Poor customer service, had to over a week for a call when the part arrived with in a few days. If I knew I would have gone some where different. repairs are the same price as other places not cheaper.

Wow! Got a custom glass screen for my phone. Less expensive than the standard phone model and looks and feels great!

Glass screen protector on my phone started peeling off before the first week was even up. Bubbles under the surface since day 1. Random crack appeared though my phone was not dropped or otherwise damaged. Its day 5 and Im over it. Paid $50 for the service and was told its $20 to redo it if its not satisfactory. They couldnt pay me to reinstall this garbage.

Super scam!!! Got my I phone fixed (It had cracked) in December for $50, was told I have a year warranty so if anything goes wrong with it to come back in and they will fix it for free. Few months in the bottom right corner started popping up and my screen stopped working. I went in to get it fixed, the guy was super unprofessional, cussing and complaining. Told me he couldn’t fix my phone because It had SCRATCHES (tiny ones that any normal used phone has, unrelated to the problem) in it, they should really tell you that when they bring up the warranty. But he goes ahead and he re-attaches it, It works for a few days. Then stops, I go back in. Willing to pay, remembering it was $50, The guy tried to charge me $175 dollars... I questioned him (as well) and he argued back then dropped it to the total being 150. absolutely not worth everything I had to go through. AND my phone screen still glitches :). Worst customer service and he said he was the owner of the kiosk lol, Don’t go here not worth it at all.

Had my cracked phone screen repaired here. Called around, they offered the cheapest price. The repair was very quick (less than 1 hour) and Kyle was courteous and professional. Thank you, Kyle!

Just had another positive experience here and really feel like this is the best place in town. Friendly and quick service. I didn’t realize this place didn’t just change broken iPhone screens but also would have been able to fix my old phone with a broken LCD. I thought I got a good deal elsewhere but I could have paid $25 less here. I love the selection of cases and am very happy with the prices as well as the people who work here. Highly recommend this place and plan to only come here in the future.

I have been using cellaris for many years, For screen protectors and cases. I have never had a problem that they would not fix I have use the screen saver it is on my phone now for the last 2 1/2 years and if there was ever any problem with it they just replaced it for a very minimal charge I have never had a problem getting them to take care of anything that was wrong with any of the products that I got from. Their customer service is awesome

James did a great job replacing the screen on my phone. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He showed me some options on protective cases and I got a tempered glass screen protector. 2 months later and it still works perfect and my case is still alive after many times of dropping it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. the man working was listening to headphones & not interacting with his customers and total lack of manners. When I called to ask for his managers number he proceeded to call me crazy and a brat. Do not ever recommend and everyone who witnessed could easily agree.

These guys are seriously like cell phone wizards. Took my broken Samsung into them and they had it completwly fixed in only a half of an hour! They have an AWESOME selection of cases for about any phone you can think of and have great prices. On top of that the customer service I received here was some of the best I have ever received anywhere! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I stopped by today, and the new manager I believe is who helped me find a case for my new phone as I havent been able to find any anywhere. (Lg G5) She let me take all the cases and set them on the display case too see which one I liked best. She even went above and beyond, and helped me fix my screen protector that was put on the day prior. Very very helpful. I highly recommend them!

The staff is very friendly and time effective with their work. I like the warranty on the cases so much! My kickstand on the back of my case broke and you can replace it within the warranty time frame. They also have a great variety of products. Their screen protectors are great and of high quality. They are precisely put on. Everything has been perfect so far.

Went in here to get a new glass screen protector for my iPhone. The guys there were really nice and knowledgeable. The cost was $20 with a 2 year warranty- if it cracks, lifts, or has another defect within that timeframe they’ll replace it for $10.. pretty good deal considering they apply it for you!I’m always SUPER OCD when it comes to applying screen protectors, and since I generally don’t trust strangers I’m general, I would normally assume nobody can apply a new screen protector like I can. Today I was proven wrong. Within 5 minutes I had a brand new shiny glass screen protector that the guy helping me put on perfectly. No bubbles, no hairs, lint or other imperfections. Much better than I could’ve done.. because these guys do this all day for a living- they’re good. Very satisfied and will be returning!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! If you get a case here that may be fine, but DO NOT trust them to do any kind of repair on your phone. My screen was cracked and it was recommended to me to try out Cellairis because they were slightly cheaper then the manufacturer, BIG MISTAKE!!! They give you a 90 day warranty on the screen. By day 93 my phone started acting weird and pushing buttons on its own. I took it to Apple and they said it was a screen issue. Went back to Cellairis to try to have them fix the issue and they refused to help since it was out of the warranty window.....3 DAYS OUTSIDE OF THE WARRANTY!!! The lady who said she was the manager was extremely rude and nasty about it. She showed zero sign of standing behind their product and it was almost like this was a common experience as she was not surprised the screen stopped working after 3 months of being replaced by them. Her recommendation was to spend another $160 with their company for another new screen. Talk about a scam!!! So if you want to give your money to a bunch of rude crooks go for it, but I would never go back to them or refer them to anyone!

I had shattered my phone screen so I came here to get it fixed and after it was, my phone ended up glitching out and would shut off so I went back three days later to have the owner, Kyle, take a look at it. Not only was he very nice and helpful, but he was able to fix the problem and definitely saved me a butt load of money! Highly recommended to come here whether it be for a new case or a screen replacement!! I’m so happy!

They were the same price as Mac/Apple, and less expensive than anywhere else in town (I was surprised that Mac/Apple wasn’t the most expensive). He not only fixed my phone in 30 minutes as promised (Mac/Apple 2 hours AFTER one gets seen, which for me today was >1 hour), he replaced my expensive glass protector AND covered it with a plastic protector AND cleaned my phone cover. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

I dropped my phone from 2nd story Autzen onto its corner and my screen wouldnt read my finger. I brought it down and had the screen replaced by a really awesome guy named John. John went ahead and fixed my screen and finds out that the corner of my phone has indented on itself so the new screen wont fit back in its place. He calls me back to explain the situation and ends up having me there to watch, letting me know what was going down as he put it back in place. Long story short, he fixed the broken screen for a good price and even gave us a science lesson on how good and bad phone cases worked so. So I ended up with not only a beautifully fixed like-new phone, but a new case as well that I know I can spend on. I completely recommend coming to this business if anything happens to your phone, they are very friendly and knowledgable about their work.

Got a new screen for my Samsung - Great price, friendly and fast service!

It does not seem like this is typical, but I had a particularly bad experience with this retailer. First, they dont have the screen protectors in stock for a Google Pixel 2 XL after I called in to make sure they did. The employee told me once they were in stock, he would give me a discount if I returned. So I did return, about a week later. Didnt recognize me and I had to be persistent to get him to give me the discount. He eventually agrees to give me the discount and whips out a screen protector and quickly tosses the packaging aside without showing me what he was selling me. He has just finished replacing an iPad screen and threw my new phone down on top of a bunch of shards of glass. No biggie but kinda frustrating. He proceeds on with the installation, digging my phone into glass to clean the screen every three or four seconds. About three minutes later he puts the screen protector on in a very rushed way. It was lopsided and had air bubbles, so he took it off completely and tried again. The second time he decided to leave it on and proceeded on digging into my screen with a cloth to try and get the air bubbles out. Ten minutes later he hands me the phone and the protector has air bubbles in each corner and on both side edges. Said they should be gone within about 24 hours. They werent. I called in to let him know and to also let the employee know that he sold me a screen protector for a Google Pixel XL (the previous model) and I didnt appreciate that he didnt let me know. He basically told me it didnt matter and told me to come in if I wanted a replacement. Smh. All in all, mistakes are okay but disrespect and bad customer service is not. Will not be returning.

These people are great! They repaired my iphone 5c screen and brought it back to life after the battery overheated. Went back when I got my new phone (samsung s9) to get their protective cases and screen protector. The repair was done quickly and the case I was recommended by their manager for my new phone has saved my phone from multiple clumsy accidents already!
