones where the reviewer has never reviewed anything else before) it looks like this place is very overpriced on everything. Fedex will continue getting my copier business in the future, even if I have to drive further, Ill waste less gas money that way.Critical Update: I called the Postnet location in Portland, Oregon and verified that that location charges $0.13 cents per copy. The Royal location is indeed ripping people off on their copier pricing. DO NOT GO THERE TO MAKE COPIES!

Great service!!! Anytime I need banners done...boom! Even almost at the last minute order besides mailing packages and stuff. You want convenience stop by at Postnet or would you rather go to the post office and wait there....long line just to buy stamps.

Postnet here in Eugene is fabulous, the best place, not only for easy access to having a Post Office Box that is secure, but they make beautiful and great quality banners for all occasions. I use mine for my grandsons birthday over and over.. They can do any type.. Very friendly and always ready to please.. They also have all kinds of supplies when you forget yours, priced right too. Had UPS store, which was $20 a month, and horrible experiences/service. Post net has made a world of difference. They call me when I have packages, discounts on boxes, the longer you pay for, often other discounts, as well. Always friendly and polite when I go in to pick up mail. Best change I made, and they are great!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dishonest Vendor. I brought in two 9x12 envelopes to be mailed (taxes) and I was charged for first class ($5.24 total). After he rang it up and (I paid cash) posted the stamp on the first envelope, he said the other machine ran out of paper for the second stamp. As he was fiddling with getting the second one, I noticed the stamp on the first one. It was $1.19 (third-class). I dont care as long as it is post marked correctly, but it was worth the $2.86 difference to know I will NEVER use them again.

This place is the worst costumer services I ever have. Arrogantes i will never ever use this service again.

Lets see i was charged 50 cents for two copies black&white simple copies and then had to send a certified mail got charged $9.52 so very pricey considering today i made 1 copy 10 cents sent another certified mail which weighed the same or more than the other one and it cost me $3.95 so a total of 4.05 lets see 10.02-4.05 =5.97 I saved today.

I send a box to ups and I ask for type and the old lady tell me if I want a pice I has to payed she is very mean I just ask for a pice of type this is my second experience on this place they are very racist 😡😡😡

I only got copys there, but they worked so.
