Overall, the individuals who I spoke with were very nice. The lack of stars comes more internal office miscommunication. It seems like nobody was on the same page. My partner was told by a staff member to jump through numerous hoops with the DMV and then to reapply for a quote. The hoops we were made to jump through were because my partner had a seizure (not whole driving) and had her driving privileges temporarily revoked until she was cleared by a neurosurgeon. We waited 3 months and then Jumped through the hoops of dealing with the DMV during Covid, which means going in! Making an apt months in advance... short story long - they cancelled our policy after it had been in effect and then offered us a higher rate. They are blaming this on the suspension that they specifically advised us would not matter if we completed the hoops required. We did everything they asked and this still happened. Almost like a bait and switch... being that I work in the same industry, only on the commercial side of things - I don’t find this acceptable. Our MVR report shows no suspensions, at fault accidents or tickets. When asked if they could look into who we spoke with previously that advised us, they basically gave us the run around. Overall, we were excited to try State Farm. In the end, we left disappointed and frustrated. Had they told us from the beginning that our rate would be double the price - this review wouldn’t be posted. My suggestion is to have competent individuals quote policies or to complete an underwriting review before a policy is put into place rather than 3 weeks after.

They are so helpful with my insurance. Every time when I go there they make me feel I am so important also they treat me so friendly. The staff there are very professional and I think they do the best customer service. If you want to buy insurance, they are the right choice for you.

I came in to State Farm Ins. @ 115 W. 6th to get auto insurance. I was greeted by Faisal & Kerry, agents of the store. They proceeded to get me insurance right away. Im amazed at how fast it was. How easy it was. Im about to leave & Ive been here 15 minutes.I will recommend this place to everyone.
