I have been going to Simply Strong for 3+ months. I had reservations whether 15-20 minute workout would do anything. I do two sessions a week and it has made me feel better and has changed my shape for the better. I feel stronger. After three weeks, my wife said sign me up, so we both go now. Ed, Katie & Stephen are all really nice and make it a positive experience. The beauty is that its only 15-20 minutes, its not easy, but it is easy to work hard for 20 minutes. Highly recommended, as long as you dont try to take my spot.
Simply Strong has helped me get strong physically & emotionally during my knee replacement & other ailments. My workout is never painful, other than what I choose to achieve. They care about you 100% & if I feel something is not right with a particular machine we stop & discuss what is the right method, or move on to the next machine. I have never felt any pressure from them in doing a particular workout & I express to them that I liked to be encouraged to meet the 2 minute workout on all machines. I thank SImply Strong & their staff for providing this personal workout opportunity.
Knowledgeable friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities. Simply strong has a specific training protocol that has been very helpful in regaining and increasing my strength after being ill for several years. The protocol is also very efficient. I am making excellent gains in strength with just one 15-20min session a week and have continued to do so over the span of 2.5 years. The staff explained their protocol thoroughly which is similar to Body by Science, Power of Ten and other super slow high intensity programs. They also have there own small book to explain their system and the good results that can be gained.
Simply Strong has been my “aging” care provider for 15 years. I originally began my exercise program with them because I was enduring terrible back pain from herniated discs and I had never had much upper body strength. Due to their specialized equipment and focused exercise plan, I no longer have the debilitating back pain and I have developed upper body strength. Simply Strong makes my exercise easy. My session is all planned out by Ed Collins and I don’t have to wait on equipment or worry about not being in a safe environment. My 15 minute workout is targeted to every muscle group and I feel much stronger and have more stamina. I so appreciate the Simply Strong Professionals. My tennis game has improved greatly from the six months I have been training at Simply Strong. My initial reason to train at Simply Strong was to prevent injuries as my body ages while still playing tennis 4 - 5 days a week. Its a great investment in my health and over all well being. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have friends and family that train at Simply Strong and all are enjoying being stronger!
This workout works! I was amazed at how much I could accomplish in a 15 minute workout. I saw my body strength increase so quickly. It turned back the hands of time. This workout is a must for all adults over 30. The trainers are excellent. They are kind but they also push you to get the most out of the 15 minutes.
I started going to Simply Sttong in July 2020 due to my osteoporosis diagnosis. The program is designed for your specific needs and it is amazing how quickly you feel better. I had middle back pain from scoliosis for years and it practically disappeared after a short time with the program. I highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to improve their quality of life.
Im 73 years old and I live alone. Until the pandemic I was reasonably healthy. But the pandemic/lockdown as well as getting older has affected my health, especially my strength. Simply Strong is helping me to get my muscle strength back. Thank you Simply Strong!

This is the only weight lifting program I will stick with for a long period of time. Mainly because it works and I dont have to spend hours in the gym. After working with Ed for 5 years I took an extended time off. When I started finding it difficult to stand up from a full squat, I knew where I needed to go. Being weak makes me feel old while being strong make me feel and think young. Thank you!
I love it! Ive always worked out on my own and spent at least an hour at the gym every time and never felt as rewarded as I do in 15 minutes at Simply strong. Within my first few sessions I felt the difference and improvment.
The staff at Simply Strong is very professional. It has transformed my abiltiy to do the sports of love to do like golf, soccer & running. I would highly recommend Simply Strong if you want to get back to the activities that you dont do because of back pain.
