Phil came out and restored our tub. He kept us informed of the process from start to finish.The finished work is Excellent. Looks like a demo tub in a showroom!We had to cancel our first appointment due to a few complications with other remodel issues. Jessica was very prompt and efficient in changing the dates to fit our schedule. All said; the service, workmanship and customer support is second to none. We will not hesitate to have the friendly and professional Bathcrest team do our future remodeling.

Bath Crest recently sent Corey G to my home to resurface my bathtub.He was not only on time, polite and efficient, but did a wonderful job and cleaned up wonderfully after himself.I’ve had other work done in my home recently, and comparatively, I would say BathCrest ( Corey), went beyond what others have done, do or probably would.Jessica, in the office, was a pleasure to deal with. Always happy and more than willing to work scheduling or any other matters out with you. She communicates well and will NOT leave you hanging and wondering.I appreciate your kindness and pleasant attitudes. Very happy with Bathcrest of Mid-Oregon. They did a repair of minor chipping and cracking in a fiberglass shower and an acid wash deep cleaning of the entire shower. Our shower looks new again and at 1/3 the cost of bids from other companies that didnt even suggest cleaning but wanted to refinish the entire shower. Our technician, Damon, was friendly, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend Bathcrest.

I had an appointment to have a cast iron tub refinished. The day before the appointment the plumber arrived and there was additional work that would need to be completed the following week so the surround would be incomplete on one end of the tub. I called Bath Crest to explain the change in circumstances. I was very clear that I wanted the tub to be completed during the appointment, and that even though one section of the wall was not currently up, the bathtub would remain untouched after the Bath Crest work for 5 days. The company requires 48hrs after work to gurantee the finish. They refused to come. They would not do the work if someone was going to be in the tub after they completed the finish. I asked if they realized we were in fact, planning on being in the tub at least daily after they finsihed.My plumber, who has been in the business over 40 years stated if they did quality work there should absolutely be no reason whatsoever that they could not do the job. If the finish that they are applying is so fragile that after a 5 day curing period he cant reinstall a wall over the top edge of one end of the tub, perhaps they are not a quality service. He has worked with multiple other refinishers in the past, under very similar circumstances and has never had an issue with anyone else.Even if I allowed them to come refinish the tub after the plumbing was complete, would the finsih be unable to withstand my plastic step stool while I tiled around the top of the surround? Do they expect no one to ever do any painting or other kind of upgrade next to their refinished tub? It sounds as if the company has no faith in their own service.If you are looking for this kind of work during a remodel, save yourself the headache, consult with your plumber or contractor and find a more professional service that actually believes in the quality of their own product.

Bath Crest is awesome! I was referred to this company and I spoke with Paul. I was on a really tight timeline for a home inspection and they were able to squeeze me in with little notice. They sent Damon out who was very professional, walked me through the process and was also wearing a mask for Covid (Huge Points!). He finished early and showed me the work to get my approval. I would highly recommend Bath Crest, a very professional team and quality work. Also, once my appointment was schedule, I received a text message with an update, including when Damon was headed to my house, when he finished, etc. I will be using Bath Crest and referring them to everybody I know.

We truly enjoyed our experience of working with Bathcrest to refinish our 35 year old tub/shower. The holes left from removing a glass shower door and another repair were virtually invisible. We had a great experience with Paul & Phil from Bathcrest. They went our of their way to take care of issues we had with a cultured marble shower enclosure, and performed magic with a one-piece tub/shower enclosure as well. They arrived when they said they would, and was in constant contact with their time line for arrival and departure from our job site. When their employee Chris showed up to work on my bathtub he told me It was in great shape and didn’t need to be worked on. Honesty is really hard to come by these days so I really appreciated it, and the fact that I didn’t have to spend money where it wasn’t needed. Bathcrest has worked on two of my other bathtubs in the past and did a great job from start to finish not to mention at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I call bath crest to get a quote on refinishing our out dated bathtub.I was given a price over the phone. I was told they had finished a job early and could do it the next day. When I came home the next day all I could say is wow... Not only did it look great but the bill was less than the quote.Paul and Chris thank you.

We have an original (50+ year old) turquoise porcelain tub that was damaged when the soap-dish fell off the wall. A spot the size of a nickle chipped off near the tub lip and a crack appeared on the bottom. Paul color-matched so well that I could not find the chip even though I knew where it was (after his work dried and cured). Truly an artist, the tub looks original again. Bathcrest was able to fit us in within a couple of days, Paul arrived when they said he would and he completed the job in a couple hours. So happy with Paul and Bathcrest. Will absolutely go to them again.

Almost two months later and my wife and I cant still cant believe how great our bathtub and shower insert look. Bathcrest did an amazing job of breathing new life into our 1959 tub and fixing our cracked shower situation. They did everything at a very responsible price and we couldnt be happier.

Not only did they actually show up and do what they said they would do (shockingly uncommon) but the results are beautiful. We just had our 1952 bathtub refinished and added a tub surround. The bathtub looks like new and the surround is amazing. They cleaned our old shower in another bathroom and it looks like new again!I highly recommend this company. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner.

We just saved big $$$$ and increased the value of our home.Denny was great coming over to give an estimate to refresh our golden greenish tub surround and our stand up shower with a glass door that had bad coverings of old grab bars and wasnt that white anymore.Right on schedule and on time Chris came by and did the tub surround and a couple days later again for the shower.Chriss patience and attention to detail taping is excellent. There is no mess left and now everything looks brand new.

Paul not only came out to do a bid and fix my tub but decided the fumes would be harsh on my daughter and rescheduled to accomadate her needs. He also went above and beyond allowing his fans to stay overnite as as my tiny apartment has little ventilation. I definitely would use them again and refer anyone to these guys. Joni and Denny are great people and have a great business. Joni provided the customer service and Denny performed the work in the field. Denny was also very customer friendly. Also, they fit the work into my mothers schedule The work was to retro fit my mothers bathtub into a step thru, so my mother didnt have to attempt to step over a 14 tall tub side. Obviously a fall getting in or out of the tub could be a disaster. This was also very cost effective as a complete renovation would have been cost prohibitive.. We could not be happier with the final results. This project gives our family piece of mind with regards to safety.Thank you again!

Very fair and go’s above and beyond to save money. Could have told us to replace and charge more....however saved us hundreds to refinish instead of replace.

Before you even think about replacing a cracked or broken fiberglass bathtub or shower, talk to these guys, They can repair them at a fraction of the cost and the work is invisible - you would never know the repair work was even done. I was considering tearing out and replacing an upstairs bathtub enclosure at over $2000. Bathcrest charged me $250 to repair it and it looks brand new.
