I was searching for a temporary position until I left with the Marine Corps. Quantum worked with me to find a company that was willing to accommodate my needs and I had full time work the very next week. Helping me find a job (or even returning my calls/emails for that matter) was their last priority. When I first contacted them I emailed/called and was told someone would get back to me asap. Two weeks later I hadnt heard back so I contacted them a third time and was given the same answer as before. Several weeks later I finally got in touch with a recruiter who schedules a time for me to come in, but doesnt give me an address. She then proceeds to ignore my emails asking where they are located until the date of the appointment. When she finally responds she says she will not be in the office that day (even though she was the one who made that appointment....) Anyway by the time Im finally able to meet with the recruiter in person she talks to me for less than 10min asking me basic questions she couldve just asked over the phone or in an email and says shell be in contact with me. Its been 2 months and I havent heard from her. By now Im pretty sure theyve forgotten I exist.I contacted SelecTemp a few days ago and they already got back to me, completed a phone interview and scheduled a time for me to come in to fill out paperwork so they can actually help me find a job.

Wonderful group of people to work with, especially when new to Eugene. Was employed within a week of first stepping foot into the office. Great agency!!!

Very very disappointing experiencesthey dont have anything above manual labor and they treat you as very very expendable breathing robots. which is interesting since they literally wouldnt have any income themselves without skimming off their employees wages.
