They never answer the phone and take days to return a voicemail. I called and told Adam to cancel my auto and motorcycle and renters next month on a certain date and to cancel my automatic pay thing. He said he won’t cancel the payment and I will have to let it take the money and wait for a refund. I’m cancelling my policies weeks in advance of my next due payment and should not have to pay for a month of insurance and wait for a refund when I’m asking for it to be cancelled before the next month starts. He was condescending and clearly didn’t care.

I am a VERY happy customer! Chris and Jamie have been extremely helpful and professional from the beginning. Very prompt in answering questions and being sure things are communicated clearly! I feel very valued as a customer and I HIGHLY recommend!

Adam is the worst person to talk to if you need help. His tone tells you he just doesn’t care. You ask a question he says he will get back to you and doesn’t. He’s done this multiple times in the last year. Chris is never available or Adam doesn’t let you talk to Chris. Not sure which one. Bring Kay back or the other nice girl Jane I think was her name? They sound like they actually care and want to help when you call in.

They made switching insurance so easy! We ended up saving money for a better plan! Who doesnt like that?! Awesome people!

Getting them to answer the phone is almost impossible. Getting them to return calls is practically unheard of.Adam talks in circles and gives you bad information or wrong information. Chris clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. If you do get them on the phone, ask for Jamie or Kay. They seem to be the only ones who know what they are doing or at least try.

Chris and his team are miracle workers! I have had my policies with them for home, auto, etc and am now moving my small business into a commercial space and Chris and Adam were instrumental in dealing with a nightmare property manager for meto get all the insurance forms worked out and getting me access to the building in a timely manner!They always answer the phone promptly and managed to get proof of insurance out for me even though their computer system was partially down due to the storms in Texas.Can’t thank them enough!

Adam at State Farm is the best! I needed to buy car insurance on a Friday evening and he called me to walk me through the process, even though Im sure it was way past closing time for him. Hes been super responsive whenever I have a question and really pleasant to talk to. Ill definitely always call him for whatever insurance needs I have, cant recommend highly enough!

I was shopping around for insurance on camera gear. Many other companies I looked into were slow to respond, didnt have clear policies or coverage levels, or flat out were too expensive. When I submitted a request here, Kay very quickly got me the information I needed and I was fully insured the very next day. I recently started driving for Uber and called in trying to figure out what I need to do for insurance. I ended up working with Kay and I’m extremely thankful that I did! She practically scolded me for having low limits. When I say scolded I mean it in a good way. I’ve been with State Farm for 10 years and never until Kay did someone tell me the risk of driving with state minimum coverage. What got me is she said in her email “I wouldn’t recommend it for my family so I’m not going to recommend it for you”. And that really meant something to me!

I don’t have any policies with this office YET. But I felt a review was needed to clarify for potential customers what kind of employees are in the office.We are in the middle of chaos. Everyone is scared. My own insurance office is hard to get ahold of. 1-800 number wasn’t much help. But who was there for me? Kay!! I sent her my policy, and she walked me through it, explained the claims process, told me who to call, explained my deductible. I found her through local Facebook groups, she’s out there connecting scared neighbors with resources. Offering store runs for the elderly. Offering diapers to scared mothers.She’s not even these peoples agent! But she’s got their back! She’s got my back! THATS the kind of agent I want in my corner when I’m in an accident.
