This general contractor is a nice guy, but unfortunately I cant recommend him due to extreme unreliability and unprofessionalism. He never gave us an estimate on our project,despite asking him almost daily; we just received a bill at the end. His workers were great and did top notch work for us. Maybe this is how most contractors operate but its not acceptable.

Weve used Nathan and his excellent crew on several projects including the extensive renovation of an office building we purchased in 2014. His subs love him and get the work done quickly, well, and in a friendly fashion. Easy to work with and make on-the-spot decisions and revisions. Nathan is always able to offer alternatives, and will present his opinion of the best way to handle an issue or complete the project the way he would do it, if it were his. The last two weeks of our office remodel, he had 5 different crews in there at the same time - floors, wallboard, paint, electrical and plumber. NOBODY could keep those craftsmen collaborating to get the project done without killing each other but Nathan. Great job well-done! Thanks!

I had a fabulous experience working with Nathan and Accurate Remodeling.I got laid off from my job in Eugene and had to move out of state. I needed to rent out my Eugene house, but it needed a lot of work before I could do so.Nathan and his crew handled extensive restoration for me.
