Had a wonderful experience upgrading to a new iPhone 12 Pro at this location. My salesperson was Tiara and she was truly an efficient expert in getting me set up and going. Thank you Tiara for bringing me into the brave new world of updated cell phones!
I came in for an upgrade on my phone. Tiara was beyond awesome. She helped me save money on my bill and really did a great job. She was by herself and was taking care of all the customers and really knows her stuff.
Jonathan was the only employee when I came by, and he was extremely patient and helpful when I asked him for help changing my screen protector
I went to pay for my phone bill in cash at 12:30pm at this location, my phone was not turned on, nor was the money put in my account. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Verizon. My cash had been taken by the store employee Samantha but was never posted to the account, I then had tried to call the store directly over 10 times throughout the day with no answer. I couldn’t directly go back to the store as I had to work in Salem today. I Was finally able to reach Verizon customer service who confirmed and emailed my digital receipt but that the money was never actually credited to my account, she then forwarded it to the district manager and finally at 6pm, 6 hours later my service was turned on. Absolutely not okay that my cash was taken but not credited to my account. Unfortunately I see other reviews of past fraud and definitely will never return to this store, I suggest you don’t either.

Signed me up for add-ons I did not ask for, which is deceitful. And the plan also ended up being more expensive then what I was quoted, which now I have to deal with. Also understaffed.
I went into the Go Wireless store on W. 11th in Eugene on 9/12 to buy a phone. I asked for one comparable to my ASUS zenphone. Andrew C. sold me a galaxy A01. He was boastful in an off-putting way as well as heavy-handed in his communication and demeaner. I was never told the phone had only half the storage of my zenphone. Since then, I have had more than 5 other Verizon/Go Wireless employees agree that it was a bad call on his part and very poor salesmanship.When I learned on day 26 that my new phone’s storage capacity was completely full and that the capacity was a mere 16 GB, I was shocked. I had only downloaded about 3 apps and 1 game. I returned to the store to get a return on 10/11. Andrew C’s only solution was that I pay off the phone in full and buy a new one! He offered no other solution and was defensive and argumentative. He was rude and never apologized.I came back the following day to speak with the manager, Samantha. She told me I had to go to the corporate store in VRC if I wanted to return the phone, because she was unable to do so after the 14-day return policy.I went directly to the VRC store. 3 employees there immediately were confused and dismayed that she sent me there, because they do not have access to Go Wireless records nor use the same software program, and so were unable to help. They tried their best and got through to someone higher up in Go Wireless. This person, named Matt, sent an escalation form to the W 11th store, stating that it was their obligation to resolve the issue within 3 business days. Nobody ever contacted me within that time, so I spoke with Matt again over the phone. He increased the level of the escalation form and sent one to the district manager named Jason, who then had the responsibility to resolve the issue within 3 business days. Again, nobody contacted me. In the meantime, since it was taking so long, I had to buy a new phone from the VRC store, because I had important travel plans that required apps being downloaded.After my trip, I was directed by the Verizon Customer Service phone line to go back to the W 11th store and return the phone in its original box and get a receipt. They would then reimburse me electronically. I went into the W 11th store on 10/27 and had the worst customer service experience in all my life. Andrew C started off by saying very loudly that he would not return the phone under any conditions, period. He ended up having to return the phone despite his proclamation. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. He was rude, hostile, combative, demanding, and so openly bullying that it bordered on verbal abuse. I could not believe me eyes and ears! I have never heard of an employee acting so egregiously! He literally said “Goodbye” and “Leave” several times while I was trying to say something, while gesturing at me like a stray dog and rolling his eyes. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior in a customer-service position. The manager, Samantha, witnessed it all and did not say or do a single thing to stop his abuse.I will never ever go back to that store, and for your sake, I recommend you don’t either. I would hate for someone to be treated the way I was just for trying to take care of business! ALWAYS go to a CORPORATE location (VRC or Coburg Rd) where they understand what customer service is!

Workers there are always helpful. I came to Verizon to get a SIM for my new phone, but I didnt bring the phone with me. They gave me then an universal SIM activates automatically when inserted! This place also supports Android, Samsung and Apple Pay, so it was a nice experience testing how my Android Pay works! There are a lot of phones that you are able to touch and see how it works. Also they have a lot of accessories for phones and other devices, that also includes Fast Wireless Chargers, that just like phones can be tested by just putting your device on them ( just make sure your phone supports wireless charger )! 😁👍
Samantha was knowledgeable, efficient, calm and solved multiple problems for me today. This location has consistently provided excellent customer service, with my phone, tablet and all questions. Shining Stars, in my opinion!

Verizon Review for Cheney at Go Wireless at 3158 W 11th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402.It was not their fault that I ordered a new Iphone on Saturday May 30 and it arrived a day late on June 3rd! It was not their fault that Cheney could not get my new Iphone working in 2 hours! It was not their fault that an extra $20 was added onto my account!I was told that an Iphone would cost $409 at the store. There would also be a $10 charge for the Sim card which was built into the Iphone SE, I was told. (This Iphone is identical in its outside casing to the Iphone 8). If you buy the phone anywhere else or from Apple, it is $399. There would also be a $20 charge for a plastic casing to protect the casing according to Samantha(2 Samantha’s in this store). I accepted the casing charge. This was going to be a replacement phone after my wife’s Azus Zenphone. That phone’s screen had frozen to touch, for me. I received no help from Cheney, who could not even turn the Azus phone on May 30. I had to show him how to do it by holding the power and lower volume button down at the same time. It was not his fault that he is incompetent!I tried to reboot that Asus Zenfone myself, tried safe mode, tried to use the USB mode, to no avail. I did a factory reset, still to no avail. The phone’s touch screen remained frozen. My own Asus Zenphone gave me 6 months of absolute hell with not being able to locate its accurate position using Google Maps or Mapquest. Do not get an Asus Free Phone.So I arrived in the morning of the 3rd June, 2020. I was told the phone had just arrived and that seemed true as Cheney took it out of the box on the counter and tried to set it up. After half an hour, it was not working and I left telling Cheney, I would be back in an hour after doing some grocery shopping. I returned an hour and half later and Cheney said he had sorted the IPhone SE out, a half an hour after I left.I asked Cheney if he had called the IPhone to see if it worked. He had not. It was still in the box. It was not his fault he had not checked! I asked him to take it out and call it. He unwrapped the plastic wrapping. Guess what, it did not work. That of course was not Cheney’s fault! I waited another 15 minutes while he sorted it out and finally I called the phone and it rang.I was then told there was an instore charge of $20 for setting up this phone. This annoyed me. because as I said to Cheney that had not been mentioned to me either on the 30th May or the 3rd of June. Samantha backed Cheney up and said I had been told about the $20, which I had not. Cheney said I could cancel the sale. We both looked at each other for a long time. There was no trying on Cheney’s part to make the customer satisfied after a 2 hour wait. After so much drama in just trying to get my wife’s new IPhone working, he and I knew that my wife had been without a phone for 4 days and I did not want to wait another 4 days or have the same drama at another store.I paid the extra $20, which I felt was like an extortion fee, but refused to buy the case.The shop had no more than 2 customers, beside myself, at any time, while I was in there waiting.Let us say, I had walked in on that Saturday morning and Cheney had sorted the phone out and tested it and it had worked in 20 minutes. That would have been great. I would have been annoyed at the unmentioned $20 fee and paid it, but waiting 2 hours and having to tell Cheney to check on his own work, the least he could have done was waive the S20 fee.Denise in Technical support at Verizon(not in this store) was wonderful in getting a replacement phone for the Asus Zenfone. These guys were absolutely awesome I believe I was being helped by Justin the assistant manager and he was beyond polite and respectful. The second time I was there, there was another customer who was extremely irrational and rude to say the least to another employee and both of them and handled it very maturely and appropriately I will definitely continue to do business at this location. He was fast efficient and made my boyfriend and I very happy thank you so much Justin!
Andrew was an amazing help to me. I bought my original phone in Albany but wanted to return it for a different model. The Eugene store was more than willing to handle my exchange and get me setup with the phone I truly wanted, free of charge. Way better than dealing with the Verizon Corporate stores. Highly recommend this location!
EVIDENCE OF THEIR THEFT: SAMANTHA STEALS - in the pictures below i present my receipt where they charge me $19.95 for a ready to go set up THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I went back and showed them. They do not care. The bouncy guy in charge at the time with the glasses did not care either. I set my own phone up at home on the verizon website. See my second upload picture. THEFT IS THEFT. Disgusting service.
I went in with several problems with my phone (which I had not even purchased here) and was given solutions and advice for each of them. The young lady who helped me was very patient and informative, giving me all the time I needed. To top it off, I was going to buy something she didnt think I needed (as it turned out, she was right), so she saved me money as well. Great experience all around!

Awesome help! I was going in for a prepaid transfer from one carrier to Verizon. These cats are on point and very helpful and knowledgeable with their service. Andrew was extremely helpful and so was Aaron the store manager. Ive felt that customer service wins returning customers and this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!
Wow, the staff were knowledge, fast and patient. The walls were well stocked with accessories for Apple and Droid products. Parking was easy and the store was fresh and comfortable.

Had to update my score to a 1 star. Don’t plan on ever hearing back from these people or plan on them answering their phone when you call to see why no one called you when they said they would. Don’t waste your time. Go to the one at river valley

I specifically asked for a plan that would cost me $75/mo. The rep wound up writing up a plan that would have cost $170/mo. I only became aware of this when Verizon sent me an estimated bill. The store refused to change it unless I came down again. Absolutely sleazy business practices. I called Verizon instead and a conscientious rep took care of me. I would advise to use a different Verizon store and hope for a better experience than I had.
They were reasonable and patient in helping my mother-in-law get phones hooked up.
Changing from 5 stars to one. After TWO YEARS, we still have not received our $235 switcher credit that the manager of this store promised. Time after time of me proactively checking in has still resulted in no resolution of the issue. An employee who has since quit assured us we were able to keep our old phone (which Verizon would only give us $15 for) and they would credit us $250 less the $15 trade in. After speaking with Verizon directly, this is not that case and I was promised from GO Wireless that they would make good on it. Still waiting...
I was very satisfied when going to the Verizon store off west 11th. Tiara answered all my questions when I went in to upgrade my daughters phone for her Birthday and to upgrade my iPad. I was also informed of other upgrades and promotions that I was unaware of when walking in. This stores customer service was excellent and I will be making this my go to Verizon store. Tiara was quick and knowledgeable on what I was upgrading.

Best Verizon store in the area! I had a problem connecting my phone to my Apple Watch that AppleCare and the Best Buy geek squad couldn’t figure out. Channey’s the man! They are always friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!🙏

The 2 Andrews did an excellent job servicing me and setting up my new phone. They also did a great job transferring data from my old flip phone. This shop is pleasant to be in :)
Signed up for a plan here and was charged twice for a deposit and then my plan was messed up for months where Id only get a half month of service. Ended up having to cancel out of my plan after 3 months of constant interruptions to my service. Verizon tried to make it right, at least. They paid off the rest of my phone and ended my contract early with no issues. But the staff here, minus the 2 gentlemen both named Andrew, seriously messed up my plan and I would not recommend going to this location to set up service.
I called as a new customer interested in the upcoming Black Friday deals. Unfortunately the employee who answered was very rude, unhelpful and then promptly hung-up with out saying goodbye. Due to her treatment I do not intend on buying a phone from this location.
Usually when I go into a Verizon store, I feel like they are teaming up on me to get every last penny out of my pocket! This is not the case with the team at this store! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped and all of my problems were solved and answered and I walked out of there with a new phone, and a monthly bill that was $50 cheaper! I was offered all sorts of deals but they were not pushy. They work as a team to save you money and find you everything you need. I highly recommend this store and I highly recommend asking for Rylee! SHE IS THE BEST!!!!
Yo! I had an issue with the WiFi on my phone and was using data like an mfer. I was getting overage charges like once a day. I tried to change my plan to unlimited online but it wouldn’t switch over until the following month. Fed up, I walked into this store on west 11th and I feel like I hit the jackpot. The kindest, most competent employee by the name of Jenna helped me work everything out in a quick and professional manner. I left there as a completely satisfied customer thanks to her. Here’s to Jenna, you killed it today!

As a long time Verizon customer, I have tolerated the long lines and unbearable wait times at other Verizon shops in Eugene. I now live in Vancouver, Washington and needed a new phone on my way back North. I decided to try the go Wireless Verizon store on West 11th and am very pleased to say, no lines, great service, in and out with exactly what I needed fast. I must have saved a half hour over what I have experienced at other locations in the Eugene area. Well trained friendly staff. Would recommend this Verizon location any time.

I came to this store because I had a poor experience at the Verizon store on royal and I was helped initially by Andrew who was fantastic! He was quick and knowledgeable about the phones and answered every question I had. The phone I ended up with wasnt in stock so I had to order it which took less than the expected wait time for delivery. When I came back to set my phone up I was helped by Patrick who was really great to work with. Usually setting up new phones/plans is super boring and time consuming but it was a joy to work with these two men. My experience with the team here was so great that I convinced my mom (who lives in Corvallis) to drive all the way down here to Eugene to update her phone and plan through this location. Three phones and two new phone plans later, we are all stoked with our new devices and will definitely be returning to this location for all of our Verizon needs. Thank you Patrick and Andrew!

ALL of the Verizon employees at W11th eugene Oregon have been EXTREMELY helpfulmore times than can count. Ultimately my phone is in the process of being warrented with a replacement. My current phone has had multiple issues since the day I purchased it and hopefully now, I will be better to move on with a phone that was as it should.

I normally dont pan anything publicly, however my experience yesterday was odd ... I walked in around 2, needing a new phone and service. I was there for 7 to 10 minutes. Not an employee in sight. Prices appeared to be higher than my first place I investigated. I walked out without being acknowledged by anyone. Sorry .
