Chelsey was incredibly helpful and clear about the entire process, and every step was straight forward and clearly communicated! Moreover, she was very pleasant to talk to while we set up our devices, and her attitude made our shopping experience today one of the best Ive ever had.

I much prefer to go to the authorized Verizon dealer kiosk at the Valley River Center as opposed to the Verizon store on Coburg Road where you will stand in long lines and talk to employees that dont seem to care about service. BUT at the kiosk at VRC, you rarely have to wait and they treat their customers right.

No one was at the Kiosk for 8 min. before Eric showed up. Once he was rhere things went well.

Eric was helpful, easy to work with and knowledgeable!

This was our second time at this stand and both times were absolutely GREAT! The first time Andrew and Eugene helped us and made the ease of adding an iPad to the account seamlessly easy. This time, after making the mistake of going to the Coburg Rd store, (dont ever go to that location) Skyler helped us and was wonderful. He gave us the info we needed and helped us take care of why we were there in record time! EXCELLENT service at this location!!!! (And Victra- how about getting a name tag for Skyler ;))

Hands down best Verizon store in Eugene. Gil helped me with new phones and a complete setup of my new devices, everything from contacts to old Accts that I forgot my password to. 10/10 would shop here again.

I switched to T-Mobile,( why?) honestly it took 3 day to have my jet pac turn off, and T- Mobile is a better deal,saved $ 15.00 per month,,, thats why!!!!!!!!!!!
