Great place to get odds and ends for your vehicle. Good pricing on most stuff. The yard is not very organized and, but they will give you a print out of vehicle locations along with a map. Vehicles may be a good distance apart, but easy to find.

Awesome staff and quick filling my order.. Got what looks like a new wheel bearing from them but it ended up being no good.. Havent even bother trying to return it...

Pretty decent prices. Like the ability to go part hunting if you know what youre looking for. Would recommend knowing how to pull the parts properly so you dont run perfectly good stuff for others.

Way over priced got quoted 40 bucks for the part I needed. Glad I did some research first. I found the the upgraded part metal of the cheap used plastic one they were going to sell and it was only 25 bucks at auto zone. So I say do ur research first before going here

Usually have a wide selection and good prices. Some staff members seem to not love being there, which doesn’t boost the customer experience necessarily. Nevertheless, I’ve gone there multiple times and walked out with the thing or something similar to what I was looking for 80% of the time - pretty good for a junkyard.

Last 3 times Ive dealt with this place the customer service was ok. When you call its like youre wasting their time and they make you feel like it. Id rather spend more money at a place where I am treated better. When they do have something in stock its priced at almost the same as new so why even bother.

They tried really hard to get me a working part, electronic control, and even shipped 5 from other wrecking yards before we gave up and I got a full refund. It was no fault of theirs, and it cost them shipping that did NOT come out of my refund. 100/100 will use again!!

Called right when they opened to get part. Promised I would be able to pick part up that day. When I finally get a call back 6 hours later they tell me my parts ready but they close in 5 mins so you’ll have to wait all weekend.

They had the parts I needed for my 87 CRX, and the prices were very reasonable.

The guy who helped me was very rude, I asked for help finding tires and he acted like I was speaking absolute gibberish. I had no idea where to look he just said “over there but don’t go in the yard” I then came back in after 20 mins of not finding what I needed and said “I have no idea where to go or what I’m exactly looking for can you help” and he stared at me with the BLANKEST stare so I said have a great day and left. If you find someone informational then I’m sure this can be a great place but my experience was garbage.

Went to one in Eugene and Dana was nice on the phone, collected my payment of $100 and left my seat out in the rain to get wet as I was on my way from Salem to get it. When I brought it to their attention they acted as though she could care less. Completely unprofessional. NEVER GO TO THE ONE IN EUGENE.

After hunting for the parts I was interested in, I went to the lobby area to get my tools and pricing, and all prices were higher than what I could get new aftermarket parts for. Good to know they have lots of parts, but be careful about their prices, you my find new on line for less.

Great service and always have what your looking for. Also very organized all the Jeeps are in one spot very convenient. All they had was one blinker cover (that I could get to) and it had a small crack (was only to make my rig street legal) they seen the damage and knew i needed it and let me have it FREE. Great service! Nothing is free in this world I expected to pay $10 for a busted cover but nope. Great people here. Will always give you a good deal compared to some others here in town.

Good place. I prefer it to B and R. Prices are sometimes a little higher. depending who you get on the counter they can be willing to deal a little. They will give you prices for parts before you hit the yard. They have a ton of cars and trucks.

I was in a bind, in the middle of a valve adjustment on my wifes Honda, and in need of parts to finish the job. The dealership was the only one who sold new parts and they had to order them since they didnt keep them in stock. I gave Pick-A-Part a shot and I am so glad I did. Went in for a couple small misc. parts, they essentially ended up just saying “that’s all you needed?” As it was only a sway bar bracket and license plate light. They sent me off with the parts I needed free of charge, and in the past they have also hooked me up with some great deals on many other things over the years. I used to go here for all my parts recently I had a bad experience I was quoted $1,500 for a used 130k mile motor I called in every day for two weeks to make sure they still had that motor I saved up the $1,500 I needed when I went to buy it a guy comes out of the back room and says sorry you were quoted 1500 for that motor but I cant sell it for less than 2300 lol I said that is not fair they told me to call back the next day talk to the guy that quoted me that price conveniently he didnt work there anymore and conveniently they had sold this motor.

Absolutely the worst junkyard experience Ive ever had. I picked moldy trim of a car for an hour and then i was quoted retail prices, when i didnt even know if the parts worked or not. What an absolute RIP off i will tell everyone i know never to come here and i will never be visiting again myself.

Called up spoke to a Spanish gentlemen who went all out to find my taillight for me. While they didnt have it I certainly appreciate the good customer service and wish more places like this were as helpful

The 94 Ranger I bought needed seats desperately, so I called Salem. They didnt have them, but thought Eugene had a pair. They transfer me to Eugene and sure enough, Darcy was there to help me. She had a pair shipped down the following day!! Sometime during transit, they got what look like wheel grease all over them. Again, I contacted Darcy and lickety-split, she had another pair and set them down the following day. This woman provides customer service beyond what you could even expect these days!! My wifes Subaru had a check engine light on and I thought it was due to a faulty solenoid in the EGR system. I couldnt find it at a parts store and online it was like $60. I went to pick a part and found a couple of Subarus with a good part for me to take home and try. Pick a Part gave me a really good deal and told me right where to look for the Subaru I needed. Great place to get a deal on used parts.

I had been looking for a part for my vehicle that I could not find anywhere else in town! I walked in they told me where to go and I found a car like mine that had the last part left that I needed! The staff are great!!

Was very frustrating when we got back to the counter and was what felt like stip searched only for them to find nothing at all. And the part we went in for we had on top of are sweatshirts not even a opoligy came from them when they seen they were wrong very embarrassing and very rude to do such low. Ball stuff

Had nothing to do on a boring Wednesday. A friend and I came to our local Pick-A-Part to brose the wrecked vehicles and was complimented wiht great service and an endless amount of vehicles to look at. Once we found a few parts we wanted to purchase, we walked back to the building and were quickly dealt with the greatest expediency and respect. Great place to visit if you need a specific part for your vehicle.

Pick a Part is my favorite place to get parts for my cars. Toyota, Dodge, Kia, & Ford, I’ve gotten parts for all of them there. Little things like ash trays, or bigger things like tires, seats, windows. They’ve always been great to work with. Their prices are fair, and the yard was easy to walk through to find what we needed. Always my first choice!

Buddy of mine and I went looking for a part from a car. Was told that there were two cars in the year range that we were looking for. When we got out to the yard, not only was it highly difficult to find the cars as nothing was organized, but when we did find one of them and began work to pull the part we needed, we were yelled at by one of the guys working there because we had evidently wondered into a restricted area. Heres where it becomes a problem. The gate to the area had been left wide open, and there was no visible signage that would indicate the area to be off limits. Instead of listening to reason, the guy decided he would rather yell at his customers for a minor mistake. I had every intention of paying them for the part, but decided that, after such a horrible experience, I would not give them any more of my time or money. Ill stick to places like B & R who are actually friendly and have enough common sense to inform their customers of restricted areas.No, these guys will never see me or my buddy there again. Ill just order the part I need online, and get even better service that way. Whatever you do, avoid this place. Make one unintentional mistake and theyll cuss you out and treat you like a criminal, even after you explain the hang up and take ownership of the problem. They were even rude to my fiancee for asking where a bathroom might be.
